I'm having an issue with my Facebook business page's payment currency. It suddenly switched to Thai Baht (THB), although I typically operate in GBP for all my transactions, including paying for Facebook Ads and listing products in my shop. The payment tab shows THB as greyed out and mentions that the currency can't be changed for accurate transactional information. I believe this happened when I was in Thailand setting up a payment option in the shop. I have since removed the Facebook shop, but I want to rectify this currency problem to use the shop feature again. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I couldn't find help on this topic anywhere.

Dear Facebook Support, I would like to address the recent issue with my advertiser account ID: [redacted]2. I apologize for any unintentional policy violation and assure you that I have familiarized myself with Facebook's advertising policies to ensure compliance. I received an email stating that my account for "Amazing Umrah" had been disabled due to policy violation, but I want to clarify that our company focuses on education and helping people with travel services, particularly in Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, and Singapore. Our aim is to assist individuals in achieving travel goals efficiently, similar to how Facebook's e-learning Blueprint courses provide tool-related information for businesses to benefit from. I kindly request a review of my account based on this information and ask for reinstatement to continue utilizing this platform to expand our brand and assist more businesses. Thank you.

I recently acquired a Samsung Galaxy S7 with my existing phone number. Facebook keeps sending a 6-digit verification code to my number, but I never receive it. I've had this issue with my S7 even before switching from Sprint to T-Mobile. Despite receiving emails, I can't complete the identity confirmation process. Even submitting a picture of my ID didn't work as they claimed it was too small, which is not true as my phone takes high-quality close-up pictures. I even tried creating a new FB account, but I can't reach the "confirm" button. I'm running out of solutions and would appreciate any advice. Regards, Vince R.

I have a personal account under the name Patricia Jay and a business account for Studio Paris The Label. Unfortunately, during the holiday season while I was away, my business account was hacked, and my business page was removed from my account along with the pages I manage. I've attempted to regain access through my page, but I'm struggling to do so. The original page was managed using the email [redacted], which is no longer in use. The new email associated with the account is now [redacted] I urgently need assistance in recovering my business page as it is crucial for the success of my small business. Starting from scratch would be devastating for me and my business.

Being in China and using a VPN, I encountered an issue on November 5, [redacted], where I was asked to provide a 6-digit code via SMS for login. However, the phone number associated with my account was no longer active, rendering me unable to access my account. Despite reviewing Facebook FAQs, which lacked updated information on this matter, I have been unable to update my number or find an alternative way to verify my identity. When attempting to reset my password, the system still requires the 6-digit SMS code. By December, my account was disabled, and despite multiple attempts to reach out by email and through the application while uploading my ID card and photos, I have not received any responses. Additionally, I am unable to create a new account. I assure you that I will adhere to the community guidelines and maintain an updated profile if my Facebook account linked to my email address, [redacted], can be recovered. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

After switching from an Android to an Apple phone, I redownloaded my apps and am now having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Every time I try to reset my password, it keeps redirecting me to an old account I no longer use. When I search for my current account by name, it asks to confirm my identity through email, but I didn't link my email to my Facebook. Although I still have access to my email, I can't seem to reset the password for my current account. Any help would be appreciated.

I made a purchase of dress material from the marketplace through Humi Dietician on Facebook. Initially, she only offered Cash on Delivery (COD) as an option. After receiving the material and finding the quality unsatisfactory, I informed her promptly. Following her instructions, I shared pictures of the material for the return process, and she requested my bank account details for the refund. I provided the necessary information and arranged for the pickup on December 31, [redacted]. However, on January 3, when I inquired about my refund of Rs.[redacted], she blocked me. Even when trying to reach out through my husband's account, she blocked him too. My primary concern now is to receive the refund owed to me.

I am writing about an individual named Catherine Wairimu, who also uses the alias Jane Kabys. On the 3rd of January, this person made a post online selling nude pictures and videos, using my photos and telephone number. I am requesting the removal of this post and for the admin of Kilimani Mums and Dads Uncensored Nairobi to be alerted not to approve such content. Although I am blocked from viewing the post, I received screenshots from someone who could see it. Two others have informed me that the same person has posted their photos too. We need assistance in addressing bullying and harassment. It would be helpful to implement measures such as individuals providing identification documents like ID cards or driving licenses when setting up a Facebook account to prevent such incidents. Despite contacting the admin, the post remains online. Can Facebook develop a better system for detecting inappropriate posts and blocking their publication? Thank you.

I need assistance with a Facebook Marketplace purchase issue involving a seller named Courtney Tarbert. The seller misrepresented the items as authentic Apple products with real serial numbers, but upon receiving them, I discovered they are fake and non-functional. I attempted to contact the seller using the "get help with this order" button, but I realized I was blocked from communication. As per Facebook's purchase protection policy, I am eligible for a refund in such cases. Unfortunately, I am unable to submit a claim due to being blocked by the seller. The deadline to file a claim is approaching on February 2, and I am unsure how to proceed. I am hopeful that someone can provide guidance on how to resolve this issue and secure a refund for the misrepresented products. Thank you for any assistance you can offer in this matter.

Hello, I am facing an issue with my Facebook account as it has been hacked. The hacker has made significant changes and I am now unable to access it. Upon regaining access briefly, I noticed suspicious activity such as posts seeking women in Arabic. Although I managed to translate some content and take screenshots, I cannot create a new account as my email is still linked to the hacked one. Resetting the password leads me to the hacker's profile and email. I attempted to create an Instagram account which also seems connected to the compromised email. I am concerned about the hacker's actions and would appreciate any guidance on addressing this matter as I am unable to reach out to Facebook. Thank you. - Rob C.

Dear Sir, I am writing to address the deactivation of my Phobie account, associated with the email [redacted] belonging to Mohamed Akram. The account was disabled without just cause, allegedly for attempting to convert a fan page. My photography business relies heavily on Phoebe for promotion, and this deactivation has caused me significant losses. Apart from conducting my business activities, I also intended to run multiple advertisements through Phoebe, which adds to the impact of the account's suspension. Having upheld the account for over 8 years and verified my identity, the abrupt deactivation is deeply unjust. I kindly request that you rectify this situation by restoring access to my account. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding. Mohamed Akram

Hello Facebook Team, I am writing to address an issue with my personal Facebook account named Su Myat Mon, with my ID birthday listed as December 16, [redacted], and my email being [redacted] It appears there might have been some mistakes or errors on my account that led to its closure, causing me distress. I share the same name and birthday with three of my friends on Facebook. I have always followed Facebook's policies and guidelines with respect. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account, Blessie Buising. I received two notifications regarding unauthorized logins in Quezon City and Dasmarinas Cavite. After changing my password twice, I unfortunately forgot the latest one. Although I managed to log in on another device using a temporary 6-digit password, I am now unable to access the account. I have access to the contact numbers associated with the account but cannot recover it due to lack of access to the Yahoo Mail login linked to it. This is distressing as it is an old account containing important albums, pages, contacts, and cherished memories. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering it.

I recently changed my mobile number on Facebook, but I made a mistake in the process. Today, when I tried to log out of all sessions to temporarily deactivate my account, I accidentally got logged out of my own session. Upon trying to log back in, it mentioned sending a code to my old number, which no longer works. I reached out to Facebook support, sent my driving license, but only received a link to my email which still had my old number. I accidentally clicked "Not Damian" and now I'm stuck as the link seems broken. I really need a code sent to my new phone number linked on my Facebook profile under Damian D. Sands. Please assist me with this issue. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you.

I encountered an issue trying to reset my password after my computer didn't save it. When attempting to receive a reset password code, the site doesn't recognize my current or previous emails linked to my Google account for authentication. I'm currently stuck as all I receive is an "authentication failed" message. I've had to create a new account previously due to a similar problem, and I'm hoping to avoid starting over yet again with a third account. Additionally, I would like to locate my older account, but I no longer have access to the email associated with it. The primary concern is accessing my most recent account urgently. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Facebook Support, I am seeking assistance regarding an issue with my Facebook account where an unexpected error has occurred. Until today, I have never received any negative feedback or warnings from Facebook regarding the articles I have shared. Earlier today, I posted 4 images in a closed (secret) security information sharing group about a security incident that occurred near my workplace in Kenya yesterday. The culprits claimed responsibility, and I shared this important information with friends who are security officers in the group so they could potentially adjust their security measures to protect themselves and their staff. After making the post, I was blocked from accessing my account and received the email below. I am aware that people who share offensive content publicly sometimes receive temporary bans, but I am surprised by the swift action Facebook took concerning my account and the unique circumstances surrounding it. I kindly request assistance in reactivating my account. Thank you in advance. Best regards, M. Beeby

I was recently banned from Facebook for three days after being reported for "hate speech". My comment, in response to a post, did not contain any hate speech or target any specific individual. I believe in free speech and have never reported anyone for expressing their opinions. I would like my case to be reviewed by a human moderator who can see that my comment, while possibly offensive to some, did not promote hatred or violence. I wish to have my account reinstated and cleared of any wrongdoing. I also think the person who reported me should understand that differing opinions do not equate to hate speech, and blocking is always an option if someone feels uncomfortable. Thank you for your assistance and I hope for a positive resolution for all involved.

I have tried to access Facebook several times but encountered issues with verifying my mobile number. Despite entering the correct number, the system kept requesting it repeatedly. After entering verification codes multiple times, I started receiving Facebook messages in Spanish. Additionally, I received a notification that an email associated with my account was removed, which I did not request. I suspect the phone number I am using might have been linked to someone else previously, as I have been receiving calls for someone else. This situation is preventing me from using the site properly, even though it shows that I am signed in. I would appreciate assistance to resolve this matter. Thank you for your help.

About a week ago, while taking a survey that I thought was for Facebook, I was informed I had won $50,[redacted]. Despite my skepticism, seeing that a friend, J.C., had also won, I proceeded with the survey. To my dismay, after completing it, I found myself locked out of my page with no recollection of the password. I created a new profile with the same name, only to encounter further issues. Upon reaching out to a contact, L.P., I discovered a potential scam at play, prompting me to report it. Now, both my original and new profiles are inaccessible, alongside T.H.'s account. To regain access, please assist with recovering my initial page under the email [redacted] In my attempts to reach out to Facebook, they requested a scan of my driver's license, which I provided though I am uncertain it was indeed Facebook. Thank you for your help. - Todd A. Heron
