If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. Facebook has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account. If your account is disabled then click here https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/260749603972907 and you have access to your email or phone number you may be able to recover your account.

Hi, a week ago my instagram account was disabled by mistake. I filled in several forms, I was sent an email back in which I had to write on a white sheet of paper a code, my name and username. I did this and I sent the picture but I did not receive any response back, neither positive nor negative. I continued many days in a row to complete those forms and send the picture but without success. I have a business account and on facebook but I do not have chat support and I understood that you can help me. I want to ask you to look at my instagram page and see that it is a personal account, very important for me. It is very difficult for me to stop using instagram and I really do not want to break this way of your platform. It is very difficult for me because I have invested a lot of time and money in my instagram account that I will lose At this point.
