As the business manager for Wiyaala, I received an email from Facebook informing me that I have been removed from managing the page by Ads approved [redacted][redacted]1 on Facebook Business Manager. Additionally, the page's URL has been changed to wiyaala@domwiyaala without my authorization. I have taken steps to secure my own account john.sherren.35, from which I manage the Wiyaala page. I am seeking assistance to regain access to the page and revert back to the original URL. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Desirae. I am experiencing issues with receiving Facebook security codes on my phone for the two-step verification. Despite having access to my email and no phone service problems, I cannot log into my account. Other texts and verifications reach me, just not from Facebook. Is there a way to temporarily disable this or receive the code via email? Without this, I risk losing access to my account, which is not linked to any third-party apps and currently not logged in anywhere. My profile is not visible when searched, appearing blank to others. How can I resolve this block?

Our law firm has submitted two name change requests directly to Facebook. The first request was at the end of April, and the second was on March 11, [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts, there has been no name change or response from Facebook. Today, I contacted their customer support team and after explaining the issue, the chat was abruptly closed without a solution. We have repeatedly asked to change the name from "Travis G. Black, Inc." to "The Law Office of Black & DePaoli, PC." This process has been challenging, as other platforms like Twitter, Yelp, and Instagram were able to make the change promptly. It has been four weeks without any progress, and I hope this matter can be resolved soon. Thank you.

I am experiencing a distressing situation concerning a fraudulent Facebook profile portraying me using my name misspelled and photos from a past traumatic event. The profile, created by Olen Heath, is causing me significant distress. Despite my efforts to report it for harassment and impersonation, Facebook has not removed it citing community standards. I have contacted law enforcement, but due to being in a different state from Olen Heath during the pandemic, options are limited. The profile has been live for two weeks, and I only discovered it today. Olen Heath even left a threatening voicemail prior to creating it. I urge Facebook to take immediate action and remove this harmful profile as it is escalating the harassment I am facing.

I recently received an advertisement from Tinder promoting dating and finding love. After learning that my gender and age were the reasons behind this ad, I tried to adjust my ad preferences and personal information, which were accessed by Facebook. Unfortunately, I couldn't modify these details in my personal profile. Considering Facebook's past issues with user data, I am deeply disappointed by the offensive nature of this ad, especially during a time of crisis and self-isolation. It is concerning that my personal information was used without my consent, leading to such an inappropriate and irresponsible advertisement. I attempted to follow Facebook's instructions to stop these ads, but it seems my personal information is still being exploited. This situation is unacceptable. Luna.gbk later admitted to hacking and blackmailing me, demanding I follow her instructions to regain access. She deceived me by falsely claiming to be an ambassador, causing distress and frustration. I have evidence of this interaction, including screenshots. Two days ago, someone tried to steal my account and I received a message in my Gmail inbox. It said someone accessed my account and changed the password. When I tried to log into my Facebook, I couldn't and got logged out automatically. I got really scared because I have my game account and profile linked there. I clicked on the link Facebook sent me to protect my account, confirmed it was compromised, and went through a series of options. I recognized the comments I made 3 months ago correctly, but when I clicked continue, it said they were not valid and couldn't confirm my identity.
