I set my phone number as a flip phone for my Facebook account under the name of Tristen Hunter. I lost that phone in a stranger's truck. Subsequently, I used a backup Galaxy S3 with my Facebook account on it. About four days after losing my original phone, the Galaxy S3 was stolen when I was jumped. I tried contacting Facebook's email support, following their verification process, but have been unsuccessful in resetting the 2-factor authentication and password to access my account. I need help resolving this issue.

I had an old account (Isaac Gould) that was disabled, then set up a new one which has been disabled again. It's quite inconvenient. I only use a flip phone with limited capabilities, so sending a verification photo is challenging. I have many photos on my old account that I'd like to have reactivated. I can email you a picture of myself for verification, but the recovery process isn't successful. Hello Facebook team, I believe there was a mistake with your security system as my account was disabled without any valid reason. Upon logging in, the message states that my account has been removed. I have only used my own picture and have not engaged in any identity theft. This account holds sentimental value to me as it is an old account. I've had an account for years and maintained the same email for a long time. I've changed my password a few times, but not frequently as I struggle to remember them. Unfortunately, someone hacked my account, changed the password, and I no longer have access to the phone number associated with it. Additionally, I no longer have an email with the provider I used, making it impossible to recover through email. Despite trying to create an email with that provider, it was unavailable. I have attempted various passwords without success. I'm concerned about losing valuable photos, contacts, as my account is private. How can I regain access to my account?

I am experiencing a frustrating issue when commenting on British politician Keir Starmer's Facebook posts. Each time I comment, his social media manager reports my profile as fake, leading to my account being disabled. I have been informed that Starmer has connections that allow him to have accounts disabled if he dislikes the comments. Despite being cautious about following Facebook's guidelines, my accounts have been disabled four times after criticizing him. This situation seems unjust and unethical. I have tried to address this with Facebook to no avail. If this matter is not resolved, I am considering sharing my experience in the media and online platforms, as well as reaching out to the Prime Minister to shed light on Starmer, Clegg, and Facebook's actions.

I have an account under the name Edelin Gee with my picture as the profile photo and colorful flowers as the cover photo. I accidentally logged out without noting down my password, which I've been using for a while. My niece created a temporary account with the same name Edelin Gee, but with different details. Now I have two accounts with the same name. When trying to recover my original account, I keep getting directed to the account my niece made. Additionally, I can't access my old SIM card to receive the reset code sent to my old number. On top of that, I can't recall the password to my email [redacted], linked to my original account. Since the beginning of the new year, I have noticed a significant decrease in my account's post reach on Facebook. As a writer with nearly [redacted] friends and more than [redacted] followers, I used to receive an average of [redacted] reactions and over [redacted] shares per post. However, after the new year, there has been a sudden and noticeable drop in the reach of my posts to my followers. I understand that not all posts perform the same way, and I have been using Facebook since [redacted], familiar with its algorithm and workings. In [redacted], there was a decrease in post reach for personal accounts with many followers, but it was a temporary situation that was rectified within a couple of months with the criticism from influencers. Unlike the previous situation, this time it seems to be affecting only me, and not other influencers. While my account has faced temporary bans before due to reported political writings, I am puzzled by this sudden post reach reduction without any explanation from Facebook. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my previous Facebook account. I lost access after changing my phone number and purchasing a new iPhone a couple of years ago. The two-step verification is enabled to send a code to my previous phone number, which is no longer in use [redacted]. The account is under the name of Wood McGuire and linked to the email [redacted] I can provide any necessary verification details and still have access to both the account email and recovery email. Retrieving this account is crucial to me as the new one does not hold the same sentimental value and history. Hello, I have a business account that I promote through Facebook called "Tarot with Debbie," linked to my main Facebook account, Debbie Hajri Re Woolford. I regularly do Facebook Lives in the evenings. Unfortunately, there is a user named Sammy Gunn who keeps putting hateful reactions on my clients' comments during my broadcasts. Even though I believe I blocked her, she continues to do this. My clients have informed me that she even used my photo as her profile picture during my live session last night. I kindly request Facebook to investigate my page, locate the anger face reactions, and prevent her from viewing my posts or bothering my clients. I am not very tech-savvy, so I am asking for your help, Facebook. My business, Tarot with Debbie, invests significantly in promotions, and this individual is negatively impacting my enterprise. I initiated a personal fundraiser and managed to raise $[redacted] out of the $[redacted] goal. Upon Facebook sending the payment to my bank account with the provided routing number, it was rejected because my profile name on Facebook is Joey Adams while my legal name is Rebecca Mahoney. Despite my efforts to rectify this by submitting a photo of my ID to Facebook, the attempts to send the payment under the name Joey Adams continued to be rejected by my bank until the name issue was finally resolved on January 13th. Since then, Facebook claimed to have made numerous payment attempts but faced difficulties locating my account, stating it doesn't exist, and prompting me to re-enter my account information. However, due to a restriction in their app, I am unable to modify my account details until 90 days after all fundraiser payments are received, leaving me unsure of how to proceed.

Hello, I mistakenly tried to use an ad for my Facebook page, Ancient Chemistry, back in April [redacted]. I now understand that promoting CBD products violates Facebook's terms and conditions. I have learned from this mistake and would like to advertise my T-shirts on Facebook now. I have carefully reviewed the terms and conditions and believe I can create successful campaigns without violating the rules. However, I am unable to appeal to the support center because an error message keeps appearing, suggesting I try again later. Hello Facebook, I am Debbie Hajri Woolford, the owner of the business account "Tarot with Debbie" associated with my main Facebook account. I host live sessions on tarot each night on my page. Lately, one of my clients, Sammy Gunn, has been adding angry faces to comments during my live sessions, which is causing distress. It seems like she may have blocked me, preventing me from removing them. She even posted a snapshot of my live session on her own Facebook page. I've noticed this issue with other colleagues as well. I kindly request Facebook to remove the angry faces from the comments, block Sammy Gunn, or take any necessary actions to prevent this type of behavior. I greatly appreciate your assistance. I am currently locked out of my Facebook account with no option to regain access other than through an old phone number. Despite receiving links to reset the password, I keep ending up at the same screen requesting a code from the outdated phone number. I had previously set up two-factor authentication with my new phone number, so it's frustrating why it has reverted to the old one which I no longer have access to. Hello, I am writing on behalf of a client, representing MaiSvanhvit, who is experiencing difficulties connecting their Facebook Page (ID:[redacted][redacted]) with their Facebook Business Ad Account (Mai Svanhvit ApS). When attempting to accept the request from the Business Ad Account, it was noticed that the original page creator did not have admin privileges. Upon further investigation, it was found that there were no other admins listed for the Facebook Page. However, when checking the Business Ad Account, it showed that my client was indeed the admin. The issue remains unresolved as we are unable to accept the request sent to the Facebook Page from the Business Account. I am concerned about the posts on Facebook regarding sex offenders under the "Spotted" section. This issue has been ongoing for about three weeks and is seriously affecting my mental health. I initially created my Messenger account using only my phone number, separate from any Facebook profile. Recently, I created a new Facebook account and accidentally added my phone number, causing Messenger to log me out and restrict my account. My friends were unable to message me, and my profile picture disappeared. Realizing my mistake, I removed my phone number from Facebook and added my email instead. When I attempted to return to Messenger, I verified my phone number, but I never received the confirmation code. I tried multiple times without success. Subsequently, my attempts were limited due to suspected spam activity, and I have been unable to access my account for approximately 30 hours.

I made an error with my Facebook account that I've had for nearly 3 years. My husband took our computer for repairs and the technician inadvertently reset it, causing me to log out of Facebook. As an administrator (Samantha Rose) for the group "Savage Memes" (where inappropriate content is allowed), I received a notification from Facebook stating that my cover photo violated community standards, which is completely untrue. There was no explicit nudity in the image, and it didn't even feature a real person. I come across explicit content regularly on Facebook without it being removed, so I am confused as to why my post was flagged. This is not the first time Facebook has made such an error. Being the sole admin without any moderators, I am concerned about the fate of my page. I am determined to escalate this issue and demand to speak with a real person from Facebook. Our group is meant for inappropriate content, and none of my followers have reported the post. I will continue to dispute this ban as it is unjust to penalize me for a harmless picture in a private group. Facebook's customer service is lacking, and I will persist in seeking a resolution to this matter.
