Hello, I contacted [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] previously regarding an issue. I got logged out of my Facebook account due to suspicious activity, possibly because I was simultaneously boosting a post from my phone and computer on one of my business pages. Although my account is still active, I cannot access it. I attempted a password reset multiple times using the recovery email associated with my main login email, [redacted], an old work email. However, I am unable to receive a confirmation text on any of the three old mobile numbers linked to the account. I rely on this account for my business pages where I heavily use Facebook advertising. I provided copies of my passport and driver's license in an email sent four days ago but have not received a response yet. Thank you, Gareth B.

A few years ago, as a teenager, I had to delete my first Instagram account because of my strict parents. Recently, I discovered that the account was still open. Surprisingly, I could log in using the same old password, but there was suspicious activity. Instagram sent a security code to an unfamiliar email address ending in ".ru," a Russian domain, unlike my usual US email. I realized that my email associated with the account had been changed two years ago, as per an email notification from 09/23/[redacted] that I found today on 04/13/[redacted]. The hacker even removed my phone number from the account, as confirmed by an email notification I received.

I recently encountered what seems like a potential app security breach. While using Facebook, I noticed that clicking on notifications led to hearing conversations in a foreign language, possibly Middle Eastern. Closing and repeating the action resulted in the same eerie outcome. Interestingly, a few days earlier I received a friend request from someone foreign, which I declined. This unusual series of events reminded me of past encounters with similar requests over the years, especially on our HOA page where I am an admin and regularly deny such requests. It appears to be a systematic attempt to gather information from various American sources rather than targeting a specific individual or group.

I have submitted numerous requests for assistance through your online Help Center. Recently, I encountered an issue while attempting to purchase an Oriental rug from Eric Clay Jenkins of Frederick, MD. Despite agreeing to a price reduction to $75 from the listed $95, I experienced problems with the payment via PayPal. I sent the payment, but Mr. Jenkins claimed he did not receive it, subsequently selling the rug to someone else. I am concerned about retrieving my funds and preventing similar incidents with other buyers. I am considering contacting PayPal and my bank for assistance. If this matter cannot be resolved, I may have to deactivate my Facebook account. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Best regards, D.D.

I play a game called PUBG Mobile and usually log in through Facebook. Today, on 14/04/[redacted], while playing, I received a message in the game stating that my account was accessed from a different server and I needed to log in again on my device. After trying to log back in through Facebook, it asked for identity verification via OTP. I changed my password and deleted recent comments as instructed. However, after logging in with the new password, I was informed that my account was disabled for violating Facebook's terms. Despite providing my real driver's license in an appeal, they could not reactivate my account. I believe someone attempted to hack my PUBG Mobile account, which led to my Facebook and Instagram accounts being disabled as well. Since Facebook was my only login option for PUBG Mobile, I am unable to access the game. I have also made in-game purchases, which are now inaccessible. I seek assistance in restoring my Facebook account.

I am concerned because a person gained access to my Facebook account and sent my friend an inappropriate email. When I tried to remove some information from my account, it was disabled. On my computer, I can still see my account where I had [redacted] million coins for Spades and ran my own league. You also removed that. I have submitted multiple pictures like my passport, driver's license, and marriage license. My original account was under the name Melinda Foster Prater, displaying me in a red shirt with a gold necklace standing by my grandson, who is three years old, at a coffee table. My new account, also in a red shirt, was taken too, with [redacted] million coins. I even paid for technical support, but the person never followed through as promised. My main concern is to regain access to my account due to a disturbing message I received, and I would like assistance with this matter. Thank you. Melinda F. P. [redacted] Home [redacted] Cell

Hello, my name is R.P. I encountered an issue with my Facebook account. I clicked on a money-making scheme over a year ago through Warren Brothers' account. I provided personal information unknowingly. After realizing I had been hacked again, I tried to create a new account and reconnect with friends. When attempting to access my account via my Gmail, my password was changed to "superbowl50." I faced difficulty changing it as the new password was sent to [redacted] I couldn't modify the email address back to mine for security reasons. I acknowledge I should have been more cautious. I hope this information helps investigate the matter. If you review my account history, you'll pinpoint when the issue occurred. At that time, my profile picture featured my grandson and a little dog. Thank you, and best wishes.

I have been locked out of my Facebook account for weeks now, and all attempts to regain access have failed. The account has been disabled, although I have not violated any terms. My name is Patricia, also known as Pat Boarman. My original phone number associated with the account is [redacted], which is still valid. I have tried to reset my password and create a new account, but nothing has worked. I use the email [redacted], which is forwarded to AOL, originally set up when I had Comcast years ago. I am a senior citizen with limited knowledge of Facebook and computers. I rely on the internet and Facebook to stay connected with my family, especially during this pandemic. Please help me resolve this issue so I can reconnect with my loved ones on Facebook. If you need to reach me, please use my email or phone number. Thank you for your assistance.

My email and Facebook page were hacked. I managed to reset the email password, but I am unable to access my Facebook page. When I attempt to log in, it requires a code generator that I'm not familiar with as I suspect it was set up by the hacker. The codes they send me do not work, and I keep getting locked out due to too many attempts. I need a solution to bypass this code generator requirement. I don't have access to the phone number on the account as it was set up nearly 20 years ago, and I have since moved, not knowing what phone number is on file. Facebook page in question belongs to Gertlurella Crockett.

My username is christiancalendar2020uk, and I'm Elaine Anderson. The email address for my associate is [redacted] Even though I've removed my Facebook account and its connection to my website, Facebook's image is still showing up on Google Search linked to my business. Unfortunately, it's displaying as a broken link to Facebook, diverting attention from my website.

Hi, I need assistance with my temporarily closed Facebook account, as I have encountered security issues. Firstly, I discovered a site created using my military email address without my consent. I believe this site is fraudulent and request it to be shut down. Secondly, I have experienced posts on my real account being removed and reappearing in my search history, as well as difficulty scrolling through Facebook. I suspect viruses or other issues causing this. I have already deactivated both my Facebook and Messenger accounts. Please investigate and inform me of your findings. Thank you, MJ.

First of all, I want to mention that it is very challenging to find any form of communication with Facebook. Recently, I received a letter in the mail containing a 6 letter and number code for completing my identity confirmation regarding running ads on social issues, elections, or politics. Unfortunately, I overlooked this information before entering the code. Subsequently, I was prompted to provide pictures of my driver's license, both front, and back, which I regretfully did. After realizing my mistake, I feel overwhelmed by this situation. In response, I have taken the step to file a police report with the local authorities. Once the situation settles after the COVID-19 pandemic, I plan to replace my driver's license. I request that all my data and images related to this issue be deleted. Currently, I have deactivated my Facebook account temporarily, but I am contemplating the idea of deleting it permanently.

I recently changed my Facebook password because I couldn't remember the old one. After successfully changing it with the code sent via text, I was then prompted to submit an ID image to confirm my account ownership. Although I complied, every time I try to sign in, I am stuck in a loop needing to provide my ID repeatedly. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance from Facebook's help pages. I am seeking a way to speak with a person to resolve this issue promptly. Kindly contact me at +[redacted]5 so I can regain access to my account. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Adam Pope. I want to address the situation where someone seems to be reporting me on Facebook deliberately out of dislike or jealousy, making things difficult for me. This is complicated for me because I struggle with depression, anxiety, and Aspergers. It's unfair for anyone, including me, to be treated poorly like this. I have provided ID proof before, but it seems like someone has compromised my account multiple times, leading Facebook to believe false information about me being fake. I have decided to take a break from Facebook to allow for a thorough investigation and I hope everything will be resolved soon. I have faced a lot of challenges in the past, including issues with ex-girlfriends who have caused me harm. I have experienced abuse and bullying throughout my life. I hope for a quick resolution to these problems. Whenever I create an account, there always seem to be issues like not receiving emails from Facebook, friends not automatically appearing on Messenger, and unusual activities on my profile. Everything seems to be in disarray.

Hello, I'm facing a troublesome situation. A few days back, my personal Facebook and Instagram accounts were disabled. Subsequently, I discovered several emails indicating that an individual with an unknown IP address attempted to access my account and eventually succeeded. The emails were received approximately 20 minutes prior to my account being disabled, sadly, I did not see them in time. It's disheartening to lose access to my accounts as I haven't violated any rules. What's distressing is that my personal account is linked to my business page, which is vital to me. Is there a way to recover my accounts? I possess all the emails as evidence of unauthorized access. I'm seeking assistance urgently. Warm regards, Sigrid

Earlier today, I encountered an issue with my old Facebook account linked to the phone number [redacted]. I came across a work-from-home job ad, and after an interview process with Dataplus, I was misled into giving access to my account to a person named Charles Scarf Walten. This person took over my account, changed the email, and attempted to scam my friends and family for money. I fell for further manipulation, sending a picture ID to regain control, only to be harassed and blackmailed. After blocking him and creating a new account under a different phone number ([redacted]) and email, I tried to report the scam. I found my old account being misused and tried to reclaim it, which resulted in me losing access to my new account as well. I hope for my old account to be deleted and to regain access to my new one without further repercussions from this cybercrime incident involving Charles Scarf Walten.

Yesterday morning, my Facebook account was hacked. Before I could take any action, both my Facebook and Instagram accounts were deactivated. Upon attempting to reset my password, I discovered that an ISIS-like symbol had replaced my profile picture, indicating the hackers' involvement in the breach. Despite filling out a form on Facebook to explain the situation, I received a response stating that my account was permanently disabled. I cannot accept this outcome and am desperate to explore all avenues to recover my account. Over the past decade, my account has stored cherished memories, photos, and valuable connections from my travel and living experiences around the globe. The thought of losing access to these precious moments and people is truly heartbreaking. What steps should I take to reactivate my Facebook account?

I recently received an unsettling email from someone named Ellis Sanna claiming to have access to my Facebook account, phone contacts, and computer activity. They are threatening to share this information unless I pay them $[redacted] in bitcoin. I have already changed my Facebook password, but I am concerned about the security of my account. Can they still access my information?

Hello, I wanted a clean start, even on Facebook, so I tried to delete my old inactive account to create a new one. I signed up for the new account using my phone number to avoid any issues. However, before I could even upload a profile picture, I was asked to prove I was a real person by making a short video with different head movements. I did that, and now my new account was deactivated for rule violations that were not explained clearly. I would like my old account, registered with my email address, to be deleted so I can use my new one registered with my phone number. Best regards
