After having a Facebook account, I chose to create a new one and deleted the old one as instructed in the email regarding the 30-day deletion policy. I added the same profile picture as before. Recently, Facebook prompted me to upload a picture of myself for verification. After doing so, I am unable to access my new account; it is stuck on a "we are currently reviewing your submission..." message. Interestingly, I can still access my old account. I simply wish to use my new account without issues.

To Whom It May Concern, I recently created a Facebook business account, but it was blocked and then disabled within a day despite having minimal content. I then opened a new account on Saturday, which worked well for two days before being blocked on Monday and disabled by Tuesday. The account attempted to reset the password automatically. My name is Andy Mast, a pencil artist. The first account is associated with the email andymastart@[redacted] with the password Andymast1991. The second account is linked to [redacted] with the password Pencilart1991. I am now unable to access Facebook even if I wish to open a new account. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my account. Someone has hacked into it, causing Facebook to disable it. It is crucial for me to regain access as my artist page with 7,[redacted] likes and important contacts are on there. I attempted to create a new account, only to have it disabled again. Hello, I've been locked out of my account for about two years now, but I'm attempting to recover access today. I've successfully changed my password by receiving a code on my Gmail account at [redacted] However, upon trying to login to my Facebook account with the new password, I'm prompted to verify my identity. After trying to proceed, I receive a message saying "Identity Not Confirmed. We're currently unable to verify your identity. Please try again later." It appears there may be an issue since the website should ask for my identity confirmation, but instead, I'm only getting the message mentioned above. I've tried logging in on both my PC and phone, encountering the same message each time. I'd be willing to provide any necessary documentation to verify my identity. My account was compromised, and several friend requests were sent without my knowledge. I updated my password but now require a six-digit code sent to my stolen cellphone on 03/23/[redacted]. This has left me unable to access Facebook unless I input the code, which I am unable to receive. I seek assistance in removing the requirement for the six-digit code, allowing me to solely log in with my password. At present, I can only communicate via Facebook as my phone was stolen, and I have no alternative contact information. I recently got an email notification from Facebook about someone trying to access my account. I acted quickly and changed my password. Unfortunately, while I was asleep, the hacker was able to get into my account, change my email address and phone number. I could reset my password, but now Facebook is requesting a code generator that I don't have since the account details have been changed. How can I regain access to my account?

I believe my account has been compromised. I am having trouble receiving the reset password information on both my phone number and email address. This is preventing me from accessing my account. I require more assistance beyond the FAQ section in order to recover my account. The information provided in your FAQs does not apply to my current issue. Your customer service does not meet the necessary support level required. Considering the significant revenue generated by Facebook, it is feasible to offer better customer support. It is disappointing that users are directed to FAQs repeatedly or offered paid customer service, which reflects poorly on the company's attitude towards its customers. I am considering not using this service in the future.

My account was hacked and something was posted on Marketplace that went against policy. I have been kicked off the Marketplace and I'm frustrated. Despite many attempts to contact Facebook, I have not made any progress. The only thing I posted was a suburban for sale. Last fall, I received an email about a login from the UK, which wasn't me as I live in Michigan. I had to change my password. When I tried to use Marketplace again, it said I no longer had access due to a post that I am unaware of. I would like my account reinstated and the issue resolved.

Our business has been hacked, and someone has taken our Google Photos to set up a page with fake inventory and low prices. We've received over 1,[redacted] phone calls and had over [redacted] people show up wanting to buy these non-existent items. Despite marking them as scams on Facebook, no action has been taken. This has been ongoing for 8 days now and continues to affect our business significantly. We've contacted the Attorney General's office, but they were unable to assist. We urgently need to resolve this issue as it's causing major disruptions for us.

I require assistance regaining access to my Facebook account. The original email I used is no longer accessible, so I updated it with a new email. Unfortunately, the new email was deleted by AOL due to inactivity, and I can't recover it. I still have the same phone number linked to the account, but when I try to reset the password, the option to send a code to my phone isn't available, only to the nonexistent email. Any suggestions on how to access my Facebook account after years of being locked out? I couldn't find a solution online before.

Yesterday, my account was hacked. I got emails at 1:50 am saying my email was removed from the account and new email addresses were added. They also changed my password, removed my phone number, and altered the password. I've tried everything I could find online to reclaim my account without success. I need assistance to recover my account. As a military member, I am concerned about someone having access to my account and potentially causing harm to my reputation and service.

I have concerns about the Wheel of Chance group. They are not transparent about where the money goes, and I observed that one of the administrators displayed a picture of her daughter on a prize that was won by someone from a different town. The frequency of prizes being offered hourly suggests they are profiting significantly. It appears they are more focused on benefiting themselves rather than the community. Deceiving people is not ethical, and I believe this operation should be shut down.

My account was disabled because I unknowingly used a name (corona viruss) that was against the community guidelines. I care about following social guidelines and did not intentionally violate any rules. I request assistance to resolve this issue and reactivate my account. My PUBG data is saved in that account, which is crucial to me. If my account cannot be restored, I urge them to transfer the data to another Facebook account. I received a call on April 7th from someone claiming to be Jerry Wayne Pickens, stating he was referred by a friend who allegedly won a $50,[redacted] grant and wanted to offer me the same opportunity. After verifying with my friend, it became clear she had no knowledge of him. He persistently messaged me, insisting I provide personal information like my name, address, phone numbers, SSN, and more to be eligible for the grant. Feeling uneasy, I stalled and upon re-evaluation, realized it was a scam. I firmly confronted him, threatening to involve the police and FBI. He unconvincingly claimed he couldn't be traced due to his expertise. This situation is alarming, and I urge caution. My name is Sandi R, and my phone number is [redacted].

I created a Facebook account using a mobile number and used it for chatting. The account holds sensitive information jeopardizing my and another person's privacy. The SIM card linked to this number got deactivated, and now the number is in use by someone else. I am unable to access my Facebook account because of this. Since the account has no associated email, my only option for recovery is through the mobile number, which I no longer have access to. I have tried contacting the current user of the number, but they are uncooperative. I am concerned they may have accessed my private details and chat history. I recently found out that there is a business page named Screamin Vegan on my Facebook account that I did not create. I am listed as the admin, but I have been unable to delete the page despite trying Facebook's help options. I have searched everywhere to remove my name or delete the business page, but the system insists on assigning a new admin with a profile, even though the company is non-existent, and there is no one else to add. Hello, I urgently need access to my account as I rely on Facebook and Messenger to communicate with fellow doctors about the COVID-19 pandemic. I attempted to change my password, a yearly routine to enhance security, but encountered issues during the process.
