I have been trying to reach out regarding an issue with my Facebook account. I signed up in [redacted] using the email address [redacted] Recently, I got logged out of my iPhone Facebook app and when I tried to log back in, it wouldn't accept my password. The problem is I no longer have access to [redacted] since it was closed due to inactivity and then reopened by someone else. When I try to reset my password, the code goes to the new owner of the email address. I didn't have my mobile number nor the Trusted Contacts feature added, so I can't verify myself to regain access to my account. I have tried reaching out through various channels like the Help Center and Community Help without success. I simply need a password reset link sent to my current email address to reconnect with my loved ones during the Coronavirus situation. Thank you.

A few months ago, I deactivated my account and recently changed my cellphone number. Last night, attempting to log in using my old number led to a password reset prompt. After resetting, I unexpectedly accessed another person's account, coincidentally chatting with the account owner on their page. Despite the owner resetting their password, I am still unable to access my account. Additionally, I had access to the owner's Messenger messages during this incident. - S. Blunt

Please stop systematically blocking me on Facebook and other social networks. Cease attacking me online and interfering with my activities at school and university. Respect my freedoms and rights, as well as those of my friends. Avoid blocking and suspending social network accounts randomly. Hello, I'm Dr. Jana Peters from New Hope Family Practice in Princeton, WV. A few years back, our former office manager created a Facebook account under our clinic's name using her email and a password she can no longer recall. Recently, we established a new Facebook page to keep our patients informed, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hello, I recently joined Facebook using my Gmail account [redacted] Unfortunately, my account was disabled shortly after adding friends, and I'm unsure of the reason. I suspect it may be due to my name discrepancy. My full name is Sanjay Premprakash Everard Singh, but I dropped Everard when I became a US citizen, though it's still part of my Gmail address. On Facebook, I used Everard Singh as my name and submitted my driver's license and a photo when requested. However, I haven't received any updates yet. My business page, NatureboyNaturals, got unpublished by Facebook for allegedly violating a policy, although no specific information was provided about the violation. I suspect it could be due to a post claiming my products could help with the coronavirus, given their antiviral properties. My business is legitimately licensed, and I should have two NatureboyNaturals pages: one I created and another by Web.com, which I don't have admin access to despite payment. I'm seeking guidance on how to republish my self-created NatureboyNaturals page and gain sole admin rights to the Web.com-created page as per our agreement.

As an administrator for Steelville Cemetery in Steelville, Missouri, I am reaching out for assistance. Last fall, we submitted a request to add a donation button to our Facebook page. Despite providing all necessary information, we are still unable to add the donation button. Donations are crucial for maintaining our cemetery, and we aimed to offer individuals an easy way to contribute, especially considering many do not carry cash or checks. The donation page would also allow remote donations, benefiting those unable to visit during Memorial Day Weekend. With Memorial Day approaching in two months, we hope to have the donation button set up and tested before the holiday. I am trying to regain access to my Facebook account that I have used for nearly 15 years, but Facebook keeps treating me as a new user. While on vacation, I accidentally created another account as Gabriel Adenigbagbe instead of my original account, Gabriel Adex. I would like Facebook to restore my original account with the same picture and profile. Despite suggesting friends for me, most of them are already on my original Facebook account. I also had two accounts linked to Gabriel Adex called James Solicitors and Nigeria British Association. Even though my sister Florence Adewole has been on my account for years, I am being asked to add her as a friend again. My name is Maksym M. and my email is [redacted] Over 2 months ago, my Facebook account was suddenly blocked and then disabled without any explanation. Every time I try to log in, I receive a message saying "Your Account Has Been Disabled" and directing me to the Help Center. I followed the steps to request a review by providing my full name and attaching my driver's license, but after submitting, I received no further communication. I believe my account is only temporarily disabled, as it should specify if it were permanent. I am concerned about my business pages and group as well as the money I have invested in ads. I require assistance to disable two-factor authentication on my Facebook account. Despite having access to my email and knowing my password, I am unable to log in due to not having any devices logged in and no longer having access to the phone number associated with two-factor authentication. I have used Facebook for over a decade and have been unable to access my account for several months. It seems the only devices that could have had access were my previous work laptop and work phone, with the issue being that the authentication SMS is sent to my old work phone number. Every recovery attempt assumes I lack access to my email, which is not the case. I am a legitimate user of this account and seek assistance in regaining access without the need for the old phone number.

I am unable to access my account. Each time I try to log in, it indicates that an SMS code has been sent, yet I never receive it after numerous attempts. I followed the prompt to change my password as an alternative, completed the password change, but now I am being asked for a 6-digit login code due to two-factor authentication. However, since I cannot receive the text on my phone ending in [redacted], I am unable to proceed. Despite using my trusted devices like my phone and desktop repeatedly, I am still denied access. My login details are [redacted] with the password KayCon02. I suspect a possible hack as I received an unrequested text message with a code to change my password a week ago. Although I managed to access my account at that time, I am currently struggling to resolve this issue despite investing several hours today. Hello, attached is the email I sent to Facebook Support that is being ignored. Good evening, 2 months ago, I deactivated my Facebook account. Now, I want to reactivate it. However, since many years ago I set up two-factor authentication with a phone number that no longer exists, I am unable to log in without the code. Even though I have the correct password and I have confirmed the reactivation code in my email multiple times, I cannot access my account. I have been trying for 3 days now with no success! This should not happen regardless of data protection policies! You should acknowledge that I am the owner of the profile through my password and confirmation of the reactivation code in my email!
