I am looking to reactivate my Facebook account after being inactive for 6-7 years. When attempting to do so, I encountered a request for identity verification. The first option involved receiving a code via phone, but the listed numbers are no longer in use. The second option was to request codes from 5 friends, but I am not in Canada anymore and have lost touch with most of the listed friends. The last choice was to submit a scanned copy of my ID, which I did. However, Facebook has not responded, possibly due to my first name being a nickname on the account. It's frustrating that Facebook, a large company, lacks direct customer support options like live chat, email, or phone service. The situation is rather comical and perplexing.

My Pixel Ad Account and Pixel Helper are not matching up. I've attempted various solutions to address this: - Added a new pixel to the funnel - Ensured the correct pixel is connected to the appropriate ad account - Uninstalled and reinstalled Pixel Helper - Verified the pixel is active on the ad account - Previously had a business account shut down when I began advertising about 2 months ago - Everything was functioning well until then, but issues arose when I tried a conversion ad after running successful lead ads - Upon attempting the conversion ad, the system indicated my pixel was not set up - Now unable to access the shutdown ad account to check the pixel number, to confirm if the persistent Pixel Helper ID is from the closed business manager ad account. Can someone assist me with this issue?
