Hello, I'm Caitlin Baker. Last December, I created a new Instagram account to sell clothes connected to my main account. Due to frequent posts, the account suspected hacking. I removed the app, but couldn't reinstall it without my Apple ID password. I accessed the account via Safari, but constant logins triggered suspicions again. To verify my identity, it asked for my email, which is outdated and inaccessible, along with my old phone number. I'm locked out and need assistance to regain access. I used [redacted] for my Facebook account, but I can't access it because the email has been deactivated. I tried the password reset but can't receive the code as the email is no longer active. I have my phone number linked, but I'm not receiving the text code. I'm worried about losing all the memories I have on my page, especially of my daughter. Dear Facebook Team, I have been using Facebook for years to share pictures and spread positivity without any issues. However, everything changed yesterday when a person named Baylee Tate from Shawnee, KS began saying hurtful things about me, my family, and even my 5-year-old child. Strangers I don't know were trying to identify me, making me feel extremely unsafe. Despite my friends Marylynn Bunker and Julie Stone reporting the post, Facebook claimed it wasn't bullying or harassment. The woman continues to say terrible things about my young son. A police officer from Merriam, KS visited me to help file a report and mentioned they would contact her to cease this behavior. It's disheartening that even after multiple reports, a bullying post like this is not immediately removed to prevent further escalation.

I recently faced a security issue with my email account after someone tried to access it without authorization. Consequently, I got locked out of my emails. Despite repeatedly trying the trusted contacts option, I encountered several issues. Initially, I received the codes but didn't get the expected follow-up email. Subsequent attempts using different email addresses were unsuccessful due to reported technical problems on Facebook's end. Even though I can create new emails, the message persists, stating Facebook is addressing the issue. My trusted contacts, comprising my two aunts and my mother, are unable to assist due to not sharing my last name. I even attempted creating a temporary account, resulting in the new account being disabled. The new account now requests a photo of my ID for verification, which I am willing to provide. I'm puzzled why this option is not available for my original account. I am open to providing any necessary verification, such as family member details, previous passwords, or my ID picture, to confirm my identity. Should I continue waiting for the trusted contacts feature to work, or is there another way to prove my identity and regain access to my account?

The newer one, Tuailuga Tooa Lani Mikaio, is disabled, and the older one under Lani Max Faasou has two-step authentication preventing me from accessing it. Around two weeks ago, my phone was stolen. I contacted Fido to disable it. They sent me a new phone without a SIM card. A friend helped me set up online texting to access Facebook. After working on it all day yesterday, I finally managed to log in. However, now I've been kicked out of Facebook, and my account is locked. I'm unable to do this on my own as I'm handicapped. Facebook was my primary way of staying in touch with people, and my phone number is not working. I have no means of communication other than a friend who is currently here to assist me. Hello. I'm reaching out for a friend, "Scott Burgess." He recently encountered an issue accessing his Facebook account after being logged out a week ago. The security check is prompting for a code to be sent to his old UK phone number, which he no longer has access to because he's currently in Vietnam using a Vietnamese number. Scott attempted to create a new account to remove the old UK number from the previous account, but he's now stuck in a loop during the security check without the option to select a phone number. As a model, it's essential for me to adhere to social media community guidelines. Recently, I've encountered issues with posts on my page being flagged and removed. Despite my efforts to follow guidelines and dispute wrongful removals, I faced challenges. The first photo removed was a front-facing shot wearing full bikini bottoms with breasts covered. The image had no issues on Instagram, suggesting bias in its removal. The second post, an artistic torso image, was wrongly flagged despite artistic protection clauses. The third image removed, already on Facebook without issue, was censored appropriately for an event post. My account is now under strict scrutiny, hindering my ability to post even compliant content. Seeking resolution after unjust removals seems futile. I'm hesitant to continue using Facebook. Can this recurring issue be addressed, or is discontinuing use the only solution?

I need assistance with my account. On Monday, Jan. 20, I set up a new account for my teaching business using the email [redacted] However, it was disabled the next day for unknown reasons. I suspect my ex may have reported my page to have it shut down. I created another account on Friday, Jan. 24, under the email [redacted], and it was also removed the following day citing "suspicious activity" both times. There is nothing suspicious about trying to attract more guitar students. The individual behind this may be Jacqueline Henly, with the same name on Facebook from Kilgore, Texas. I believe she wants me to fail and is targeting me because I turned her down. She seems to have a history of harassment, and I feel naive for not anticipating her bullying post-breakup. I urge for this behavior to cease. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my Facebook account. After my phone updated, I encountered trouble with some settings on the app. I attempted to resolve the issue by requesting login codes. However, now I am informed that I have exceeded the login code allowance and am unable to obtain another code to access my account. This has caused me to be unable to use Messenger as well. Hello, I believe I have fallen victim to a potential hacking or scam on my Facebook page. Recently, I engaged with Mutesix Ad Agency regarding placing paid ads on my page. I refrained from sharing any login details, but did click on a link they provided that directed me to the Facebook Business Manager page to manage ads. After researching the company and finding no red flags, I proceeded without suspicion. This morning, my page 'JJ Rosa' has inexplicably vanished, causing me significant concern. I fear that the seemingly legitimate 'Mutesix agency' might have unauthorized access to my page and deleted it to take control of my content, verification badge, and followers. I am unsure how this was achieved without divulging any information. Is it possible they utilized Business Manager to disable or hide my page temporarily? Hello, I need assistance with my Facebook pages. As owners and administrators of the "Trüffel Cukrászda Pécs" Facebook page, we tried to link our Instagram and Facebook pages in the Business Manager. Our request on Facebook has been pending for a week. We have checked all our email accounts to approve the request since both the Facebook page and Instagram account are registered under one of our email accounts. The issue is that we have a Business Manager with an Ad Manager, a Facebook page for advertising (managed by our Ad Manager), and an Instagram page, but they are not linked correctly.
