My child borrowed my phone and unintentionally shared inappropriate videos and pictures via Messenger with a friend, resulting in my account being disabled. I deeply regret this incident. I assure you that such a mistake will not occur again. This account holds significant importance for me as I have been using it for 9 years. I kindly request the reactivation of my account. Dear Support, I am from V12 Data, an established company now venturing into Facebook Ads management for clients. Unfortunately, we are encountering difficulties with our business manager. Previously, I would reach out for assistance via chat, but it seems chat support is unavailable. We are hoping to receive help for our issues: 1. Accidentally, I deactivated/closed the V12 Ad Account and am unable to reactivate it. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. 2. We have new clients requiring new ad accounts to run ads for them. Presently, we are restricted to only 1 Ad Account, yet we need a minimum of 10. How can we request additional ad accounts? I use a Facebook account named "Helen Cricket" for work purposes, where I post ads in the marketplace and various groups. However, I have recently been unfairly blocked. This happened two days ago after only posting twice, and the restriction will last until the 20th of this month. Prior to this, I was already blocked for two weeks starting on the 3rd of the previous month, and now, I am facing another two weeks of restriction. I find this situation unjust as I heavily invest in boosting the ads I share, specifically about cars. Facebook is crucial for my work, and this recurring block is impacting my job significantly. I need help with my Instagram account. I have not used it for two weeks and when I tried to follow someone who follows me, they blocked me. I did not violate any community guidelines. I just wanted to follow back and share photos. This is not the first time this has happened without a valid explanation. I feel harassed for no reason. My profile is @authorshanecrosby. I would appreciate it if they could stop harassing me and unblock my account.

Yesterday, I received a notification from Facebook about a login I didn't make and found out my password was changed without my knowledge. I logged out of all sessions and used codes from my friends to recover my account. However, after updating my email, I didn't receive further instructions as directed. On my second attempt to recover, I received a message about limitations on my account activity and was asked to wait 24 hours. Even after waiting and trying again, the same issue persists. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter or contact information for further help.

Hello, my name is Kelly Mooney. Today, my grandad, Joe Kennedy, also known as “Joseph” on Facebook, got a new phone. When I asked him for his email and password as he was logged out on his old phone, we realized he forgot the email he used for Facebook. To try to recover his account, I created a new one with his phone number and the name “Joseph Kennedy” but without a profile photo. While setting up the new account, I received a notification saying "forgot password" and entered his old account's phone number to reset the password. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the code and after multiple attempts, I closed the app. When I received the code later and tried to reset the password for his old account, the system linked it to the new account preventing the reset. Now, every time I try to reset his password, his new account appears. Could you please help me recover his old account and delete the unnecessary new one? I can provide you with his contact number to verify his identity if needed.

Hello, I am Alyana Ortega, and my account is currently disabled. While using the app and scrolling through Instagram, I received a message that my account was logged out. Upon trying to log back in, I was asked to verify my number and then informed that my account was disabled for guideline violations. I have carefully reviewed the community guidelines and do not believe I have breached any rules on my fitness page. This sudden disabling of my account, which I have dedicated time to, is very distressing. I am hopeful for assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring it does not happen again in the future. I used a similar image for a post and an ad, assuming it was fine since it wasn't flagged before. I understand the importance of adhering to the updated terms of service now. Having a good track record with Facebook ads, this is a new experience for me. I wasn't aware of the violation and sincerely apologize. Someone requested my Facebook login details, posing as a female, which led to them accessing my account to ask my friends for money. They changed the phone number and email linked to my account, exploiting my phone number. The scammer manipulated me romantically, asking personal questions. I need help reclaiming my Facebook account, which is under the name Alex Joel Marenco. The hacker's contact number is 1-[redacted]. They are pressuring me to send money within 2 hours, threatening to sell the account tomorrow at 9 am if I don't comply. My identity and safety are at stake.

Hello, I am facing a big problem. My Facebook account, which I have used for almost 10 years, was stolen yesterday. The person who took it used a password reset via my phone number. They messaged me through a friend's account, Vildana Handanovic, asking for my number to receive messages that would come to my phone. Unfortunately, I fell for this trick and unknowingly gave them access. They then changed my email and password, and removed my phone number from the account. Now, they are sending inappropriate messages to all my friends, including nude pictures, and asking me to share explicit images on camera. I am desperate to have this account, under the name Lana Ditte, deleted. I am willing to provide my ID card picture to prove my identity. I have already tried to report this to the police without success. Please assist me in any way possible. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I recently changed my Facebook password and unfortunately forgot it. When I attempted to log in on January 5th, I was prompted to enter a verification code sent to an old email address "[redacted]" I have not used this email for years and no longer have access to the associated phone number. Currently, I am logged into my account on my old phone but need to access it on my new device. The code is still being sent to my outdated email instead of my current phone number "[redacted]2." I used this phone number for third-party authentication codes in the past. I would appreciate it if the verification code could be sent to my phone number instead. I believe this goes against the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, specifically Article 18 and 19. My interests are health, celebrations, birthdays, and anniversaries, and I do not engage in politics or spreading rumors. I always maintain a respectful online presence and never insult anyone. I am attempting to access the business manager account for the Tea & Tonic Matakana Facebook page. While logged into the Business Owner's Facebook account that holds admin access, I clicked on "add page" and received a pending request status. I've had issues with remembering my Facebook password in the past, leading me to create multiple accounts. I have two Facebook accounts - a new one and an older one. I want to close the older account, but it's currently locked, likely from a previous attempt to close it. I need help. I have reached a point where I cannot access my account because I no longer have the phone number ending in [redacted] linked to it.
