I am experiencing difficulties logging into my account due to the presence of two fake accounts created by someone who sent me a friend request. While trying to regain access, an identity confirmation process was triggered, where a code was sent to my mobile number for verification. Unfortunately, the code did not reach my phone due to a full inbox preventing its delivery. Despite clearing the inbox and requesting the code again, it did not arrive even after multiple attempts over 24 hours. Subsequently, I disabled the two-factor verification feature on the advice of someone, which now prevents the code from being sent to my number. Despite trying with my email and password, the system insists on sending a code to a number that is no longer associated with my account. As a result, I am currently unable to access my account because the code cannot be received without the two-factor verification enabled.

While on holiday in Spain, I encountered trouble accessing my Facebook account, which has been disabled. The appeal and contact buttons are unresponsive, showing a false "connection lost" error on all my devices. Despite multiple attempts, I cannot send any identification or messages for verification. Even phone calls to found numbers have not been successful. My linked Instagram account is operational, but I am reluctant to change my email as it is tied to Instagram. Losing access to my Facebook account, which holds precious photos of my baby daughter, is distressing. Contacting Facebook has been a frustrating experience, given the lack of customer service from such a large company. I need help with my ads being flagged as "Low Quality". I've reviewed the text on my thumbnails using Facebook's Text Overlay Tool, and it passed as "OK". There is no engagement bait in my ads, and I have avoided sensationalized language or withholding information from users. Two nights ago, a friend from Facebook reached out to me, asking for my phone number, and I shared it without much thought. She then requested an authentication code that was sent to my phone, claiming I was listed as a trusted contact to help her reopen her account. After I shared the code, she stopped responding to me. Concerned that her account might have been hacked and that the person messaging me was a hacker, I changed my Facebook password for security. When attempting to reset my password through the "forgotten password" option by email, I faced issues. Despite it being my first attempt, I received a message stating I had exceeded the allowed number of tries. I reached out to three trusted Facebook contacts requesting their recovery codes, but these attempts failed as well, with a message prompting me to try again in 24 hours - which I did, only to face the same problem. Even trying to log in via my Google account proved unsuccessful. Now, I am unable to access my account and fear that someone may have tampered with my personal information and emails to impede my log-in. I have been using Facebook for 13 years without any issues regarding posting or commenting. However, recently, after commenting on a group displaying offensive tattoos, I was unexpectedly blocked. The individuals in the group were advocating hate and discrimination, which seemed to be allowed. Meanwhile, images of naked men somehow did not violate community standards despite numerous reports. The inconsistency in enforcing these rules is concerning. It feels like standing up against such behavior is being silenced rather than supported. I hope to receive a response this time, unlike my previous attempts at contacting Facebook.

On October 12, while conversing with my girlfriend on Facebook, I tried to send her a video via Facebook Messenger. Unfortunately, the video did not reach her that day, and subsequently, all my messages failed to go through. Upon logging into my account, I discovered that my ID had been disabled. This account holds significant importance as it connects me to my entire friend circle, and losing it has made it extremely challenging for me to communicate with my friends. I woke up this morning and tried to log into my Facebook account, but it said my session was over. I suspect someone tried to access my account or it has been closed, possibly due to being hacked. I only post pictures of cats and do not understand why this happened. I am unable to regain access as my phone automatically logs me in and I do not remember my password. I also attempted to change my email on Facebook but was unsuccessful. The account was under [redacted], but I got locked out of that email too. I have no recent contact information connected to the account. I have many memories on the account dating back to [redacted] and would appreciate any help in recovering it. The account is under the name Manda L Jackson (Manda Johnson) with a profile picture of Michael Jackson wearing a black hat.

I am experiencing issues accessing my Facebook account. Each time I upgrade my phone, I backup my information to transfer it over. However, I face difficulties removing the old email and updating my phone number due to dyslexia. This has resulted in me being unable to log in to my Facebook account, which I have had since [redacted] and holds precious memories of my children. I received a total of $[redacted] via Messenger in three payments of $[redacted] each on February 14th. Unfortunately, nothing was received when Julie Boland tried to send another $[redacted] on the 15th. Facebook has an old email on file that is no longer valid, preventing the funds from being sent to my correct email, [redacted], or the card ending in [redacted] linked to my real Citibank account. I urgently need this issue resolved by sending the money to the correct email or card and removing the outdated email from my account.

I have been unable to access my Facebook account since early to mid last year. I no longer have access to the email address or phone number linked to the account, making it impossible to reset the password. My name is Adam Roberts, and the email associated with my account is [redacted] The last time I used Facebook was on an old iPhone 6, which has since gone missing and possibly fallen into the hands of someone else who is now using my account. I suspect this because my girlfriend recently mentioned a friend request she sent me was accepted. I believe my ex or her sister may be behind this unauthorized access. I would appreciate help in determining the IP address or location from which my account is being accessed. Ultimately, I would like to regain access to my account or have it deleted entirely.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am reaching out about the prohibition placed on my Facebook and Instagram accounts today, on February 22, [redacted]. I want to express my sincerest apologies for this issue. Recently, in a WhatsApp group I belong to, a video containing inappropriate content was shared without my knowledge. Due to automatic saving of media in my phone, this video was stored in my device. Later, while chatting with friends on Facebook messenger, I intended to share a comedy video but mistakenly sent the wrong video because of a similar thumbnail. Upon realizing the error, I promptly deleted the video. However, my accounts were subsequently banned. I deeply regret this situation and assure you it will not happen again. I am experiencing issues with push notifications on my iPhone for the Facebook app. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as restarting my phone, reinstalling the Facebook app, adjusting notification settings, resetting both the app and phone settings, and even testing on different devices like another iPhone and an Android; unfortunately, I am still not receiving any notifications. This problem occurred a few years back, leading me to delete my Facebook account. One morning, upon waking up, I unexpectedly found myself logged out of my Instagram account. Initially, I assumed it was a glitch and hoped to log back in promptly. To my surprise, I received a message stating "no users found" when I attempted to log in again. Perplexed, as my account neither appeared disabled nor accessible, I suspect it may have been either deleted or compromised. Oddly, while the account displays as "user not found" now, it previously identified as "instagrammer." Furthermore, an attempt to update my new account with the old email address revealed it as already in use, indicating the original account may not be entirely gone. Instagram has not notified me of any password changes, account deletions, or suspicious login attempts. My username is larrysfondlinson. Restoring access to my account is crucial due to its valuable content. Understanding what transpired and why my account vanished abruptly is equally important to me. Thank you.

I am currently unable to access my account on FB due to alleged suspicious activity. I oversee 2 business pages and engage in FB advertising. When I try to verify my identity, it prompts me to enter a code sent via SMS, which I never receive. This issue has persisted for several days. I previously utilized a personal account for years to manage my pages but encountered ongoing stalking from an ex-partner for 8 years. Despite my pleas, FB did not assist, so I created an alternative account for page management and closed my personal one due to threatening messages over Messenger. Presently, FB has locked my new account for managing my business pages and ads. Contacting FB seems impossible. Could someone provide me with assistance? My ex stole my phone and posted old photos on my Facebook account showing me using drugs. There are also pictures of me shirtless. I have been clean for 3 years and now live in a sober living house. These photos have caused my family and co-workers to believe I am using drugs again, affecting my relationship with my children. I've reported the account and had friends do the same, but nothing has been done. I need these photos and the account removed. I have access to the email address linked to the account, but the person who posted the photos has their phone number linked, preventing me from making any changes without notifying them. They changed my password and set it up so a code is sent to their phone if I request a new one.
