I lost my phone and got a new one. I have 2-step verification enabled on my Facebook account through Google Authenticator, but I can no longer access the codes. Facebook is not sending the SMS codes to my phone number either. I have submitted forms with my ID picture for account recovery, but I have not received any response from Facebook. I need assistance with regaining access to my account.

Last night, I found out that my account was accessed by two unknown devices that belong to another FB member. I know who it is, but he denies it.
