I need assistance with resetting my Facebook password. I updated it four months ago and no longer have access to the Yahoo email linked to my account because it was deleted. I also did not add an alternative email or phone number, nor did I set up trusted contacts. I am struggling to access my account. I can provide answers to security questions or even send copies of my university diploma and marriage certificate for identity verification. Thank you for your help. - Asefa Oyato W.

I am seeking assistance in reactivating my deactivated Facebook account. I am unsure why it was disabled, but it contains valuable personal content that I would like to retrieve. The email associated with the account is @[redacted], and the username is Maria M’Cheyl Kelley-Hoofnagle. I recently had to create a new account under the name Maria Hoofnagle with the number @[redacted]. However, I am eager to regain access to my original account as it holds cherished childhood photos that were not backed up elsewhere. I have already submitted my ID to Facebook as part of the appeal process but have not received any updates. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We are a reputable family business with 40 years of exceptional service and retail history. We cater to both walk-in customers and online shoppers. As the sole remaining company in the city with our level of expertise and original ownership, we provide unique services that set us apart. I have come across some negative posts on Facebook that are damaging our company's reputation. The content includes false claims such as "Horrible customer service, Rude staff, Poor quality work, Dishonest management, Worst customer service experience I've ever had. If you want subpar overpriced jewelry and deal with rude staff, then go there. Horrible place." This appears to be a deliberate attempt to defame our business and our dedicated staff members, some of whom have been with us for over two decades. Such baseless attacks may be motivated by jealousy or competition. Messages like these have a detrimental impact on our company, affecting all twelve of our employees. This harmful post needs to be either blocked or removed from Facebook as it spreads false information to the public and our customers.

Dear Support Team, I would like to express my regret for violating Facebook's Terms of Use and causing my account [redacted] to be disabled. I understand the importance of complying with the rules and assure you that I will not breach them again. I kindly request a review of my case and the reactivation of my account. Initially, I created my first FB account under the number [redacted] without being aware of Facebook's policies, which led to the violation. Subsequently, I attempted to open a new account using [redacted], intending to abide by the guidelines. However, I faced issues during the application process, constantly receiving prompts to verify my information. Facebook is a vital platform for me to stay in touch with friends and relatives, and I am committed to adhering to Facebook's policies moving forward. I am willing to provide any necessary information to facilitate the unlocking of my account promptly. Thank you for your understanding and anticipated assistance. Sincerely, ZQ

I have a VR headset installed to play and stream games through Oculus software powered by Facebook. However, it was attached to my old account that got deleted due to issues with Facebook support. Despite creating a new Facebook account, I was confused when I could still stream from the previous disrupted account without receiving any notifications from Oculus. This situation made it challenging to control the privacy of my live stream, which inadvertently shared personal details that I would rather have kept private. I feel frustrated with Oculus and Facebook for not managing this situation effectively and ensuring user privacy in these circumstances.

On March 21st at 05:35, my Facebook Messenger account was hacked from a computer in Greenwich, London using Google Chrome. The hacker changed my password and added a stranger named "Nguyen Duy" as a friend. They also changed my profile picture to unfamiliar symbols that might be offensive, and added a payment method I didn't authorize. Since then, my account has been sending concerning messages to friends. Could Facebook please revert my account to its state before the hack, around two weeks ago? I want to secure my account to prevent further breaches. I use Facebook for personal connections, my business advertising, and promoting my band, all affected by the hack. I need assistance from Facebook to restore my accounts and ensure my safety going forward.

I set up two-step verification on my Facebook account, but lost my phone while in London with my sister and friend. I've been unable to access my account since getting a new phone. Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook and provide personal details, including help from my sister's account, I'm still locked out. I don't have a driving licence or passport to verify my identity. I'm Simon Thomas, my profile shows a family picture, and my sister, Katie Ann Hawker, can vouch for me. I'm unable to retrieve the verification number as I'm getting a new phone contract. Can Facebook please disable two-step verification temporarily, so I can access my account and set up new security measures? My Facebook username is [redacted] I'm eager to resolve this quickly. Please reach out via email for more information. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out because I am extremely disappointed. My Instagram account "vocalsingers" was inexplicably blocked for a reason I am unaware of. I have not violated any terms. Even worse, my personal Facebook account got blocked too because it was linked to the "vocalsingers" page. During this challenging time of the pandemic, not having access to my contacts and family on Facebook is distressing. There seems to be no way to contact Facebook support to unlink the page. I understand that verifying the Instagram account may take time, but why has this affected my private Facebook account? If anyone from your support team sees this, please assist me in regaining access to my Facebook account. Thank you! Best regards, S.

Our radio station website was deactivated for allegedly being an imposter account despite having been active for many years. Our loyal listeners depended on the site for daily local Coronavirus updates, and Facebook unexpectedly removed it without explanation. Despite multiple appeals, we have not received any response, leaving the [redacted].1 Jack FM site offline for several weeks now. Our team has not engaged in any unusual activity; we have followed the same practices for years. This will be our final attempt to address this issue. Facebook's actions are adversely affecting the residents of Northern Wisconsin who rely on our platform for important information. The lack of communication and justification for this decision is deeply disappointing. It is disheartening that Facebook has chosen not to provide any feedback or assistance despite our numerous appeals.

I have had a frustrating experience with Facebook. Every time I try to use the platform, I receive an error message stating that I can't access Facebook at the moment, even when I'm just looking up friends or rentals. I am prompted to confirm my account with my phone number, but because I only have one phone number, I keep having to create new accounts when mine are disabled without cause. The system then informs me that I have used my phone number too many times. This cycle is frustrating because there is no valid reason for my account to be disabled repeatedly. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. Thank you, Christian Sinclair.

This used to be my account. I signed up with an old email address a long time ago, but I linked it to a new email address and phone number. The hacker deleted my new contact information and security details. When I try to recover my account, it says "we're sorry, there's nothing we can do." I can provide ID to prove my identity. If you can't restore my account, please delete it. Thank you. Currently, it shows I'm logged in as "[redacted]," my current email, but I can't reset the password there. I've asked my friend to report the hack as well. My profile URL used to be jadeomg, but I had to use a random one as it wouldn't let me enter the original. The only email for recovery it allows me to use is [redacted], which was part of a data breach.

Good morning, I believe my Facebook account has been hacked. I've entered the codes from my friends and changed my password as instructed, but didn't receive the confirmation email to verify it's me. This all happened around 2:30 am. Despite trying the procedures again, I still haven't received the email. You can reach me at the same email address. My name is Deborah H., and my profile picture is of me smiling against a white background. The email listed is no longer active. Additionally, my phone number on the account is [redacted]. The confirmation email was supposed to arrive between 2-2:30 am but didn't. It's now 11:57 am, and I appreciate a prompt response. Thank you.

I have been attempting to access my account for some time now to retrieve precious photos of my deceased brother and children. Last year, an individual named Lisa from Tennessee was on my account. Despite several attempts, the code provided to me via email did not work. I have even submitted a photo of my driver's license and my original Facebook profile picture. I have updated my email and phone number. Each time I receive an email notification about being tagged or messaged, it is a painful reminder of not being able to access my account. The code provided ([redacted]) today did not work either, causing further frustration. I am at my wit's end after following all the steps instructed by the platform without success. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] for assistance.

On April 2, [redacted], I set up a personal Facebook account as Cheryl Thompson using the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. Upon receiving the "Welcome to Facebook" message, I then got informed that my account was under review and later disabled. Despite sending my photo ID multiple times through the provided help-desk links, my account remains disabled. I suspect this may be due to unintentionally violating Facebook's policy on multiple accounts. In [redacted], a friend created an account for me to promote my educational nonprofit using the email [redacted] and phone [redacted], but I didn't use it as I accepted a full-time job. Unfortunately, my friend has passed away, and I can't retrieve the account details. I've tried different variations of my name, emails, and phone numbers but haven't had any success. I hope to either access the old account or activate the new one. I appreciate any help provided and wish you and your loved ones safety during this challenging time. Best regards, Cheryl

I recently opened a new account, and it was suspended for thirty days without explanation. Now, I have restricted access until May 1st, which doesn't align with the promised 30-day suspension. I haven't violated any terms of service and still haven't received a clear reason for this action. This is the fourth account of mine that has been shut down for various or unknown reasons. I am unhappy with this treatment and plan to take legal action. I request that my account be reinstated promptly. If not, I will use other platforms to shed light on the situation you have caused. Despite doubting that anyone will read or respond to this, I am documenting it for future reference to highlight the unjust actions you have taken. Regardless of differing opinions, it is not acceptable for you to violate my rights in any way. I am prepared to pursue this matter further.

My Facebook account was hacked by identity thieves who took control of my two-factor authentication on my Realme 5 phone via Google Authenticator. They changed the authentication generator to another device, preventing me from accessing my account. Although I know my password, I can't bypass the new authentication setup. With no other backup options in place, like phone numbers or codes, I'm unable to regain access. I need guidance on resetting or bypassing the two-factor authentication to regain control of my account, reestablishing secure access with backup methods.

Hello, I need help with accessing my Facebook profile. The email linked to it, [redacted], is no longer valid. Facebook prompts me to reset my password and sends a code to the outdated email address. I need the code sent to a different email so I can regain access to my account. I tried to locate a form on the Facebook Help Center to update my login email and verify my identity with my ID, but I couldn't find it. Please provide me with the link to this form so I can recover my profile. Thank you, Frale Leonardo

I no longer have the same mobile number listed on my Facebook Messenger account. After buying out my phone contract with Sprint, I have temporarily switched to a TextNow number. However, I cannot permanently delete my old cell number from Messenger. When trying to log back into Facebook, I received a confirmation code sent to my Hotmail, but then it kept asking for another code sent to my old phone number which is no longer active. I now can't access my account as I'm caught in a loop. Urgently need to regain access to Messenger. Email for Facebook/Messenger is [redacted] The old mobile number listed on the account that no longer works is [redacted], and the new TextNow number is [redacted].

My initial Facebook account, [redacted], was inactive for some time. Upon trying to log in, I couldn't pass verification due to losing touch with the necessary contacts. I created a new account with my phone number, [redacted], but later decided to link it to an email address. After deleting that account and creating a third one, [redacted], I found both the third account and the phone number-associated account disabled without explanation upon trying to sign in again. I'm unsure of any wrongdoing and just want access to one active account. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
