I am experiencing difficulty accessing my business page because my personal account has been disabled, and I have active ads running. I used the email [redacted] to log in. The business page in question is jay.daniel_choosecapstone.com, which had over 4,[redacted] followers. Unfortunately, due to the personal account issue, I am unable to access the business page to manage the active ads and connect with clients. I have submitted identification documents and screenshots. I am sincerely grateful for any assistance in resolving this matter.

I received a message in my account and mistakenly clicked the link, thinking it was from a friend, only to realize it was a hacker. My password was changed, and they even altered the email linked to my Facebook to receive notifications. The hacker created another account using all my personal information but without any photos. They are now messaging my friends and family pretending to be me and are hostile when confronted about being a hacker. I tried reaching out to the hacker on a different Facebook account I created, but they took that one over too. I feel helpless, having lost two accounts in less than two days. I am at a loss for what to do next. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This morning, on April 1st, [redacted], while in Egypt, I attempted to log into my account but realized I had forgotten my password. When trying to retrieve it, I mistakenly requested to deactivate my account. The team then sent me a message at 7:18 AM stating the following: Dear JustLike, we have received a request to deactivate your Facebook account. If you have made this request and wish to proceed with deactivating your account, you do not need to take any further action. If you requested the deactivation due to login issues, you can reset your password by clicking on the following link: [redacted] If someone else requested the deactivation of your account, you can easily cancel this request by logging into www.facebook.com. Thank you, Facebook Team I clicked on the provided link to reset my password but have not received the code since then.

Three weeks ago, I discovered an unfamiliar device logged into my account. After logging them out, I updated my password and added two-step verification. Yesterday, I noticed the same device attempting to change my password, but Facebook indicated my current password was incorrect. Facebook advised me to log out to reset my password, but now I'm unable to log back in. Despite having access to both my email and the phone number linked to the two-step verification, and wanting to verify my identity through the ID submission method, I received a message stating that my email does not correspond to a disabled account. I urgently require access to my account and lack reliable points of contact.

I am unable to access my Facebook account. After entering my password, I receive a code via email but then am prompted to enter another code sent to my phone, which I never receive. It appears that the code is being sent via text message rather than email. Additionally, using the password reset option requires a code from a generator that I cannot locate. Furthermore, my Messenger application is not functioning, requesting a login approval code that I never receive on my phone. The phone number associated with my account is correct and has not changed for many years.

Could someone provide assistance? My Facebook and Instagram profiles were unexpectedly disabled without any explanation or warning. I have always followed the community guidelines and as far as I know, I haven't violated any rules. I have attempted to reach out through Twitter, but I haven't received any responses. Despite submitting multiple appeal forms, I have only received automated messages advising me to review the community guidelines. I am seeking clarification on why my accounts were removed abruptly without prior notice, but the responses I am receiving appear to be generic and unhelpful bot replies. It seems evident that my appeal forms have not been reviewed personally. I suspect there may have been a technical error as my accounts vanished after some Facebook updates that took place that morning, or alternatively, I could have been a victim of hacking. I am at a loss for why my accounts were taken down. Had I been forewarned, I would have saved photos spanning the last decade and kept in touch details of friends from my travels. Everything has now been lost. If anyone could offer assistance, I would greatly appreciate it.

I need assistance regaining access to my Facebook account. I have been using Facebook for approximately 15 years with the email [redacted], which I can no longer access. Recently, someone I trusted changed my password, and now I cannot log in. I have had two prior accounts and do not want to open another one. I am concerned about a friend request that was made on Facebook for my 96-year-old mother who is a resident in a nursing home. This situation has caused both her and me distress as she is receiving pictures on her phone from people she does not know, leading to fear and confusion. Due to the current lockdown for COVID-19, I am unable to comfort her in person, which makes it even more challenging for us. Her anxiety has escalated to the point where her doctor prescribed medication. I urgently request for the friend request to be permanently removed from her Facebook account to alleviate any further anxiety for my dear mother. Hello, I encountered an issue recently when my Facebook account was deactivated by the administration. I provided a copy of the front page of my Russian passport, but unfortunately, I have not received a response yet. I have been an active Facebook user for over a decade without any issues. I am a Marketing specialist, so having access to Facebook is crucial for my job. I suspect someone may have accessed my account without my knowledge. I am currently unable to promote my company's Instagram account due to this problem. I have attempted to create a new account unsuccessfully and could only access it for a few minutes. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the world, there is a concerning rise in Islamist extremist activity in Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, my Facebook account has been unjustly deactivated due to individuals creating fake profiles and making malicious reports, despite not being in my friends list. This unjust act is upsetting as I have never faced criticism from any community or religious group for my comments but have been targeted by extremist organizations. With over [redacted] friends and 12 years of continuous use, my Facebook account is essential for staying connected, especially during the lockdown in Western Province, Sri Lanka. I have reached out to Facebook for help, but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. My account holds precious memories from my professional and personal life, and it is distressing to lose access to them. I implore Facebook to restore my account promptly as it means a great deal to me.

I oversee a corporate Facebook page, and recently the personal account linked to manage it was hacked. Unfortunately, by the time we received Facebook's warning email about the suspicious login, the hacker had already posted inappropriate content and both the page and account were disabled. Upon discovering the emails the following day, we attempted to alert Facebook that the initial login was unauthorized and tried to secure the account, following Facebook's instructions. However, due to the page's deactivation, our efforts were unsuccessful. We proceeded to appeal the removal of the page and account, but the appeal was denied. It seems that the process only considers the posted content and the appropriateness of the ban, without addressing the fact that the account was compromised. While there are resources available for hacked accounts, they are designed for active accounts, which ours no longer was due to Facebook's disabling. The situation of our page being hacked and subsequently disabled has left us at a loss on how to proceed in order to restore our page online.

I have three Facebook pages called Lippsy with a total of [redacted],[redacted] fans. One page has been on Facebook since [redacted] and I spent over $10,[redacted] in ads over the years to reach this number of fans. Unfortunately, my most recent page created two years ago was removed in February because a company named Lipsy from London, although similar, reported me. With my business closing due to Covid-19, I wanted to sell my stock online, but my page was removed without warning. I am willing to change the name of my pages to avoid any similarity with Lipsy. I urgently need a platform to advertise and sell my stock to survive as a single mother of two in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Facebook, please help. -Aida S.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance with regaining access to my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I lost my Android device and experienced a laptop crash in August and November of [redacted], respectively. As a result, I am locked out of my account due to the code generator setup that requires the app to be open on a device. Despite attempting various recovery methods like submitting my government ID and taking photos with numbers, I have not received any follow-up for almost five months. It appears that my phone number is no longer linked to the account, as I am unable to receive verification codes via SMS. Currently, the only action I can take is changing my password through email notifications, but I am still unable to log in without the SMS codes. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter. My posts on Facebook keep getting reported and removed. I suspect it's the same person targeting me. The content I share is not inappropriate, but I feel harassed. I plan to contact the Missouri State Attorney General's office. I aim to discover who is reporting me, why my posts are removed, and consider a lawsuit for harassment. I joined Facebook in [redacted], and this started happening in [redacted], even targeting old posts. If Facebook doesn't assist me, I will seek legal advice. I have two Facebook accounts linked to two different email addresses but sharing one mobile number. Today, I am unable to access one of my accounts as it requires a code generated from an application that I don't recall activating. Previously, I would receive 6-digit codes via email or SMS for this account. However, none of these methods have been working since today. Although I can change the password with the email, I am not receiving any SMS codes when trying to log in, even after tapping resend or requesting a code from a generator. I have attempted to log in from various devices but have not been successful. It seems I am stuck in a loop where I need a code to log in, but to receive the code, a code generator is required which was never activated. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Earlier today, I tried to log into my Facebook account for the first time in many months, but I couldn't access it. When I checked the "Help Center," I saw a message stating that my account had been disabled for violating Facebook's terms. I am unsure why this happened and I need to contact Facebook to understand why my account was disabled. I tried calling [redacted], but it seems they are not accepting calls, which is quite frustrating. I would appreciate the chance to speak with a customer service representative at Facebook to resolve this issue and regain access to my account.

We encountered an issue while trying to convert our local TV station profile into a page on Facebook. Everything went smoothly during the process, but upon clicking the finish button at the last step, we received an error stating the profile couldn't be converted. Subsequently, when trying to log in, we got stuck in a checkpoint loop. We provided all requested information like a mobile phone number and profile picture, but the issue persisted. It's been a week dealing with this problem, and we urgently need to regain access to our profile, which we intended to convert into a Facebook page. The profile name is Sandzacka tvMreza.
