Hello, my name is SofĂ­a Balp. I'm facing an issue with my 13-year-old account that got reported, and I'm unable to recover it. I was requested to submit a photo of my ID, but the quality was poor due to it being late at night. I can retake the photo and provide it. This account holds many precious pictures of my family and children that I don't have elsewhere. I mainly use the account to reminisce and view old photos. It's been 2-3 weeks since I received the message "you are unable to use this account," and I'm feeling lost without access to it. I kindly request assistance in recovering my account, even if just to retrieve my photos. Thank you.

My account, Lilian R., email [redacted], phone +[redacted]98, was unexpectedly blocked yesterday while trying to log in. I am currently in Vietnam and unable to recover it on my own. Despite changing the password, access remains unavailable. Being abroad, my phone cannot receive SMS for verification, leaving me desperate to regain my account. My account was disabled after being hacked. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Facebook, I have not received any response. I provided a photo of a person whose profile appeared linked to my phone number, and it seems Facebook has mistaken them for me. This misunderstanding has led to my account being disabled whenever I try to sign up again and upload my profile picture. I did not commit the actions of the hacker. I am eagerly awaiting to regain access to my account on Facebook.

I am facing an issue while trying to upload a video on my Facebook page. Every time I attempt to upload, I receive a network connection error message. Despite trying various troubleshooting methods suggested by Facebook such as changing the video format to MP4/MOV, clearing browser cache, and switching connections, the problem persists. The video duration is only 15 seconds. Interestingly, another page administrator in a different location and network is experiencing the same problem. We can upload videos on our personal accounts without any issues. As we seem to be encountering this problem only at the account level, I suspect there might be an account-related root cause. Unfortunately, contacting Facebook for assistance has proven to be challenging, as multiple requests have been made without receiving any response.

I recently came across a hair serum advertisement on Facebook for a product called Hair Salon. Intrigued, I purchased 5 of them from the Ifortisa website about a month ago. However, I started having doubts about the company's reliability and requested to cancel my order. Despite my attempts, they have not canceled my order nor sent the package yet. This situation has been frustrating, especially since I trusted them based on their Facebook ad from a reputable company. I can't access my old Facebook account because it was blocked. Even after submitting the necessary documents, the issue remains unresolved. The account holds sentimental value as it contains photos of my late husband. Hello! Three days ago, my friend played a prank on me, and I accidentally sent him a video on Instagram that led to both my Instagram and Facebook accounts being deactivated. Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to address the recent report on my comment, which I believe was done by an individual in our country falsely claiming to be a Facebook employee. Unfortunately, this person has been using his supposed authority to help girls with their Facebook accounts only to later steal or harass them. His misuse of fake accounts, especially stolen from girls, led to him reporting my comment. I urge you to reconsider the block as this impersonator is a serious issue in our country. He has a history of police involvement due to his harassment of minors and is likely trying to silence me to conceal his actions. I commit to blocking this individual and avoiding engaging in similar discussions to prevent future conflicts.

My account underwent a security review, and I was asked to submit a photo of myself with my full face visible. I complied with this request but unfortunately, my submission was rejected, resulting in my account being disabled. I suspect this happened because I recently created a second Facebook account on the same day my main account was under review. I was concerned about potentially losing access to my main account and wanted a backup. However, I now realize that creating the second account was a mistake and likely led to the disabling of my main account. I deeply regret my actions and understand that I unintentionally breached the rules and policies. I have been using this main account for six years, and it is my only account. I am willing to close the other account and commit to adhering to all guidelines in the future. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and humbly request a second chance. After resetting my phone, I encountered issues accessing my Facebook account due to 2-step verification, which I wasn't aware of. Despite not receiving any SMS codes after three days and checking that my phone number isn't linked to the account, I'm unable to log in. I also cleared my laptop's browser data, leading to the same code request there. Unfortunately, since I can't access Facebook on either device, I'm stuck without the necessary code. I hadn't saved any backup codes or security keys as I wasn't informed about the 2-step verification status prior to resetting my phone. Need assistance regaining access to my account urgently. I recently changed my phone number and now I can't access my Facebook account with the 2nd-factor authentication enabled. This is impacting my business as I can't manage my page or advertise. I still have access to the old number ending in [redacted] but the verification code is being sent to a number I no longer have, ending in [redacted]. Is there a way to update my phone number for authentication purposes?

I believe my Instagram account was disabled in error, despite numerous appeals being unanswered. Many rely on me as a source of support, which is concerning as I was assisting individuals dealing with suicidal thoughts. Now, with my account deactivated, they might believe I've blocked them, potentially exacerbating their already vulnerable state. I have opened and can verify all Facebook accounts associated with the following email addresses and telephone numbers. Currently, I do not use any of these accounts and I am unable to open a new account because of this issue. Facebook has disabled two accounts, and I have deleted the others. I request for all active or inactive accounts to be permanently deleted from Facebook. Dear all, I am concerned about my friend whose account was banned. He sent me a video on WhatsApp claiming it was accidentally sent as he was playing PUBG at the time. He kept calling me persistently, so I quickly blocked him. Subsequently, my account got disabled. This is my personal account that I have used on various platforms. My account got disabled. I'm 56 and not good with computers. I left my computer on, and the kids I was looking after started clicking on the "add friends" button, and I think they added too many, which led to my account being disabled. A friend set up my Facebook page years ago, and now it's asking me to download files, but I don't know how. Whenever there's a problem, I have to ask a neighbor for help. Three years ago, I was requested to verify my account by uploading my ID. Despite several attempts, I continuously receive the message: "Unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can." It has now been three years, and I am still unable to access my account due to the prolonged "verification" process. I am frustrated by this delay in verifying a simple ID.

I recently experienced a security breach on my personal Facebook account. I reported the issue, leading to the account being disabled by Facebook. Unfortunately, I also had a secondary business page created through my personal account, which I am now unable to access. I am seeking guidance on how to recover access to my business Facebook account. If recovery is not an option, I would like to know how to proceed with disabling that page.
