My name is Arnold H. My wife and I each have an iPad which both have Facebook connected to the email address [redacted] I would like to separate the accounts. I have been trying to login with a different email address, [redacted], and had trouble uploading a picture leading to Facebook blocking my access. Hello, I have followed all the suggested steps from Facebook to regain access to my friend's Facebook page, which belongs to a well-known celebrity and has been hacked. The hacker changed all details, such as the phone number and email address, and despite the page being verified, my friend cannot reset her account. She is willing to have a video call and provide any necessary documents to prove her identity to Facebook. The automated recovery process provided by Facebook is not useful since she cannot use her phone or email for the account recovery. This situation is impacting her significantly as the hacker is misusing her account, which is very distressing for her. We are eagerly awaiting your response on this urgent matter. Thank you.

After relocating and changing my phone service, I encountered issues logging back into my Facebook account due to the two-factor authentication. Despite attempts to regain access by submitting a photo with the code and setting up new accounts, all legitimate, I continue to face login problems. Even with a new email address and phone number, the system still locks me out. These repeated challenges are highly frustrating, especially as I am unable to host an upcoming online party on my original page.

I am concerned about a Facebook user who added me and many others, claiming to be a model and using their images to sell nude photos. Despite reporting the fake profile, Facebook responded that it doesn't violate their rules. It seems both the users and Facebook support may not have checked basic facts. How can I stop this deception?

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my account as I suspect it has been compromised. When attempting to log in, I am prompted that my password is outdated. Unfortunately, I'm unable to reset the password as I no longer have access to either the associated email or phone number. The SIM card linked to the account is also inactive, preventing me from performing a SIM swap. Additionally, I have forgotten the password to the email address provided since it was not frequently used. Despite multiple attempts, I remain locked out of my account. After taking a break from Facebook for a while, I recently decided to create a new account. I uploaded some pictures and sent friend requests. However, when I submitted a photo of me with my baby son for review, my account was unexpectedly disabled. I believe I followed all the guidelines and did nothing wrong, so I am confused about why this happened.

Someone reported that my account was compromised, and now I am unable to access my Facebook account. Unfortunately, I do not own a smartphone to receive the necessary security code via text. I am unsure why this impersonation claim was made as I have not noticed any suspicious activity. I am unable to send messages or access Facebook whatsoever. The system keeps prompting to send the security code to my mobile number, but I only have a landline at [redacted]. I accidentally deleted personal videos from Facebook that I want to save to my camera roll. The videos appear in my memories and can only be saved under "saved" on my profile. I've tried using FB Messenger and texting them, but they won't save to my camera roll. These videos feature my almost 3-year-old identical twin great granddaughters, and I'm devastated I can't recover them. I noticed that some of my Facebook Messenger messages were sent to people on my friend's list without my knowledge. I suspect my account was hacked, so I attempted to change my password. However, by the time I tried, the hacker had already changed it. When I tried to reset my password using my phone number linked to the account, the system indicated that my phone number was not found. It seems the hacker also changed my phone number, leaving me locked out of my own Facebook account.

Two weeks ago, I changed my Facebook password, but I didn't write it down. Recently, after clearing my Chromebook cache, I got logged out and couldn't remember my password. When I tried to reset it, I realized that both my account email and recovery email are outdated. It seems I never updated this information after changing my email address. Now, I am locked out of my account. Although I can still access it on my phone, I can't find a way to update my security information like the email or recovery phone number through the mobile app. Can anyone help me with this issue? Hello. I am a new subscriber to Facebook. I made a mistake during sign up by using a nickname, JLynn, instead of my full name. I uploaded a photo of my boys and was then informed by Facebook that they needed to look into my account. I realized afterward that I needed to have a photo of myself and my full name on the account. Unable to access the JLynn account, I created a new one using my full name, but I used the same email and phone number by mistake. I now understand this caused a conflict. I would like to open a new Facebook account under my legal name, Juanita L Scott, with my mobile number and the email provided. If possible, could you delete the JLynn profile and re-enable my Juanita Scott profile with this information so I can access my account again? I apologize for the confusion, as this is my first time using social media. I am starting a new business venture and would appreciate having a Facebook account. Thank you for your understanding. While using my Facebook, the page suddenly prompted me to upload a photo to address a security concern on my account. After doing so, I have been experiencing difficulties logging in. Last night, I received a message that appeared to be from FB, but I have doubts about its authenticity. It is in a box with a robotic image, and the headline says, "Hi Dee, Let's Secure Your Account." The message states that I can change my password in a few steps to ensure recent changes to my account were made by me. Although I can access my personal FB page, I am unable to proceed beyond this message. Today, I have attempted to change my password multiple times, but I continue to encounter the same error. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have a question about Facebook tagging. If someone tags you in a post where it says you were with them at a certain place, can you edit the post on your page to remove their name? Or does the tag automatically change once you edit it, removing the person's name? Do I need to manually go in and edit the post on my profile, or will the change happen automatically after I edit it?

Hello, a week ago, my Instagram account was mistakenly disabled. I completed several forms and received an email requesting a code, my name, and username on a white sheet of paper. After sending the picture, I did not get any response, positive or negative. I have been diligently trying to resolve this by submitting the required forms and image multiple times without success. As a business account also linked to Facebook, lacking chat support, I am reaching out for assistance. My Instagram page is vital to me, so I kindly ask for a review to confirm it as a personal account. Ceasing to use Instagram would be challenging as I value this platform greatly. Losing the significant time and money invested in my account is a concern, and I wish to avoid discontinuing my presence on Instagram.

I made the mistake of not securing my account with a phone number. Unfortunately, someone has changed my password and associated email on my Facebook account. I received an email notification regarding this change, but the new email address does not belong to me. When trying to recover my password, Facebook suggests sending the code to the unauthorized email address. I am unable to access my account as a result. I request the recovery code to be sent to my actual email address, [redacted] Additionally, I have not received any message with a special link to reverse the email change as mentioned.

I recently created a new account for our school field trip group using my work email address. I successfully added 18 parents to the group and completed my account profile with a phone number and a picture. However, now I am unable to access the account due to a security check requirement. This is causing an issue as I need to approve pending parents for the group, and I was also in the process of setting up other teachers as admins.
