On January 2, [redacted], I agreed to purchase two antique bottles from Eric & Eileen Olsen. I sent a total of $52.20 via a USPS Money Order to their address at 50 Walter Street, Apt. 2, Albany, NY [redacted]. This included $40 for the bottles, $10 for postage, and $2.20 for insurance. After contacting them about the merchandise, I was informed that Eileen is ill, and Eric would handle my order. Eric stated they had shipped the items but did not provide a tracking number. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have not received the items, and they have not refunded my money. I have tried contacting them through various means, including Facebook and USPS, without success. It is concerning that they continue to list new items for sale while neglecting pending deliveries. I urge them to address this situation promptly.

I recently realized that I tend to change my passwords quite frequently, which led to me forgetting the new password I set for my Facebook account. This confusion arose after I had previously changed my email address a few months ago due to forgetting the password for my original Gmail account. Unfortunately, I forgot the new Facebook password I set and the password for the alternate notintertained@gmail email address I used. I attempted to access my account on a Samsung 6 device, which ended up breaking. Despite recalling my old passwords, I can't access the account as I didn't link a recovery email or phone number. I rely on Facebook to connect with relatives, including my foreign ones. How can I verify my ownership of the Facebook account under the name Caitlyn Mcquilling with the email [redacted]?

About a year ago, I encountered difficulty logging into my Facebook account and discovered it had been hacked. A friend suggested deactivating the account to prevent further access. After changing my email, I now struggle to reactivate it due to forgotten passwords. I desperately need to retrieve my account, especially for the precious childhood photos it holds. I can provide any necessary information to prove ownership, but I am hindered by the system requesting a login code to my old email. I have discussed my account being paused due to a billing issue in several chats. I have notified Facebook that my credit card payment has been processed. I am requesting Facebook to rebill my account to resolve the pause. Your responses have not addressed whether the billing has been completed. Despite my inquiries, the Ad Manager still indicates that the ad is paused. I am eager to receive an update from Facebook regarding the billing status, whether successful or unsuccessful. It seems there may be a misunderstanding or a delay in billing attempts, which has prevented my ad from running during a crucial time, such as the weekend. This situation has resulted in me missing out on important coverage that I was relying on Facebook to achieve. Please provide me with clarity on the resolution of this matter so that we can proceed accordingly.

I have submitted two requests to Facebook, and it has been over two weeks without any response. I updated my phone number some time ago and failed to update it on my Facebook account. A month ago, my phone was stolen, and now when I try to log in, it asks for a 6-digit code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. I remember my password and can use the email linked to my Facebook account. My name is Tammi Smith, and my Facebook email is [redacted] My new phone number is [redacted], and my old number starts with [redacted], possibly either [redacted] or [redacted] (I believe it's the first [redacted] number). I provided a photo of myself holding a sign with a 5-digit code for both requests and even emailed three different forms of ID from list 2 to confirm my identity further in one of the requests.

I have completed the Blueprint courses on advertising policies and adhered to them. Despite running my ads for months, they have never been disapproved for policy violations. My page, which promotes a free webinar class on earning extra income through the internet, is similar to many others on Facebook. The class provides valuable information on current trends and clearly states on the landing page that income is not guaranteed. I do not make income claims and include disclaimers emphasizing the need for effort and time with no income guarantees. As a paying customer, I have not breached any rules and would like to resume advertising promptly. I understand the high volume on Facebook necessitates automated checks, but I believe there has been an error. I seek resolution and request a manual review of my ads, as this is my third attempt to rectify the issue. Your immediate attention to this matter is appreciated.

Hello, my name is Vladimir M. I created my Facebook account approximately 10 years ago. I was born on July 19, [redacted], in Uzbekistan and currently reside in Israel. Recently, while working on MSC Cruises, I had to reset my phone completely, which caused me to lose all the saved data, including the password for my Facebook account which was automatically saved on my phone. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number and email linked to that Facebook account (Old email: [redacted], old phone numbers: [redacted] and [redacted]). I now have a different email and phone number. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account and can provide identification or any other proof needed to verify ownership. I've been locked out of my account for almost three months now. When trying to sign in, I was prompted to verify my identity, but I never received the one-time code via email after numerous attempts. I have also submitted photos of my passport and driver's license as requested, but have not had any response. There appears to be no way to reach out to anyone for assistance.

I encountered a scam while purchasing tickets for a Six60 concert. The scammer shared a screenshot of a New Zealand Driver's License as proof of identity. After sending $[redacted] to a PayPal account, they requested a photo of my ID for a supposed "name change" on the tickets. When asked for an extra $90 for the change, I refused, sticking to the agreed upon $[redacted]. They then sent $[redacted] to cover the cost, requesting I send it back to their PayPal. To receive the tickets, I reluctantly gave my FaceBook password. However, they changed it and didn't provide the tickets. My account was used to sell fake tickets, leading others to fall victim to the scam. I've reported this to the New Zealand police and am awaiting a response. Currently, I need assistance suspending my FaceBook account and recovering my password. The scammer altered the recovery email slightly, causing my password retrieval to go to their account. I'm distressed and eager to prevent others from being deceived by these individuals.

I need help deleting my old Facebook account. My current name is Chris Adrian Wyche, and my old account is under Christopher Wyche. I haven't used it in years, and I can't remember the password or access the linked email due to a forgotten password. I'm unable to delete it on my own. I have a personal page and a business page. When I try to share a photo with the groups joined by my business page, I usually click the share button below the photo, then select the share to a group button, and choose all the groups joined by the business page at once. The issue is that these groups have been replaced by the groups from my personal page. Now, I am unable to share photos with the groups on my business page unless I manually enter each group separately to post the photo. I need assistance to restore the groups associated with my business page to their original places and rectify the mix-up between my personal and business page groups.

Hello, I am currently trying to set up a retargeting campaign on my Ads Manager for one specific product. The pixel and product are both connected without any issues, indicating that everything has been properly configured. However, I am encountering an error within the ad set that states: "Billing Option Not Available: Ad accounts owned by businesses new to Facebook Products can choose this option to pay for ads after several weeks of following our policies." My primary confusion lies in the fact that billing options are not typically selected within the ad set section. Additionally, I have been running regular ads for well over a month and have already been billed approximately $[redacted]. Therefore, I am unsure about the duration I am expected to follow their policies. Furthermore, I operate a Shopify business and previously utilized a third-party retargeting app through my Shopify account, which effectively launched a retargeting campaign without encountering any errors. I received a distressing message from a family member of my husband asking for assistance with her account via Messenger. Unfortunately, this individual turned out to be a hacker who then threatened me with blackmail, coercing me to send inappropriate images. Upon my refusal, they proceeded to delete my Facebook and Messenger accounts. This hacker also tampered with my settings, altering my email address, preventing me from receiving a recovery email. Despite having two-step verification enabled, they managed to block my husband, who was listed as a trusted contact and beneficiary.
