Hello, My name is Nathan P. I created a page and two groups on Facebook under the Brand Name What Family Memes. On March 6, [redacted], I uploaded a funny fail video that was mistakenly flagged as graphic violence. This same video has been shared on other Facebook pages and groups without issue. Following this, I received a notification that my page was unpublished due to multiple violations, totaling 8, although I believe this particular video shouldn't be included. I have diligently followed Facebook's guidelines and have grown my page to almost 13,[redacted] members in just over a year. It is a popular page in my community and an important platform for me. I understand my mistake and sincerely apologize. I am requesting a second chance to reinstate my page, What Family Memes, as it also serves as a source of income for me through entertainment gigs. I assure you I will be more cautious with my content in the future. Please reconsider your decision. Thank you.

I have been using the same device and Facebook app for over six months, but now I am being prompted to enter a 6-digit code to log in. Unfortunately, the code is being sent to a phone number I no longer have access to due to switching phone companies. I have submitted my ID for verification but have not received any response from Facebook yet. My public Instagram account, @natashachoufani, is experiencing a bug preventing me from accessing it. I uploaded a video on IGTV to share with my fans, and MBC claimed the video on Instagram and Facebook. When I submitted a dispute of fair use, Instagram refused it and took down the video, while Facebook accepted the dispute and released the claim. Assuming it was okay, I reposted the video on Instagram, only to have it taken down again with a pop-up box I couldn't complete due to errors. Now, I can't access my Instagram properly. Please assist as my work is on hold.

Our Facebook Business Page appears to be owned by another business, but it belongs to us. The current "page owner" was set up by a former employee who had limited Facebook knowledge. Now, we are unable to link our Facebook and Instagram accounts or create a store linked to our website. The "page owner" is a dummy account that we need access to. We are seeking assistance with resolving this issue.

In November, my Facebook ads account was compromised, and unauthorized advertisements for penis enlargements were posted on my Instagram. Facebook acknowledged the hack, refunded the charges, and I thought the issue was resolved. However, I am now unable to advertise on my account due to alleged violations of advertising policies. Despite explaining the situation as a result of hacking, Facebook insists I breached their guidelines and has restricted my advertising privileges. Unfortunately, the case has been closed, leaving me unable to address this ongoing issue with them.

I encountered a temporary block message indicating suspicious activity and was prompted to verify my identity. After receiving a password reset code via email, I reset the password assuming I could access my account. However, I was then asked to provide a photo ID. Upon sending the ID, the screen displayed a key image with a message stating, "You can't use Facebook right now. We're currently reviewing your submission," for both accounts I attempted to access.

Approximately nine months ago, I spent two months in the hospital, battling a severe illness that left me unable to focus on social media like Facebook. Since returning home, I've been attempting to regain access to my Google and Facebook accounts. Unfortunately, it seems that my password has been changed, and despite my efforts, I'm unable to log back in. I clicked on a link in a text that seemed suspicious. Now, I keep receiving texts with two-factor authentication codes I didn't ask for. The messages don't mention my name or seem to be from Facebook. I can't access my account because I can't receive the code on my old phone number.

My Sexy Walrus Gaming account has been disabled twice in the last week. The first time, I was told it was because my name is not considered real, even though it is commonly used by streamers on Facebook Gaming. This time, there was no explanation provided, and I have not received any updates on when it will be reinstated. I am extremely frustrated because I invested money in boosting a post and twice I have woken up to find my account banned. I would like a refund or for my account to be unlocked permanently.

My Facebook account got disabled as they said I was promoting hate speech, but it was a misunderstanding. I enjoy seeking the truth and analyzing conspiracy theories. I posted images of Hitler using a Masonic hand gesture to highlight connections to Nazi symbols and their origins in Babylon. I want to clarify that I do not endorse Hitler or Nazism. I submitted an appeal with my photos a week ago, but haven't received any response yet. Each new account I create gets removed too.

My Facebook page suddenly disappeared without any notice or warning. My name is missing from all my friends' sites. I had a Facebook fundraiser set up for my son, who was in a house fire, to help restore his life after suffering burns to his face and severe smoke inhalation damage to his lungs. The fundraiser had been running for 2-3 days and had already collected half of its $[redacted] goal when my Facebook timeline vanished inexplicably. I urgently need my timeline restored and seek an explanation for why it was deleted.

Hello Facebook Business, I am alerting you to a company that advertises on your platform, as shown in my order confirmation. Despite paying in full, I have not received the items I purchased. The company claims their courier lost the goods, offering only a partial refund starting at 36%, eventually increasing to 50%. They refuse to refund the full amount, alleging it is not their responsibility. I suspect this company of fraudulent behavior and suggest Facebook reconsider allowing their advertisements. My son's account, M. Ferrante from West Covina, California, has been suspended for an extended period without a clear reason, initially notified for 7 days but now suspended for 30 days. Similarly, my account in Bullhead City, Arizona, was also suspended abruptly soon after my son's. Despite being a new account without any prior notifications or violations, it seems to be linked to my son's situation. As Michael Ferrante Sr., residing in a different state, I question why my account is affected by my son's suspension in California when we are separate individuals. I seek clarification on the association between our accounts and the rationale for my account's penalty, which appears to be related to my son's alleged wrongdoing.
