I recently lost my phone, and my Facebook password was changed. I have switched phone carriers and lost access to the associated email account. I received a notification from Facebook stating that my account has been disabled. I followed the instructions to visit the help center. I provided my real Aadhar card ID, the mobile number I used to create my account, and my name linked to the account. However, Facebook mentioned that my email address isn't associated with the disabled account. I'm unsure what steps I can take to re-enable my account.

My page about Jewish people was removed from my list of pages, and I am the only admin. I have an active ad account for the page but I am unable to add it back. When I try, I receive the message: "To add an existing Page in Business Manager, you must already be an admin of the Page." In my Business Settings, I am listed as the admin (Yuval B.), yet I still can't add the page. I have lost control of the page, unable to upload posts or moderate comments. I am having difficulties logging into my Facebook account because I no longer have access to my phone number for the two-step authentication. My account under the name Mohib Malik has been compromised. This account is connected to the emails [redacted] and [redacted], as well as the phone number [redacted]. Despite attempting to reset the password, I am unable to log into the account. When prompted for a security check using my phone number, no code is received on my mobile. I have also tried to get codes from trusted friends, successfully changed the password, but had to use another email to retrieve it. However, upon trying to log in again and receive a code via my phone number, I am still not receiving any codes. I am unsure how to regain access and need Facebook to reach out to me using the email addresses or phone number provided.

Being a Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines, I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Facebook account due to a hack. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive the code required to unlock it. Dear Facebook Support, I am reaching out to request assistance in closing an old account I created several years ago. I recently created a new Facebook account using a new phone and email address. Shortly after creating the account, I encountered some security questions that I wasn't familiar with since I hadn't been on Facebook for a while with my new email. I attempted to create another account, but I couldn't proceed as my phone number was already linked to the previous account. I have been facing an issue for the past two weeks that I have not been able to resolve. On December 21, after sharing a video from my managed Facebook page to other groups, I experienced a sudden logout and a security check prompt requesting verification via my old mobile number. Hi, I'm Shassen Paye. My Facebook account, Shassen Anissa Paye, was hacked. I cannot access the account as the email [redacted] was used, and I am unable to reset the password. Despite using this email solely for Facebook, it is not being recognized. Even my security question about my mum's birthplace is not accepted. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account on my mobile device because I cannot remember the password for the email associated with the account, which is no longer active.
