Since January 11, [redacted], my Facebook account has been compromised. I received a notification from Facebook indicating an attempted account change on January 8 at 4:00 am via FBLite on Android 7. Subsequently, on January 11, my account was hacked. Friends alerted me about strange messages on Messenger that I did not send requesting a prepaid phone card worth $[redacted] in Ethiopian currency. The messages were in Amharic with English letters. Despite my attempts, I couldn't log in to my Facebook or Messenger as the password and associated email were altered. Unfortunately, the scam messages persist, leading some friends in Ethiopia to be conned into sending phone card numbers to the hacker. Please find the attached message for reference. Your swift assistance is greatly appreciated. Facebook Profile Name: Lemlem Woldearegay Prior Email: [redacted] Thank you, Lemlem Woldearegay

Facebook blocked me for sharing a video featuring a black couple where the female is accidentally choked by the boyfriend and passes out. The video was not sexually explicit, nor did it contain nudity, and it was only 7 seconds long. Whenever I post about black people, Facebook blocks me, which I feel infringes on my constitutional rights. I believe Facebook shows racist behavior and continuously violates people's rights. I did not make any threats and there was no nudity in the video. It was a simple clip that was originally on Facebook, not from an external site, and was shared by other users for hours. Despite that, it is still visible on others' pages except mine. This discrepancy has left me frustrated, and I believe Facebook needs to address its racism.

Hello, my name is Alex Nuraskin on Facebook. There is a person named Romano Cacipen on Facebook who has posted my photo and a false voice recording where he says terrible things about me. He talks about stealing, killing, attacking women, lying, and even mentions resting in peace for women. I have already informed and complained to Facebook about this, but they replied that they found nothing wrong. I have also informed the police, and they advised me to inform Facebook. Please help me stop this person and remove all content about me. He shared my photo without permission and blames many people on his page. Many have reported him to the police, and his false stories have caused problems for families, even leading to divorce. I please ask for my photo to be removed from his page and the untrue recordings about me. This is affecting my personal life. Thank you, Alex.

My personal profile and business pages have been disabled without any prior email notification. Facebook informed me that the reason for the disablement was copyright infringement on my business page that sold children's items, although it has been inactive for nearly two years. Despite wanting to delete the entire business page, I am primarily concerned about retrieving my personal profile which housed thousands of irreplaceable photos of my children spanning the last 15 years. These photos were not backed up elsewhere, and I am devastated at the thought of losing them. I am hoping for a solution to either regain access to my personal page or to retrieve the lost photos.

I was live streaming on my business page when suddenly a security feature popped up asking for text confirmation. After sending the code, the issue reoccurred, this time requesting a photo for review. Despite complying promptly, the review process seems excessively delayed given the capable facial recognition technology. I have been observant of group guidelines during my posts in multiple communities. This problem arose at 10:45 pm CST on Tuesday and persists till 9:47 am CST on Wednesday, impacting my ability to conduct business and access my online educational content on Facebook. All Facebook-related services are inaccessible due to constant network errors, regardless of the device used. Even accessing my profile from my daughter's account shows a blank screen without my details. Attempts to create a new account for help were also blocked.

I experienced a situation while live streaming on my business page. Suddenly, a security measure prompted me to confirm with a text code. After complying, I resumed the live stream, only to be interrupted again, this time requesting a photo. I submitted it for review, but the wait seems prolonged considering facial recognition technology. Despite abiding by group rules, this issue arose at 10:45 pm CST Tuesday, and it persists at 9:47 am CST Wednesday. The inability to operate my business or access online courses on Facebook is distressing. Network errors plague attempts to log into Messenger, the Facebook app, and Pages app across various devices. Even viewing my profile from my daughter's account displays a blank screen without a profile picture and lacks our familial connection. Creating another account to seek help was also blocked. I urgently need access to my original account. - Paula Haswell

I have encountered an issue where my account was blocked from sharing in groups. I am facing difficult times after three significant disasters and I am trying to sustain myself by selling wooden roses for Valentine's Day. The 7-day block on my account is causing me distress. If a group finds my post unsuitable, they have the right to block me, rather than Facebook making the decision, especially when they offer the option to share in groups. Valentine's Day is approaching, and this restriction is hindering my ability to earn a much-needed income and deliver joy through my beautiful wooden roses. I do not engage in inappropriate behavior or share political content; I am solely focused on selling my products. I kindly request Facebook to lift the block on my account promptly.

I have been blocked from sharing in groups, and I am just trying to make a living recovering from 3 major disasters. I sell wooden roses, which are perfect for Valentine's Day. Being blocked for 7 days really hurts, so I kindly request some assistance. If a group doesn't like my post, they can block me, not Facebook. Valentine's Day is approaching, and this restriction is preventing me from earning much-needed income. Let the groups decide, not Facebook, who created the option for me to share in groups. I am not using inappropriate language or sharing political content; I am simply promoting wooden roses to spread joy. Please, Facebook, show some love and restore my account today. Thank you. 🌹

I am currently experiencing difficulties regaining access to my second Facebook account, which was hacked by an unknown individual. Despite my numerous attempts to reclaim the account using my original email address, the hacker has changed the login credentials and associated email to [redacted], a previously closed account due to phishing concerns. Facebook mistakenly believes that [redacted] is my legitimate email for the account, but I can confirm this is incorrect. The verification codes sent to reset the password never reach my email, [redacted] Whenever I try to recover the account, I am redirected to my first Facebook account, which is unaffected. I have provided my e-KTP ID card photo as proof of ownership through an app, and now await assistance from Facebook to resolve this issue promptly. Please contact me at [redacted] Thank you. - ioanes rakhmat

I've been blocked from sharing in groups on Facebook. As a grandma trying to earn some honest money selling wooden roses for Valentine's Day, being blocked for 7 days is distressing. It's crucial for me since Valentine's Day is approaching fast. Blocking me affects my income and disappoints potential customers who could receive everlasting gifts. I adhere to the rules and avoid offensive content; my posts are solely about selling wooden roses. I've appealed, but I hope someone can help me get my account reinstated promptly, Facebook. Please consider my situation. ❤️

I am experiencing harassment and stalking through fake pages on Facebook. These pages are using my images and defaming my character with no action taken by Facebook. Despite claiming to remove fake pages, Facebook has not addressed this issue. I believe everyone has the right to use Facebook without harassment. It's disappointing that Facebook allows this behavior to continue. I feel unfairly treated as a Black user, and it seems like my problem would have been solved sooner if I were white. It's frustrating and unfair.

Hello Facebook Review Team, I received a notification that my Facebook profile was disabled due to apparent violations of the Advertising Policies. I feel there may have been an error in this decision. I was requested to verify my identity last month as I recently relocated to a different country from where I initially created my account over a decade ago. I provided my current passport as requested. Subsequently, I was asked to submit a photo for face recognition, and I promptly complied. However, following this, I did not receive any further communication. Yesterday, upon attempting to log in, I noticed that my account had been disabled. I have since re-submitted my email and passport information in the hope of resolving this issue. I kindly request your assistance in restoring my profile. Over the past ten years, I have accumulated numerous cherished memories on Facebook, which I would like to share with my daughter in the future. Should I have unintentionally breached any policies, I apologize and assure you that it will not occur again. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, Hellen

My first Facebook account got hacked, and my name was changed from Adnan to Ad N AN. Despite having the original email address used to create the account, after a policy update, Facebook suspected it was compromised and placed it under review. The hacker then reported my account with fake identities and submitted incorrect documents, leaving my account under review for the past 2.5 years. I have sentimental content on that account, including the only backup of my late father's memories and photos of my loved ones. It is crucial for me to retrieve my initial Facebook account, as those memories hold great value. I sincerely request Facebook, please understand my situation and help me regain access to my account.

Hello, I am an artist experiencing issues with my verified business page, Jels Quiah, on Facebook. I accidentally removed it from the admin section of my personal page, Good Vibes. As a result, I lost admin access and cannot manage messages or run ads on the business page. While I have the login details, I am unable to restore the admin status. My attempt to create a new page with the same name was blocked due to impersonation concerns. I rely on my business page for my livelihood, so regaining admin control is crucial for me. Kindly advise me on how to resolve this issue and regain admin rights to my original business page. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, my name is Jason and I work as a Deputy Sheriff in South Georgia, USA. I'm reaching out to seek assistance with an issue I'm facing with Facebook Messenger. I enjoy using Facebook to stay connected with friends, especially those from out of state, but due to my profession in Law Enforcement, I need to limit who can contact me, especially late at night. I've set it up to require my approval before chatting, but I'm looking to restrict all users from messaging me altogether. I tried adjusting my birth date on my account, but I received a message prompting me to contact support. I've already configured my settings to prevent being added as a friend without mutual connections, but I would appreciate your help in ensuring that only friends can message me for added security given the current climate. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Get Human Team, I'm encountering an issue with Facebook as they are trying to send a code to an old phone number that I no longer have access to for verification. Despite trying to reset my password and receiving a code to my email, changing the password loops me back to the same page requesting the code from the old number. I've attempted various solutions without success, always ending up back at the step requiring the outdated phone number. I'm seeking assistance to regain access to my account. Complicating matters, two different company Facebook pages are linked to my account. With an upcoming Kickstarter campaign on February 1st, I rely on my Facebook page "Seashellwetsuits" for the venture. It's crucial to have access to that page for the campaign. Thank you for any help and guidance in advance. Best regards, G.R.

I recently discovered that my Business Manager has been disabled due to a possible policy violation, specifically Policy #21. I believe this was caused by the wording in one of my ads promoting a complimentary webinar. The ad may have implied a "get rich quick" scheme, which was unintentional. I acknowledge my mistake and will make sure to be transparent in my future ads, clearly stating the purpose of the webinar. I am new to advertising on Facebook and want to adhere to all policies. Despite my attempts to appeal, I have not been successful. The responses I received were either directing me to the wrong team or stating that the decision is final. I am seeking guidance on how to reactivate my Business Manager account as I cannot access chat support on the page. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Best, M. Neufeld
