Despite multiple attempts to contact Instagram support, I have not received any response. Unfortunately, I've been informed that my account was permanently deleted, which has been distressing as it contained messages from a significant person in my life. Hello, I accidentally logged into my friend's phone, and he made some changes to my account. When I tried to log back in, I uploaded a clear photo of my face, but my account remains inaccessible. I recently tried to access my Facebook app and found myself logged out. After entering my password, I realized my account had been hacked. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the email linked to my account because I used a fake email address when originally creating my account. I also no longer have the option of receiving a code sent to my phone number. I completed the I.D verification process, received an email confirming everything was fine, but I still do not have access to my Facebook account.

After reactivating my business account, I encountered an issue where I was prompted to link it to a personal page. Despite not being aware of having a personal page, I went ahead and created one. However, I now cannot locate my business page on Facebook or find a way to link them. I attempted to recover my account by adding two new emails, but the business account remains missing. Any assistance in retrieving the business page would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently the admin of a business page and I am encountering an issue while attempting to add the page to Facebook's business manager. The system is indicating that the page is already owned and that a request has been dispatched to the owner, yet the email recipient remains unknown. Consequently, we are unable to claim ownership of the page, leading to complications such as the inability to share Instagram posts on Facebook. I manage the page for an academic observatory in Quebec, Canada, focused on family issues called Observatoire des réalités familiales du Québec. As we operate in a French-speaking province, our content is in French. Our aim is to make scientific study results accessible to a broad audience by summarizing them in a language that is easily understood by those interested in the topic. To increase our visibility, we occasionally invest a small amount in Facebook ads. Recently, we spent $4 on a 48-hour Facebook promotion targeting our page followers and their friends. Due to the nature of our work on social issues, Facebook required additional information from me, including ID pictures and personal details. This is, understandably, part of their efforts to combat fake news. I fully support this as our observatory's mission is to counter misinformation by sharing credible findings from scientific studies. However, here lies my problem. We attempted to boost a post addressing the issue of domestic violence among same-sex couples for $4, but Facebook rejected it, citing that the topic is Canadian and must be addressed by a Canadian entity. Hello team, I wanted to inform you that my Instagram account was disabled on 20th January [redacted] due to alleged violence by someone other than me. This action was not taken by myself, but by an unknown individual who compromised my account. Despite not receiving any warnings, my account was disabled by Instagram. The reason behind this seems to be a video circulating on social media, causing many users to lose their accounts. Unfortunately, I was one of those affected. My account contains valuable data and important memories spanning five years, including contacts with VIPs obtained through hard work. I am hopeful to regain access to my account to retrieve my data. I have been reaching out via email daily but have not received a response from the team yet. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Facebook page, Mr Giveaways. My legitimate company, Mr Giveaways Ltd, has been running sponsored ads on Facebook successfully. However, two weeks ago, our website URL mysteriously disappeared from our page. Despite numerous attempts to add it back, we received an error message stating it doesn't meet community standards. This situation is seriously impacting our business as all paid ads with our website links have been removed. Additionally, we are unable to share our page, post our website URL, or even share our posts due to Facebook categorizing it as spam or abusive content. This issue is unique to us as similar giveaway companies like Elite Competitions and Dream Car Giveaways have not faced such problems. I have made several attempts to contact Facebook for assistance, but to no avail. Even after our page review showed no restrictions, the issues persist. We are contemplating legal action against Facebook for the losses and damages we have suffered. Thank you.

I would like to merge two of my Facebook pages. I have adjusted the names to be very similar because the system wouldn't allow me to merge them due to the differences in the names. I changed the name of the second page to match the first page's name, with a "2" at the end. However, when I attempted to merge them again, I received an error stating "These Pages can't be merged because there is already a pending request to merge." I attempted to update my password on the mobile app while signed in, but I couldn't remember the current one. When using the "forgot my password" tool, it only offers to reset it via email, which I can no longer access. Nevertheless, my mobile number is verified and visible in my privacy settings. I would like to reset my password via SMS, as I usually do, and remove or update the outdated email address, as I am unable to access it. I also tried to verify my identity through the Facebook page, but it seems this option is solely for disabled accounts.

Hello, I am seeking assistance as my marketing job and professional profile depend on it. Hello, I wanted to share my experience regarding a recent purchase I made on Facebook. I ordered two Oroton wallets from a seller offering an 80% Christmas discount. Despite paying $[redacted] for shipping, I never received the wallets. Instead, I received a low-quality scarf. After returning the package at my own expense, I found out the sender's address is from China. Sadly, this is not the first time I encountered such a scam, as I was previously deceived in a similar incident involving a designer handbag. I recently paid for a promotion using my credit card to advertise my business on Instagram, and shortly after, my account was blocked for reasons that seem suspicious to me, even though I have not engaged in any suspicious activity. I am unable to access my account due to an issue with my trusted contact information. I mistakenly broke my phone at the end of a billing cycle, resulting in the inability to use my password. Recently, I lost access to my original account due to losing my phone with two-factor authentication enabled. Since then, someone impersonating me, Leroy Forman, has taken over my group and made malicious changes. I currently use the account Will Theo Walsh III.
