Hello FB Team, I am distressed because my FB account with my paid business page was disabled. That account held precious family photos, memories, and my career achievements. I use Facebook to support two special children and connect with my clients. I am at a loss on how to start from scratch. I am pleading with you to assist me in recovering my account. I admit to trying to log in more than three times on February 17th due to forgetting my password, which may have triggered the disability. I understand if I unknowingly violated policies; please grant me the opportunity to correct any mistakes. My clients rely on my presence on Facebook, and supporting my family, including my unemployed husband, is contingent on my social media presence. Dear support team, I would like to report that my Facebook account was disabled on February 12th due to a hacking violation. Around the same time, I received an email from [redacted] with the subject "[redacted] is Your Facebook Account Recovery Code" at [redacted] regarding a password reset request. I promptly filled out Facebook's form to report the account disabled, providing my name "Géraldine Ohrt" and attaching my Identity Card in a .pdf format. I believe I have not violated any of Facebook's terms, and not having access to my account is causing inconvenience as I use it for authentication on other platforms like Instagram. Yesterday, Facebook prompted me to review recent posts, installed apps, and change my password through a Wizard to regain access. However, my account was disabled again immediately as the hacker changed my profile picture to an ISIS flag. I am seeking assistance in recovering my Facebook account. Dear support team, On February 12th, my Facebook account was disabled due to a hacking violation. Almost simultaneously, I received an email to my wanadoo.fr address from [redacted] with the subject "[redacted] is Your Facebook Account Recovery Code" regarding a password reset request. Later that day, I submitted a form to Facebook to report that my account had been disabled, providing my name, "Géraldine Ohrt," and including a copy of my ID in PDF format. I am certain that I did not violate any Facebook terms and I am facing difficulties without access to my Facebook account, which I also use to log in to other platforms like Instagram. Yesterday, there was some progress when Facebook prompted me through the app to review recent posts, installed apps, and change my password to recover my account. However, my account was disabled again immediately because the hacker replaced my profile picture with an ISIS black flag. Could you please assist me in regaining access to my Facebook account? Last week, my phone was stolen, forcing me to disable it and purchase a new one. Unfortunately, my Facebook (FB) account was linked to a past phone number that I can no longer recall, rather than my email. I have experienced ongoing issues with Facebook's ban on certain features, even receiving new bans as previous ones are ending. My offenses, such as sharing light-hearted memes, seem trivial. I've been unable to go live for six months. In contrast, my reports of blatant racism have been dismissed as not violating standards. I am frustrated with Facebook's tolerance for racists while penalizing harmless posts. I propose a change in the algorithm to consider context and intent. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and Instagram do not rely on this flawed approach of scanning for keywords and banning posts without context. Perhaps switching to one of these platforms may be a more appealing option than continuing to face inconsistent treatment on Facebook.

I recently created a new Facebook page for my new real estate business but made a mistake with the name. I used my nickname, Nikki, instead of my full name, causing Facebook to disable my account for suspected activity when I tried to correct it. I provided them with my ID as requested, but it has been two weeks, and I have not received a response. My real estate office requires me to have a Facebook page, and I am unsure if I can continue working without it. I have explained the situation to Facebook and hope they will reactivate my account so I can access my business page and keep my job.

It’s been nearly a week since my Facebook page was unpublished, and I'm uncertain why this action was taken or what I may have done to prompt it. I have already submitted an appeal and am now awaiting a response. My Scorian's Ink page is where I showcase my artwork, update my followers on my upcoming events, and occasionally sell prints of my pieces. I'm unsure of the exact reason for the page being unpublished. The only potential issue I can think of is my recent attempt to list some artwork for sale on Facebook Marketplace without watermarks. After realizing this mistake, I tried to rectify it by deleting the listings and reposting them with the appropriate watermarked images. If this is indeed the cause for the page being flagged, I apologize. I am still learning how to optimize Facebook to promote my art and business. My account was disabled because I didn't provide the correct personal information, as I was unaware of the requirements. I've tried to address this issue, but can't log in to correct or delete my account since it's disabled. I've created a new account with the correct details under Francis Moran. I kindly request that Facebook delete the original account (under Frank Moran and [redacted]) so I can use the new one. My error was unintentional due to my lack of understanding the rules. Although I've unintentionally breached the terms, I didn't violate them in any other way besides the incorrect information. I'm asking the Facebook customer support team to consider letting me fix my mistake by deleting the old account or the new one, and reactivating the old account. I apologize for the error and thank you for your assistance.

My Facebook username, Paulie FailedKidneys, is under scrutiny as someone reported it. I am an End Stage Renal patient, reflecting my health situation through my handle. Due to my wife's illness and my demanding Dialysis schedule, I haven't been active on my page. Unfortunately, I've been removed from the kidney transplant list for financial reasons, making social media more important. Facebook is now asking for identity verification due to the report. It's frustrating since the issue arose from simply interacting with a vendor on Ebay using this account. I value my privacy for various reasons and usually limit personal details online to protect myself. I am an average individual dealing with severe health challenges; the last thing I need is additional stress from social media platforms like Facebook.

I have tried everything to contact them, using all their email addresses, posting my issue in the reviews section, and even tweeting at them with no response. A friend asked me to share a video on Instagram, but it turned out to be a bug. Afterwards, my Instagram and Facebook accounts were deleted. I have been a user since the early days of Facebook and these were my only accounts. Please investigate and assist me in recovering my accounts. I am desperate to not lose all my memories. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

To whom it may concern, Our Facebook page at facebook.com/StClairBeerandWine was taken down abruptly following an invalid complaint without granting us the chance to defend our case. The Report # is [redacted][redacted]. The allegation made by Regina Stocco from the Social Connection is unfounded. The event in question was initiated by the city of St. Clair, Michigan, and the St. Clair Chamber of Commerce. I have enclosed letters of support from the Mayor of St. Clair and the Chamber of Commerce president as evidence. Liquor licenses from previous events clearly identify the St. Clair Chamber of Commerce as the event's owner. The Social Connection was simply a marketing partner and was terminated by the Chamber in [redacted] in favor of my company, Funfest Events, which promoted the [redacted] event in question. We had to create the "stclairbeerandwine" FB page as the Social Connection refused to relinquish control of the original page they created but do not own. We respectfully request that Facebook reinstate our page promptly to avoid financial repercussions for the event. We are prepared to pursue legal action against the Social Connection and Facebook if necessary to reclaim our intellectual property and Facebook page. The removal of our page without prior notice and the inability to prove ownership is concerning. Additionally, we urge Facebook to prevent the Social Connection from using the "StClairBeerAndWineFest" page, which infringes on our event name. Ionia Uncensored consistently violates community standards every day. While I acknowledge I have also engaged in insults, it is pervasive within the group. I have witnessed disrespectful remarks about deceased family members, fabricated stories about me, ridicule of others' partners, threats of violence, and continuous hostility. Despite this, I was unfairly banned, which I find unjust and contradictory. Moreover, you notified me that my recent comment breached community standards, which is illogical. I simply responded to an insult on a friend's post by telling the offender to leave me alone after being called a derogatory term. Strangely, you deemed my reaction inappropriate while dismissing the initial offense. This lack of uniformity in handling insults is perplexing, especially considering similar behavior is prevalent on various Facebook groups, including Ionia Uncensored.

When attempting to log in to Facebook, I consistently encounter a notification stating that I am currently unable to use certain features and to try again later due to restrictions imposed by Facebook to prevent misuse such as inappropriate or excessive posts. Despite not being active for days or weeks, I still face this issue. The only feature I utilize is the login itself. Unfortunately, customer service has been unreachable. To bypass this issue, I discovered that resetting my password allows me temporary access. However, logging in subsequently yields the same inconvenient notice. This cycle of resetting my password has become tiresome, having to do it six to eight times just to access my account. I have attempted to communicate this problem through messages and customer service channels without success. The current situation is frustrating, and I am seeking a resolution without resorting to deleting my account and creating a new one.

On February 16, [redacted], I uploaded a TikTok video, which received over [redacted] likes and positive feedback. However, my Gmail account notified me at 2 am that Facebook disabled my account due to a third party claiming copyright infringement. Hello! I am experiencing ongoing issues with my Facebook ad account being disabled right after I publish an ad, despite ensuring compliance with Facebook ad policies and even completing the Facebook ads policy blueprint course. The page like campaign was successful, but conversion campaigns trigger immediate disabling, regardless of changes made to the content, domain link or payment method. I have adjusted ad creative, headlines, and copy to no avail. The account, designated as "personal blogger," should not affect running conversion campaigns.
