My Facebook account seems to have been compromised. When I contacted Facebook's customer service, someone tried to scam me for $[redacted] claiming it was for security measures. My account has been disabled for two weeks, and I need it back up urgently. My email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. I have created an account under the name Ranbir Kumar and have been using it for about 5 months. However, I was shocked to find out that my account has been disabled. When I try to open my account now, it says that my phone number is not associated with it. When my account was disabled, I contacted the Help Center and provided my phone number that I used when creating the account. Strangely, it says that my number does not match the account under the name Ranbir Kumar. I am confused as I provided the correct number initially. I really want to regain access to this account and I am requesting assistance to resolve this issue. I assure you that I have not violated any policies on my account. Kindly help me reopen my account under the name Ranbir Kumar and ensure my number is correctly linked to it. Your help in managing this matter is greatly appreciated.

My Instagram account was permanently deleted because I unintentionally shared a video that was deemed offensive. I received the video on WhatsApp and without watching it or intending any harm, I shared it via direct message on Instagram as a friend requested. Immediately after, I was logged out and when I tried to log back in, I was informed that my account had been deleted for violating Instagram's terms and conditions. I am sincerely sorry for this mistake and request the restoration of my account, __.tanushree. It contains important data for me, and I assure you that this will not happen again. I accidentally shared a video on Instagram that was deemed offensive, resulting in the permanent deletion of my account. This happened unintentionally. A video was sent to me via WhatsApp, and a friend requested I share it on Instagram. Without realizing the content, I sent it in a DM. Immediately after, my account was logged out, and I received a message stating it was deleted for violating Instagram's terms and conditions. The Facebook app on my mobile phone has reset on its own, prompting me to log in again. A week ago, I received a message saying my account may have been hacked, so I changed the password immediately. I received a 3-day ban in January for posting a pack of cigarettes, and later in January, I received a full ban without explanation. I bought the cigarettes duty-free while on holiday and did not realize it would violate intellectual property rights. I apologize for the mistake. I've noticed other items like copyrighted clothes being sold on the platform. I've been a member for over 7 years; as a community employment officer, any issue could affect my CRB check. I understand if I've been removed for posting inappropriate content, but I need clarity on the posting guidelines. Due to self-isolation, Facebook is my only contact with friends and family. There are sentimental photos of my late cousin on my account that I can't bear to lose. If access cannot be granted, please allow me to retrieve my photos.

Despite receiving multiple order and tracking numbers, the provided tracking links were invalid. After exchanging emails, I received responses that were somewhat dismissive, suggesting I be patient or check the tracking numbers. Unfortunately, the tracking site remained inaccessible, leading me to contact my local post office where I discovered that only 1 or 2 items weighing less than [redacted] grams were delivered, including a "sit and ride lawnmower" which seemed implausibly light. Suddenly, I received a notification from Facebook requiring verification of my identity due to some activity on my account. I entered the verification code they sent and then was asked to upload a picture of my ID. After several failed attempts due to an error message, it finally went through successfully. However, just a minute after that, I found out that my account had been disabled. I have been trying to reach out by sending multiple ID pictures along with my full name, date of birth, and the necessary form, but all I get is a message saying I will be notified shortly. It has been 24 hours now, and I have not received any emails regarding the status of my account, except for the initial "disabled account" notification.

While attempting to create a new account, I encountered an error message stating that I can't use Facebook at the moment due to a security review. Despite having received an email confirming the account's creation, I am unable to access Facebook. This restriction occurred right after submitting a picture for verification, possibly related to a photo of me next to an aircraft after my first solo flight. Regrettably, I now seem permanently locked out with no resolution options available. Unfortunately, withdrawing the application to start over doesn't appear to be an option. This situation is quite frustrating.

Throughout my years using Facebook, I have always adhered to your rules without any violations, which can be verified. Recently, I fell victim to a scam promising gifts for the new season from a page called Pubg. This resulted in unauthorized access to my Facebook account, as evidenced by notifications of activity from foreign locations such as Russia. Despite being in Baku, Azerbaijan during these incidents, my accounts have been compromised, including my Instagram where I store valuable photos. I hold your company in high regard and strongly believe that the situation should be thoroughly investigated as I have not knowingly violated any terms of service.

Hi team, My Facebook account with the name Sampath kr linked to the email address [redacted] was disabled due to Instagram being disabled for not complying with terms and conditions. However, to my knowledge, no such violation occurred. If there was any activity, it might have been done unknowingly or by someone else. I have not intentionally violated any terms of Facebook. The sudden deletion without warning or explanation has caused significant loss as I have important contacts, media, and other essential items on the account. I have been a Facebook user for 8 years and have never violated any rules. The immediate and direct deletion without any chance to rectify reflects immature and unfriendly behavior from the application. I kindly request a prompt review and restoration of my account at the earliest.

I created a new Facebook account and connected it to my business Instagram. However, Facebook promptly disabled my account, requesting verification with a code which I never received despite multiple attempts. The issue now is that I can't unlink the inactive Facebook page from my Instagram as it requires access to the disabled Facebook account for authorization. Since August, I've reached out to Facebook and Instagram for assistance but have not received any helpful responses. Being unable to connect my Instagram shop to my website is impacting sales in my industry. Facebook has blocked my account on multiple platforms, and I've tried accessing it on different devices without success. Despite receiving the retrieval code, I encounter errors when trying to set up security options. This is incredibly concerning as I am currently in a bush fire danger zone in Australia and rely on Facebook for safety information.
