I've organized a fundraiser to support a charity important to me. However, most of my friends and family in the UK can't donate due to regional restrictions, and Facebook won't let me change my currency to British pounds. Despite being a major social media platform, Facebook doesn't provide phone support. I'd appreciate a prompt response to address this situation.

I am unable to receive my two-factor authentication code via text. My account has been inaccessible for 2 years. Despite reaching out to the help desk, the issue persists as my mobile device is not recognized as a trusted browser. I have made several attempts to submit my ID and a photo with a verification code, but Facebook has not responded to my requests. Even though my text messaging for Facebook is enabled, when I text "otp," it acknowledges my 2FA setup but does not send a code. While I receive login codes via email to reset my password, the process halts when I need a 2FA code sent to my phone for verification, which I never receive. It is frustrating that I have not received any support from Facebook. Additionally, the system acknowledges my 2FA phone setup with SMS prompts, but the codes never come through when needed, stating it could take up to 12 hours. This ongoing issue has gone unresolved for two years.

Hello, I am Aira Barcelo. I am concerned about my Facebook account that was reported for reasons unknown to me. I received instructions to confirm my identity by using a code sent by Facebook to my phone number via SMS. However, I am unable to confirm it because I no longer have access to that number, which is ([redacted]0). I'm unsure what happened to the number as it is not working on any of my phones. I simply want to recover my account, Aira Mae Genesis. I'm running out of options on how to regain access and am relying on Facebook for assistance. I can provide personal information to verify that the Aira Mae Genesis account is indeed mine, but I am unable to do so through the phone number provided. Thank you, and I hope for a prompt response to my issue.

I have two accounts with your company - one personal and one I created for work purposes on Facebook. The issue I am facing is regarding accessing both accounts. Initially, when I tried to log into my personal account using the email address [redacted], it informed me that the password was incorrect. Upon requesting to reset the password, it stated that there was no account associated with that email address, the same situation occurred with the work account. To make matters worse, when I attempted to create a new account and input the activation code, it did not arrive. I requested it be sent to my personal email, but due to a security alert, it was sent as a text to my mobile. Following this, I was unable to access my account for a few days as security checks were being conducted. After providing a photo as requested, I waited for the checks to be completed. However, upon trying to log in, I discovered that the account had been disabled without any explanation. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service provided in this matter and despite sending my ID documents as requested, I have not received any email follow-up.

Hello, I am seeking assistance as I have made approximately 10 help requests through the Facebook login page in the last 2.5 weeks without any responses. I am unable to access my account as I am prompted to input the 2-Factor code from my authenticator app upon login. However, I no longer have access to the app due to a new phone, and I am unable to approve access through a signed-in browser since there is no associated phone number for receiving the code. Despite multiple attempts through desktop and mobile forms to deactivate the 2-Factor authentication by submitting my identification and a coded photo, I have not received any confirmation emails from Facebook. I urgently require assistance to regain access to my account. I would greatly appreciate any help that can be provided.

I have been using the same Facebook account for over a decade now. However, I haven't had access to the email linked to my account for the past eight years. Despite changing my password multiple times over the years, I unfortunately do not remember my current password as I didn't jot it down. For the last year or so, I have been locked out of my account. While I can still use Facebook on my phone, logging out would leave me without any means to access my account. I have tried the friend verification method to prove my identity, but it requires my current password before selecting friends, which I do not have. It's frustrating not being able to access my account, and I fear losing it permanently due to a forgotten password. I'm eager for any advice or assistance on how to regain access to my account.

Hello, My name is Carine, and I represent a large second-hand retail company. I am interested in discussing Facebook's policies and terms of use regarding "Automated Data Collection." I recently reviewed Facebook's Automated Data Collection Terms policy on their website and noted that points 2 and 3 require obtaining written permission from Facebook for such activities. I am curious about the process for securing this written permission. Could you please provide information on how businesses like ours can contact Facebook to request permission to engage in automated data collection? For any necessary communication, I can be reached at [redacted] or +61 [redacted]01. I anticipate your response. Thank you, Carine

Hello, I wanted to share that our upcoming event with Konj Art Lounge on 2/18/20 is facing some challenges on Facebook. 1) I encountered an issue adding Konj Art Lounge's official page with the blue logo and white background as a co-host. It kept allowing me to add a different account from the same organization. I really need to add the correct one for collaboration purposes. 2) Our company, Peace Unleashed, seems to have multiple Facebook accounts created unintentionally - including a group, a Book Club group, and a page. We are unable to access or edit the content on one of the pages named simply "Peace Unleashed." It's crucial we gain access to it to manage upcoming events. Your prompt assistance in resolving these issues is greatly appreciated as we require Konj Art Lounge's involvement to promote our event timely. Thank you, Neloo

I encountered an issue when trying to log back into my Facebook account after receiving a message that my session had expired. Although I attempted to reset my password, I was prompted to enter an unknown email address for password recovery. Despite my efforts to resolve this with Facebook by submitting a new email and my identification, my account remains blocked. I am eager to regain access to my account and hold the individual responsible for breaching my privacy accountable for their actions.

Hello, On Monday, my account was hacked, and the hacker changed my Facebook password. I reported the issue to Facebook, provided identification, and received an email with a link to access my feed. However, I couldn't set a new password as I didn't know the current one. When I tried the "forgotten password" option, I received two different codes (one via email and one via SMS) and entered the wrong one. Now, I'm stuck with the message "you have tried too many codes, try again later." I, along with my trusted contacts, attempted to recover the account, but after entering three different codes, I was supposed to receive an email with further instructions which I never received (even checked spam). I tried again today to reset the password/recover the account without success. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I forgot my Facebook password and attempted to reset it but encountered issues with the security code not being sent to my email. I do not have a mobile phone for text messages and only have a landline. Since I tried to recover my account multiple times, it got suspended and I am unable to log in. The waiting period is unclear, and I feel stuck in a loop without access. I would like assistance with removing the secondary code requirement and getting clarity on when I can retry without facing further restrictions.

A few weeks ago, someone from Texas accessed my Google account. Despite changing my password and following Google's instructions, the person's picture appeared on my Facebook account, seemingly taking control. I am now locked out of Messenger and unable to access my Facebook due to password recovery going to an old phone number I no longer use. I am desperate to regain access to my account as I have precious photos and memories stored there. Reaching out to various stores and even Google hasn't provided a solution. My email is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am unable to use my Facebook or Messenger for the past two weeks, suspecting my account was hacked from Texas. My personal information and memories are at risk, and I hope to retrieve my account soon.

I am seeking assistance with recovering my Facebook profile account, which is crucial for both personal and business purposes. On January 20th, [redacted], my account was hacked, leading to unauthorized messages being sent to my contacts. Despite my attempts to recover the account and change the password, I encountered obstacles such as recovery codes going to spam, limits on recovery attempts, and the hacker setting up two-factor authentication. On January 23rd, I tried to change the password but faced the hurdle of the two-factor recovery code. By January 24th, Facebook had removed my account and disconnected me from my contacts. Subsequent recovery attempts involved sending a picture with a recovery code and dealing with the hacker's two-factor login code repeatedly. I have been persistent in my efforts to regain access to my account, but the hacker continues to impede the process.

I have encountered an issue with accessing my Facebook account due to the outdated email address linked for recovery. Despite contacting Centurylink as requested by Facebook, they were unable to assist me in retrieving the email from their database. Consequently, I am unable to reset my password as the current email is no longer valid. I have tried reaching out to Facebook for assistance multiple times, but have received no responses. To regain access to my account on my laptop, I urgently need the reset link to be sent to my new email address, [redacted] I am also facing difficulties with the cell phone number recovery option as it seems to be linked to another account suddenly, which is perplexing as I have had the same number for 27 years. I am concerned about losing access to my cherished memories and photos, and would greatly appreciate any guidance on resolving this predicament.

My ex-boyfriend, Steven Murphy, also known as Steven Bruner on Facebook, keeps accessing my account, changing the password, and disabling it because he doesn't want me to use the platform. I find this situation frustrating as I have done nothing wrong and simply want to connect with my friends. Facebook currently restricts my access, stating they are monitoring the situation. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue so I can resume using my account. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. I have already taken steps like changing my phone number to prevent him from contacting me and have submitted a photo of my driver's license for verification purposes. Thank you.

I am unable to access my Facebook account after trying to update my phone number. The issue arose when I no longer had the old phone number linked to the account and couldn't verify my identity through the provided second steps. I have access to my email at [redacted], and my husband's phone number, [redacted], which is also on the account. Despite having these verification methods, I am being prompted for a code to a phone number I no longer have. My account was not set up with two-step verification, so I am confused as to why I am being directed to this process. I would appreciate assistance as my account holds sentimental value with friends and photos. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.

Hello, my name is Martin Ledal from Norway. I am a poker player and currently in contact with James Hopkins in Queensland, Australia, whom I met online. We have a loan agreement, and I've sent him a total of $[redacted],[redacted]. However, James is facing financial difficulties and is unable to repay me at the moment. I am concerned about his intentions and fear that he may try to evade repayment by deleting his Facebook account, where our communications are documented. The payment was made in Bitcoin and isn't linked to his bank account. I urgently need to secure our conversations on Facebook to prove his identity as James Hopkins and prevent any potential deception. I am seeking assistance to retrieve our conversations and any evidence that can verify his identity in case he attempts to avoid his obligation. This matter is crucial, and I am unsure whom to approach for help. Can you guide me on how to proceed or direct me to the appropriate authority for assistance? Thank you for your support. Best regards, Martin Ledal
