I created a Facebook account under Amber Elrod and added my maiden name Ferguson for old friends to locate me. Unfortunately, my account was disabled within 24 hours. I've submitted my driver's license twice now with the name Tiffany Amber Elrod, but I am known as Amber. The profile picture features my husband and me, and I've even taken a live selfie to verify my identity. The photo on my license clearly resembles my current appearance. I am seeking guidance on how I can regain access to my disabled account.

Hello, I recently spoke with some support agents and discovered the reason for the ban on my business manager. Additionally, my personal account has been banned as well. "It was disabled for running misleading ads that have been known to result in negative feedback from Facebook users, which goes against our goal of providing the highest quality user experience possible." I mistakenly sold a poor quality beard comb while in need of money, although I haven't advertised this product in months and won't in the future. I understand the seriousness of my actions, but I hope for another opportunity to sell only high-quality products that ensure customer satisfaction. Facebook ads have been my livelihood since March [redacted], and I've learned from my mistakes. I am experiencing an issue accessing my account due to a mismatch in my date of birth. While trying to use Messenger on my phone, I encountered the error because my date of birth doesn't align with the one on my Facebook profile. I am unsure how to rectify this mistake. When attempting to create a new account, I found myself locked out of Marketplace. It is crucial for my business that I have access to Marketplace. On January 29th, I clicked on a link I received from a friend, thinking it was a Facebook promotion to win $[redacted],[redacted]. Unfortunately, the link was fake, and I fell for it. Someone named Derick Simmonds contacted me via messenger, requesting my Facebook password and a copy of my driver's license for verification. I realize now that it was a scam, as a new account was created without my consent, sending friend requests and the fraudulent link. Despite my efforts to shut down the fake account, I'm unable to access my original account. Facebook support claims the issue is resolved, but it's not. Some of my friends have also been tricked into this scam and lost money. My account shows activity that is not from me. I desperately need assistance from a real person at Facebook to resolve this situation.

I recently set my old Facebook account for deletion and also deleted the Gmail account linked to it. Subsequently, I created a new Gmail account to set up a fresh Facebook account. Despite receiving an email confirming successful account creation, I encounter a message each time I attempt to log in stating that my Facebook account requires company review before I can access it. This issue has persisted for two days, and I am seeking assistance.

Hello! I'm experiencing an issue with my Facebook shop connecting to my Instagram. It used to work, but now my Shopify products aren't showing on Instagram. I am Mollie Mormon, and I recently created a Facebook account, my first ever. However, after uploading my picture and attempting to log in again, I was informed that my account was disabled and directed to the Help Center. The message indicates that I violated Facebook's policy by allegedly impersonating someone else. This is not the case as I have used my real name, Mollie Mormon, for 47 years.

This morning, my account was hacked, and the scammer was in my inbox requesting my Cash App name, Facebook login information, and a copy of my photo ID. The scammer promised to send money to my Cash App, and I was supposed to send back a portion of it. My Facebook account is now locked, and the scammer is trying to scam my friends by pretending to be me. They send copies of my ID to make it seem legitimate. I need help recovering my account.

I need help canceling a pending P2P payment. The issue arose when I tried to send $[redacted] to my friend via PayPal on Messenger, thinking it would go to his PayPal account. I keep receiving hundreds of friend requests from various countries like Iraq, Iran, India, South America, and Asia, mostly from males. Despite spending hours deleting and blocking them, they keep coming. Lately, I even received requests from people I already know, which prompted me to message my contacts and advise them not to accept any requests. I've also changed my password, but the issue persists. I'm unsure how to address this problem and turn to your expertise since you are a professional company with outstanding IT resources. It seems the problem is with my phone.

My phone is broken, making it impossible to use. I recently acquired a new phone, but Facebook won't permit me to log in without some "2-step verification" which I'm unfamiliar with. Every instruction provided requires me to access my account, but the main problem lies in the fact that I can't access it. I don't utilize any other devices, so I'm not logged in anywhere else. Despite sending a photo of my ID on at least 6 occasions, I have yet to receive a response even after two days.

My spouse and I encountered a problem with the sexual objectification of women during the Superbowl halftime show. We were talking about this with a friend on her personal Facebook page. She mentioned she hadn't seen JLo grab her crotch, so I tried to show her the photo, only to receive a sudden 7-day ban. It seems that what is acceptable for primetime TV may not be suitable for sharing among adults in a private discussion.

My account was compromised. I've been locked out by the hackers, who are now misusing it to contact my friends for their scam. After confronting them via email, I got locked out. I created a new account, essential for my role as a therapist, but I'm having trouble accessing it. A friend reported the incident tonight, but my old account remains active since my phone number is still linked to it. The old account belongs to Pat Lilly, while the new one is under Patricia Lilly. I've already downloaded all my old account data. Please disable the account under Pat Lilly to prevent the hackers from impersonating me. One of the scammers used the name Scott Ackusis and mentioned a grant scheme, leading to a person named Debbie Clark or Debra Clark Welch. The profile picture showed her in front of a government seal.

There is someone pretending to be me on Facebook using the name (Kelly Matthews LS), but that's not me. My only legitimate page is under the name (Kelly Matthews). I need the fake account with false information about me deleted promptly. This impersonation is illegal, defamatory, and I don't want anyone to mistake the fake profile for me. I request the immediate shutdown of this fraudulent page. Thank you.

Facebook recently informed me that a friend reported someone pretending to be me. They assured me they are investigating and will remove the fake profile if it violates their standards. I am frustrated with Facebook's security and lack of customer service. Despite my reports since December 24, [redacted], about my hacked original account - which the hacker is using to scam my contacts - nothing has been done. The hacker changed my password, primary email, and phone number. When I tried to make a new account, it was promptly disabled for suspected activity. Yet, the imposter account, used for fraudulent activities, remains active without scrutiny. I doubt I'll get a response to this email. For urgent assistance, feel free to call me at [redacted]. It's concerning how the imposter managed to scan and upload a state ID.
