Case #[redacted][redacted] I have contacted you three times and received three replies in the last three days, all stating that, "We've reactivated your advertising account and you should now be able to create new ads and manage your existing ones." However, the ad account is still deactivated, and the "boost post" feature is still disabled. Is there a bug in the reactivation algorithm? Could this be due to a pending payment issue? I am not aware of any payment issues. Could you please advise? Please reactivate my ad account as per your confirmation above. Thank you, Ben

Hello, Facebook. I would like to request a human review for my page. My ads were approved and running for 2 to 3 weeks before being suddenly shut down. I am unable to advertise on my business page now. I acknowledge mistakes during my learning phase and have completed both Facebook ad training and training provided by my company. When I was younger, I had an old Hotmail.com account which I eventually replaced with a new Gmail account. I assisted my father in creating a group using my Gmail, but now that my Hotmail account is inaccessible, I've been unable to switch my email associated with the group. I've tried creating a new channel with the correct email, removing my old email from the group, and resolving the issue, but unfortunately, I've been unable to recover my Facebook account for over a year now. I've attempted multiple times to resolve this but have not succeeded. If there is any way to regain access to my Facebook account, I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

When I initially joined Facebook, I used my school email address. Now that I've retired and transitioned to my personal iPad, I'm unable to update my Facebook account to reflect my home address. When attempting to input my home address on the iPad, I receive a message stating that it's already in use. It seems that I might have unintentionally created two separate accounts. My account got disabled around 10 days ago. I hadn't posted anything a week prior. While using my phone, I noticed I was signed out for no reason, even after signing back in. I attempted to reset my password and after creating a new one, it worked briefly before I received a friend request notification from an Asian username without a profile picture, which I did not accept. After that, my account was permanently disabled based on this incident. Upon review, Facebook stated my account violated their terms, citing concerns about threats, support for violence, or graphic content. I have not engaged in any of these activities and have mainly shared travel stories. I believe my account was compromised due to a loophole in your apps. I request reinstatement or evidence of the alleged violation, which I believe does not exist.

I was being stalked on my previous account, so I disabled it. After, I created a new account to stay connected with my AA and religious community but changed my name and picture to avoid the stalker. Facebook disabled the new account because it didn't match my real identity. I repeated this with a second account and it was disabled too. I understand the importance of using my real information to prevent this. I need help to not get my account disabled again. I will update my name and picture to reflect my true identity.

I created a new account to store my app data from Google but stopped midway as I remembered I could use my business account. After logging into my business account, I attempted to update the email address. This led to a system error, locking me out of everything. To restore access, they are asking for my ID, which I am hesitant to provide due to past security concerns. This has caused me to lose sales and customers. I have access to the necessary phones and email but am reluctant to share my ID under these circumstances.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I have tried various solutions to recover it, but none seem to work. I attempted to update my forgotten Facebook password after being away for some time. Despite multiple tries to recover account information, creating a new account with my email failed as it said the email was connected to a disabled account. Even after submitting a form to recover a disabled account, it still states no account exists with my email. My email is [redacted], and the account was set up for a business that never commenced. I wish to regain access to my Facebook account without the need to create a new email exclusively for this purpose.

I am looking to update the name of my business's Facebook page from "AHT Automotive Equipment" to our current name, "NovaEquip, LLC." or "NovaEquip." Despite following Facebook's instructions to change the page name under About > Change/Update Page Name, my requests keep getting rejected citing "terms of service" or "guidelines" issues. Our page can be found at facebook.com/novaequipllc. The current name reflects our old business name, and I want to align it with our current one. I am hesitant to use Facebook/Instagram for advertising due to this discrepancy in our business name presentation.

I recently tried to reset my password on my Facebook account, but encountered a language barrier as all emails received were in Dutch. I used one of the codes provided to reset it. Upon checking the settings, I noticed someone else's name (Dylan B.) and email address listed. I suspect my account may have been hacked. When attempting to reset the password, the email from Facebook was sent to the email linked to my account. The security check requests a picture upload, despite having a profile picture already. How can I go about reclaiming my account?

I encountered an issue while trying to access my Facebook account and reset my password. After receiving an email from Facebook in Dutch meant for Dylan, I managed to reset my password using the code. However, in the settings, the account displays as Dylan Bignig instead of my name and email. Also, each time I visit a different page, it initially appears in Dutch before switching to English. I need assistance reclaiming my account or advice on deleting it to create a new one if necessary, as someone is contacting my friends without my authorization. Thank you.

Someone hacked my Facebook account pretending to be an employer. They changed my email and password, and now I can't access my account that I've had for 7 years. I submitted a photo of my ID to Facebook but haven't received any response. The hacker is contacting me through Hangouts and is asking me to identify 2 personal posts to regain access. I can't report him on Hangouts or Facebook. My main goal is to regain access to my account. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello. Over the past two months, I have been inundated with numerous "sponsored" ads in my news feed. Despite not specifying any interests in my settings, the frequency of these ads is becoming quite bothersome. Nearly every other post in my news feed seems to be a sponsored ad. I have attempted to hide the ads and provide feedback that I am not interested in the products, but unfortunately, this has not alleviated the issue. There have been too many incidents of fraud happening on my Facebook account. Despite my attempts to contact you all, I am tired of individuals impersonating me on my Facebook account. I am the real Irene Escobar Nava, and I will be turning on my phone next week to address this issue. I intend to consult with my lawyer regarding Facebook's negligence in handling these situations. There is a lady named Michelle who is using my name, alongside other women and men, exploiting my profile. My name variations include Irene Escobar Nava, Irene Escobar, and Irenenava, all belonging to the same individual—me. I have informed Mr. Mark of my intention to take legal action against Facebook if this is not resolved promptly. I collaborate with many individuals on Facebook, making this situation even more concerning. Last night, I was suddenly informed about a security problem with my account on Facebook. I was logged out unexpectedly and all my content, including photos, memories, and relationships, vanished. This has greatly impacted my work at Grand Prairie Animal Services because I heavily depend on Facebook to connect with people for work-related events and animal rescue efforts. Hello, I am Ferenc Komlodi, and I am experiencing difficulties with my Instagram account, Izranshumanist_ferenc. I last accessed it on Friday, February 7, [redacted]. I have been traveling in Latin America since November and posting from various IP addresses. My Instagram was linked to an email I have not used in years, and it was not functioning. I recently received a 3-day suspension from Facebook for a post that was deemed to violate their standards, which I find puzzling. The post in question did not target anyone, contain threats, or name individuals. It was a shared post where I expressed my agreement and opinion. Now, I am frustrated as I perceive this as Facebook restricting my right to express my thoughts freely, especially when I see other users getting away with hate speech, including some directed at me. It seems like a contradiction and a violation of my rights. Although I admit to past inappropriate posts, I now find that any use of strong language or explicit content results in blocks, which feels unjust to me.
