Hello, I need assistance. Previously, I've experienced spam, hacking, and even threats for money. Despite following the rules and being kind, my account got blocked after a person named Lily Nel messaged me from a reading group, claiming to have restricted me without any clear reason. I politely asked for an explanation, suspecting a mix-up or hacker activity, but she evaded the question. The next day, when I tried to inquire again, I realized I was blocked from contacting her. Being disabled, Facebook is crucial for me, especially at 70 years old as a grandmother. I rely on it to communicate with friends. Please, I urge for my account to be unblocked or fixed so I can reconnect with my friends. Thank you, Janet Kelley

I recently had a political disagreement on Facebook with a profile named 'Waldemar Chylinski' and their supporters 'Janusz Strejczek' and 'Biesiada-Biesiadowski.' They blocked me from the post and mentioned reporting me for using abusive language. While I admit to being direct and swearing, I felt justified in defending my beliefs. I will work on my language in the future, but I believe their actions were fueled by their support for troubling politics in Poland. As a member of the British Conservative Party with a background in Business and Law at Queen Mary University of London, I ask for leniency and understanding. My Facebook account was hacked around March 12, [redacted]. Despite several attempts, I haven't been successful in recovering it. When I try to reset my password using my cell phone number [redacted], an unknown person's email address, V*****[redacted], receives the reset code instead of me. My usual login is [redacted], featuring my wedding photo. I've tried resolving it by providing identity proof, but after an email acknowledgment that it seemed resolved, my issue remains unresolved. I can only access my account indirectly through Instagram, sharing pictures of Chalk art on a fence. Recent posts with emojis, including National Puppy Day photos, were not made by me. The last authentic post was about my birthday dinner on Feb. 23, [redacted]. Any other activity has been through Instagram. I need assistance as contacting Facebook support has been challenging. I forgot my password and tried using the "forget password" option on Facebook. I received the reset code but misunderstood its purpose, leading me to request the code multiple times. After realizing my mistake, I attempted to use the latest code received for password reset, but it did not work. Despite numerous attempts, I did not receive any more codes from Facebook. As a result, I am unable to verify my account and access it. I seek assistance from Facebook to resolve this issue promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I am unable to receive the verification code as it is being sent to an email address I no longer have access to. After getting a new phone, I inadvertently created a new account using my current email address and phone number. I am able to access this new account but not my original one. I kindly request a password reset code to be sent to my cell phone for my Facebook account linked to [redacted] Once I receive this code, I plan to switch my Facebook login to [redacted] and create a new password that I will securely store. After resetting my phone and changing my phone number, I faced issues accessing my Facebook account due to two-factor authentication. Despite changing my password, I couldn't log in without the code sent to my old number. Attempting account recovery and following help pages didn't work. I remember a method from last year involving taking a photo with specific numbers, but I can't locate that option now. This situation is frustrating as I can't use Facebook and Messenger to stay connected with loved ones globally. Any suggestions to overcome this would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook login. Previously, I had set up two-factor authentication using the Google 2FA app on my old iPhone. I can only access Facebook on my laptop now as I no longer have that phone. After changing my password, I mistakenly got logged out of my account on my computer. I have access to my Gmail from this laptop and have listed my mom and brother as recovery contacts on Facebook to assist me. Despite trying the trusted contact recovery twice with different numbers and receiving a message confirming my identity verification, I did not receive the SMS code. I am unsure if there is a way to regain access to my account or if it is permanently lost. If it cannot be recovered, how can I request for my account to be deleted under GDPR regulations? Thank you.

I am currently encountering an issue on Facebook where I am unable to access my account. I'm Adam P. and I'm frustrated with Facebook for wrongly accusing me. I feel targeted and harassed by the platform. I have Asperger's, and Facebook seems to exploit that. Why do they tolerate multiple accounts from others but go after me? I've faced bullying and name-calling on the site. All I want is to create a new account without it immediately being flagged for suspicious activity.

Hello, I'm seeking assistance as my account is disabled. I've used this account since [redacted]. Recently, while chatting and commenting, it unexpectedly logged me out. I tried to log back in but was unsuccessful and later found out the account was disabled. The email for this account is [redacted] and the phone number is +[redacted]80, which is inactive as I lost the sim card and am not in that country to retrieve the code. I attempted to create a new account with a different email and number, +[redacted]5, but it was disabled after 24 hours. I reported this through the help/support link but received no response after almost 2 weeks. Despite my efforts to sign up again with a new email and number, +[redacted]13, it was also disabled shortly. I apologize for any mistakes and hope for help in accessing my old account or creating a new one without issues. I've used the same ID for all my accounts. I truly miss connecting with my friends on Facebook. Thank you.

I was logged in and attempted to open a group when a pop-up appeared instructing me to secure my account, stating the process began on Monday, March 30, [redacted], at 9:43 PM, which I did not initiate. The pop-up displays two computer options but does not respond to any clicks, making my only option to select a computer for access. Consequently, I am unable to proceed and have been locked out of my account. Regrettably, I cannot even seek assistance on the forum without logging in. I am uncertain how to verify my account and regain normal access.

I kindly request your assistance in either sending a SMS confirmation code that I am not receiving or allowing me to log in without the two-factor authentication. I have also made attempts to reset my password via email, but encountered an error message stating 'You have tried entering too many codes. Try again later'. I have temporarily deactivated my account for personal reasons and seek a resolution to this login issue. Rest assured, this is not a security breach. Once I regain access, I plan to utilize a third-party authenticator instead of SMS for future logins. I have previously reached out to Facebook through letters but have not received a response yet.

Dear community, I am facing an issue with my Instagram account. Recently, I encountered an error message stating that my account has been deleted. This appears to be linked to a circulating video causing accounts to be deleted. When I received and opened this video, my account was logged off and subsequently deleted. A similar message was also sent to the next person I messaged on the platform. As a user with the username @iamjasveen, my Instagram account was crucial for both influencing and business purposes. I am experiencing harassment from someone using a fake profile under the name of Mark Rasmussen on Facebook. This individual, Kathleen Rita Western, has posted negative comments about my husband and me without my permission. The post includes a picture of me, my husband, and our young grandchildren, who are only 6 and 7 years old. She has also posted derogatory comments and even went so far as to take a picture of our truck parked near our house. This is the second time she has done this, and despite Facebook taking down the previous post due to the visibility of my underage grandchildren, she continues to harass us. I am asking for her to be banned from Facebook as she is using the platform to stalk and torment people. This situation has caused mental and emotional distress to me and my family and has tarnished our character. We have been happily married for 47 years, and this unwarranted harassment needs to stop. Hello, I am experiencing difficulties logging into my Facebook account. I have forgotten the password for my account, which was changed in November [redacted]. My username is PU BG. My email address, [redacted], was created sometime in the summer of [redacted] or [redacted], so I do not remember that password. The last password I recall for the account is "intersection." This Facebook account is used for logging into PUBG Mobile. I attempted to reset my email password, but I no longer have access to the phone number associated with that email and cannot remember the recovery email address for that account. I can provide some information about my PU BG account to help verify my identity, such as deleting all my friends in November [redacted], changing the profile picture at that time, and linking it to my PUBG Mobile account for log-in purposes.

To Whom It May Concern, I am currently experiencing harassment from a person named Kathleen Rita Western, who has created a fake profile using the name Mark Rasmussen. She posted a picture of me without permission along with derogatory comments about my husband cheating on me, even mentioning running him over with a truck. The picture includes my underage grandchildren (ages 6 & 7) and my husband once enlarged. This is her second offensive post, where she also insulted me and accused me of cheating. She even visited my house to take a picture of our truck for the post. Facebook made her remove the first post due to the visibility of my grandchildren. I urge you to block her from Facebook as she uses the platform to stalk and harass individuals. I have never met her and only have seen her briefly. She is known to have multiple fake profiles. After doing so, it was deemed incorrect, indicating it had been changed by someone else. This was not my doing.
