Unauthorized charges from FB have appeared on my credit card statement. Despite attempting unsuccessfully to contact FB directly, I managed to have my credit card company block any further charges from FB. Due to suspected fraud, my credit card number has been changed. I initially received two months of free service, but now I am being charged $5. I am unable to understand the reason for these charges and feel compelled to cancel my card, which is an extreme measure. It is evident that someone else is using my card. I urgently require assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you, Donna

My mom's Facebook account was hacked and the password reset. She has Alzheimer's and her tablet is set up to bypass the password, which I set myself. However, now the correct password is not working, and the recovery options provided are not hers. I do not want to submit a photo ID as requested. I need a reset code sent to my own email, which is linked to my own Facebook account. Thank you.

I previously contacted you regarding my disabled Facebook accounts under the usernames Osy Mbey and Fidelia Osy. I haven't been able to recover them, and I'm concerned that one of the accounts may have had its password changed by hackers. A code was sent to my lost Sim card Number to recover the account Osy Mbey, but I can't access it since the sim card is lost. Additionally, it seems my Yahoo email has also been compromised. I would appreciate your assistance in creating a new Facebook account as I'm struggling to regain access to my compromised accounts. Every time I create a new account and add my old friends, it instantly gets blocked and I receive a notification indicating it's under review. As mentioned previously, I also received suspicious phone calls from individuals claiming to be from MTN Telecom, prompting me to enter a specific number to continue using Facebook. I reported this to both MTN Telecom and the police, who confirmed it was a scam. Please allow me to open a new Facebook account without it being blocked again.

Hello, I am Kseniya, the marketing manager at Ilaya Medical Company. I recently created a business account for Ilaya to install FB Pixel on our website. However, it appears that our FB page is owned by someone else, identified as "ITP ID: [redacted][redacted]." No one in our company knows who operates this "ITP" account, and all attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. I have already submitted an access request that has been pending for over a month. It seems like the account may have been set up and abandoned, causing complications for our use of FB Pixel. Is there a way to reach out to the owner of the "ITP" account or transfer ownership to me? Thank you, KB

My Facebook account, under the name Kiki Flores and associated with the email [redacted], has been disabled. Despite trying to file a dispute, I still do not have access to it. After creating a new account, I encountered the same issue of being restricted from using Facebook. I am confused as to why my accounts keep getting taken down. I have lost precious family memories and connections with lifelong friends. I have diligently reviewed Facebook's policies and have not breached any rules. I submitted my ID, though the name on my profile differs from my legal name, Keyshia Flores. My account is crucial for my businesses and reconnecting with friends. I seek guidance on how to restore my account.

I would like to have more control over my "music" site on my Timeline "about" page. I want to add photos of music artists from a different era, as I am a senior citizen, who I consider my favorites. However, when I try to add a name, only the text appears without the artist's photo. For instance, I am unable to post a photo of Rod McKuen, who was not only an author but also a songwriter and singer. Similarly, I cannot post a photo of Jack Jones, another singer, on the "about" page. I kindly request that I be allowed to post photos of my favorite artists in the same way current music celebrities are featured on other people's websites. Thank you.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account on Thursday, 9.1.[redacted]. Initially, my personal account under the name Igor Gošte vanished, followed by the disappearance of the associated business page called Cona - B, @conab.zeje. This business page had close to [redacted] friends. The account is linked to the email address [redacted] Additionally, there are three trusted profiles connected to it: Igor Goste, Peter Vrbetič, and Dunja Cvetkovič. Please feel free to request any further details needed, as I am willing to provide them. Thank you and have a great day.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I had previously deleted the account linked to this email last August. I recently recreated a Facebook page to promote an event I am involved with. Upon attempting to log in, I was asked to verify my identity by uploading a photo. After doing so, I received a notification stating my account is under review for suspicious activity and that I cannot currently use Facebook. I need assistance accessing the new page associated with [redacted] in order to manage the event page I created.

My phone was hacked, and I've changed my number and reset my device, deleting all apps. I am now using an old Samsung S8 that I've used for Facebook in the past. Despite multiple emails to Facebook over the past 6 days, I have not received any responses regarding regaining access to my account, which I suspect was also hacked. I'm feeling desperate for help in protecting my devices from this hacker. I've provided Facebook with my Texas government ID and pictures but have yet to receive any assistance. Please, I urgently need someone to respond and help me secure my account. Thank you.

After providing my mobile number to Facebook for login, I submitted my vehicle insurance ID card for identification. Today, I received an email from Facebook stating they couldn't confirm my identity due to insufficient information on the submitted ID. They mentioned the photo might have been too blurry or dark, lacking necessary details like name, photo, and date of birth. They provided a link to the Help Center for more information on confirming identity. I am now unable to log in to my account and can't find a tab to submit my state-issued driving license. How should I proceed?

During the summer, my account was compromised, leading me to reset my password and set up my 3 trusted contacts. However, the password I believed was correct did not grant access upon trying to log back in. Moreover, the recovery email linked to my account is an outdated one that I cannot access anymore, likely removed by the hacker from the summer breach. Despite numerous attempts to recover my account, I face errors or fail to receive the password reset email even after verifying my identity through the trusted contacts. Recently, Facebook sent me a code via text to reset my password, but upon reaching the final sign-in page, it keeps refreshing without allowing me to proceed.

Hello, my name is Joe G. I am having trouble reactivating my Facebook account. I successfully verified myself as Joe G. yesterday by using my profile picture, but my account remains disabled. I am unable to contact my family and friends since my page is inaccessible. I do not believe I violated any Facebook policies and suspect that someone may be targeting me on the platform. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to log in to my account or Messenger. Although I have had the same phone number, [redacted], for over 25 years, Facebook does not recognize it as associated with my account. My genuine account, with my picture, belongs to Joe G. If necessary, you can reach me at my personal email [redacted]. Thank you.

I bought a diagnostic tool on November 21, [redacted], from a trader named Fun Store on Facebook Marketplace. My order number is #[redacted] and the tracking number provided is UT[redacted]48CN. Recently, I also purchased another diagnostic tool on January 1, [redacted]. I received a text from Royal Mail confirming the item is in their system. Additionally, I bought a CCTV camera from Today Deals on October 19, [redacted], which arrived in less than three weeks. Despite emailing Fun Store three times, they only responded to two of my messages. Their latest reply requested me to wait an additional 30 working days. I made the payment through Google Pay linked to my bank account. The total amount was $99, which converted to £76.79. There were additional fees for non-GBP purchase and transfer, making it a total of £79.58. The payment information shows it was made to Niizashi Shim, associated with Drug Shim.

I encountered an issue while creating ads in Business Manager when my account was disabled without cause. This has occurred over ten times, creating significant inconvenience. Repeatedly, I've been asked to provide a photo of myself for identity verification, a process that takes 24-48 hours to restore my Facebook account. Additionally, I must then request for my ads account to be unblocked, adding another 24-48 hours due to security reasons. This recurring problem is distressing, leading to time wasted and missed sales opportunities. I am unsure how to address this situation; is this a common experience for Facebook advertisers to endure these repeated and unexplained lockouts?

Hello, our Facebook business account currently shows as inactive. I am attempting to reactivate it to resume creating ads. I have recently taken over from the previous administrator, but to make necessary changes, it requires admin privileges. The former admin established the account in [redacted], and although I have taken over, their email is still listed as the admin email. Any emails sent to that address are being forwarded to me since all accounts are interlinked. I am facing challenges as the marketing specialist for Avonlea Homes due to the limited access. I received a one-week ban from posting and using Messenger due to posts not meeting community standards written in Bulgarian. They were flagged within a minute as offensive. Despite a review request, they were still deemed offensive. It seems unreasonable for a human to assess multiple posts this quickly and determine they violate standards. Perhaps the content may offend certain viewpoints but not those with democratic ideals. I question whether real people review the posts or if it's solely algorithms and robots identifying "bad words" out of context. Being penalized without a proper review feels unjust and discriminatory. Is it possible to have a live person evaluate my posts fairly? Thank you.

I attempted to log into my original Facebook account using my usual password, but the system did not recognize it. I followed the steps to reset my password by receiving a code via text message, but the process did not work. I reached out to my phone service provider, Virgin Mobile, for assistance. I have also reported the issue. My phone number is registered to me, and I can provide identification to verify my identity. My Facebook friends can vouch for me as well. I have been using Facebook since [redacted], and this is the first time I have encountered this problem. I need assistance in regaining access to my account.

I set up my Facebook account without enabling 2-factor authentication, but it's unexpectedly activated now. I am unable to log in as I didn't receive the required login code. Despite confirming my phone number and emailing a copy of my ID, I still haven't received assistance. I even attempted to submit a photo with the requested code on a sign, but the link appears to be broken every time. I am feeling extremely frustrated and simply want access to my account. Can someone please connect me with a representative who can offer the necessary support? The Facebook help center has not been able to assist me effectively.

This morning, I received an email notification stating that someone from Pennsylvania accessed my Facebook account, changing my primary email to an old one I have not used in over a decade. They also altered my phone number and password, locking me out of my account. All the recommended steps to regain access require me to sign in first, which I am unable to do. Additionally, I cannot receive a recovery code via email or phone as they have been changed by the hacker. The hacker switched my account to an email, [redacted], which I have not used in 15 years and cannot access.
