My Facebook account, under the name Shilpa Francis Thekkevayalil, was hacked 2 years ago. Since then, I have been unable to access it and had to create a new account with a different email yesterday. Surprisingly, the old hacked account is still active, causing confusion among my friends from receiving messages that didn't come from me. I kindly request your assistance in deleting the old account 'Shilpa Francis Thekkevayalil' to avoid any further confusion between my old and new accounts.

Hello, I am currently experiencing an issue where the video watch feature is not showing up in the status bar on my account. I have checked the settings, but the option is not visible there either. The status bar only displays friend requests, profile, and groups for my account. Interestingly, when I log into another phone, the same problem occurs. However, when I log into a different account on my phone, the video watch feature appears as usual. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I have been attempting to reach out to Facebook regarding a strange issue I am experiencing on my page. I am unable to view most of the pictures I am tagged in and a lot of posts on my timeline show a message saying that the content isn't available or is restricted. One specific example is that my Mom is unable to tag me in posts, and I cannot view things she posts publicly on her page. It is important to note that she hasn't blocked me, so I am confused by this situation. Can anyone assist me with resolving this matter?

After relocating from VA to Santa Maria, CA, I switched from a Cox email account to Gmail. I successfully updated my email address on my original account, but now I'm encountering issues related to privacy and rules violations. I have various means of proving my identity, such as its connection to my Facebook. I've been using this account for years to build my photography business. Hello Facebook Team, I am experiencing a significant issue with accessing my old Messenger and Facebook account under the email [redacted] Unfortunately, I have nearly forgotten the password and have been unsuccessful in logging in. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I forgot my password, and when I tried to reset it, I did not receive the login code on my phone. Despite hitting the resend code option, no code came through. As a result, I am unable to login to my account.

While using my account last night, a pop-up appeared stating that my session had timed out and instructed me to log back in. Upon doing so, I was notified that my account had been disabled. I followed the instructions to complete a form with my name as shown on the account and my ID. After submitting the form, I was directed to check my email for further steps. In my inbox, I discovered 4-5 emails related to account recovery within the past 24 hours. A subsequent email informed me that my account had been permanently disabled due to Facebook standards violations. I have never posted anything inappropriate and suspect that my account was hacked, considering multiple recent attempts to access it. I possess screenshots of the emails received and request a manual review of the ban to demonstrate my ownership of the account and innocence regarding any inappropriate content.

Facebook disabled my account that I've had for nearly 3 years, and they have taken away all my cherished memories, including ones with my late best friend. I sustained a back injury over 5 months ago, confining me to my home where Facebook was my only connection to the outside. Each time I create a new email and try to join again, Facebook disables my account after I send a friend request. The current situation is frustrating. Facebook was meant to unite people, but now it feels impersonal, especially with intrusive advertising violating privacy constantly.

Recently, I faced technical difficulties with my home computer, causing me to forget my Facebook password. I have been a dedicated Facebook user for over a decade, and I have always abided by your policies without issue. My Facebook account holds crucial information related to my education and career, making it extremely valuable to me. I trusted Facebook completely and didn't see the need to create a backup. Suddenly, my account was disabled without any prior warnings, and now I am unsure why. I am urgently requesting to have my account reactivated to secure important photos, messages, and other data for at least a week.

My account was compromised this morning, and the password was altered without my knowledge. Despite my attempts to reset it, the email associated with the account is outdated, created in my youth before I had a formal email address. The system prompts me to retrieve a code from trusted friends, but one is also locked out, and the other resides in a different state. My Facebook business account is linked to this email, and I am unable to access it now.

Currently, I've been attempting to set up Instagram shopping on my account. I discovered that it can be done through the "Facebook Business Settings" to connect it to both my Facebook page and Instagram account. Although, after the setup, I encountered a problem when trying to assign Business Manager as the page owner on my Facebook page. It has been several weeks now, and I am struggling to find a solution. I am unable to locate the option to accept our request for access to the page. Can someone assist me with this?
