I am experiencing issues with receiving notifications for comment replies and likes. This problem has been ongoing for the past two years and seems to be getting worse. Often, notifications show up in my inbox after a significant delay, making me search for comments manually. This becomes frustrating on mobile as clicking the notification only takes me to the top of the post, requiring me to scroll extensively to find the specific comment. Despite having all notifications and push notifications enabled, I still encounter this problem. I have reviewed my privacy settings to no avail. Another user had a similar problem two years ago and was directed to an unhelpful help page. If this matter is not resolved, I will consider deactivating my account due to the poor quality of service, especially in comparison to the frequent 7-day messenger bans.

I oversee a Facebook group named "The School of Magic" dedicated to Harry Potter enthusiasts. Recently, numerous posts and comments have been deleted by Facebook due to alleged violations of community standards. The content shared was harmless and mainly consisted of articles for educational purposes. I often consolidate links to posts to facilitate knowledge sharing and occasionally organize entertainment activities such as games. I am perplexed as to why these actions are deemed inappropriate. The group, a hub for fans of the magical world, is now erroneously flagged. It has taken me eight months to cultivate this community, and I assure you there is no promotion of any kind within the group. I implore for assistance in resolving this matter as the group holds significant value for sharing knowledge and fostering a sense of community. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out because I recently had two of my Facebook pages removed without any apparent reason. The first page was taken down approximately 6 months ago, and the second was removed just 3 days ago. Our URLs were linked to a domain we stopped using, www.illegalcontrol.com, around 2 years ago. Unfortunately, it seems that a different website with inappropriate content is now associated with that domain, causing confusion for Facebook. Our pages, "Illegal Control Records," are related to a music record label and event organizing business. We rely heavily on these pages for advertising, releasing new music, and promoting our events. There has been no violation of any Facebook terms on our part. The problematic URL has been completely removed from our pages, and it is now inactive. We desperately need to regain access to our pages as our business heavily relies on them for online presence. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your help. Warm regards, Balazs B.

Someone claiming to be Diane Woodolly contacted me on Messenger offering a free government grant worth $50,[redacted]. Initially, I needed to pay a $[redacted] fee, which was later reduced to $[redacted]. They requested access to my Facebook account to confirm my identity, and then proceeded to hack into both my Facebook and Messenger accounts. They even revealed my personal details like my phone number and address. I refused to send money via an Amazon gift card as instructed. Despite my lack of response, the person continued to contact me. Upon trying to log into my Facebook account later, I discovered it had been deleted, and my Messenger password was changed. Now, scammers are using my name and account to solicit money from others under the guise of offering grants. My personal information has been compromised through Facebook.

I am encountering a frustrating issue with my Facebook accounts that I have never faced before and cannot seem to resolve on my own. Seeking assistance to rectify the situation. I have a primary Facebook account linked to my Gmail and phone number. Recently, I created a new Facebook account using a different Gmail address but the same phone number. Strangely, when attempting to log in to my main account, I keep accessing the new account instead. Even after multiple login attempts, the issue persists without reverting to my primary account. Important details to note: a.) Main account uses one Gmail while the new account has a separate Gmail. b.) Both Facebook accounts are associated with different Gmail addresses. c.) Both accounts share the same phone number. d.) I can successfully access my main account on the Facebook app, but not on web browsers like Google or Safari; it immediately directs me to the new account. Subsequently, I took the step to permanently delete the second account instead of deactivating it, hoping this would resolve the login issue to my main account. Unfortunately, the problem remains as the login continues to lead me to the deleted account. I am puzzled as to why I am unable to access my primary account. Your guidance is greatly appreciated.

Dear Facebook support, I am reaching out for help as I am facing a frustrating issue with my profile page that I have maintained for over a decade. I actively manage a popular FB group and page in my city, investing money into advertising for all platforms. The problem at hand stems from my cell phone being disconnected, rendering me unable to complete the two-factor authentication process required for accessing my account. Despite following Facebook's account recovery procedures diligently, including submitting a photo holding a unique code and providing a scanned copy of my driver's license, I have yet to receive any constructive feedback or timeline for resolution. The inability to access my account is not only disrupting my online presence but also impacting my business financially, losing customers daily. I urge for prompt assistance in resolving this matter, understanding the importance of security measures while seeking a reasonable solution to regain access promptly. I kindly request your urgent intervention or escalation of this matter to higher management for a swift resolution. Sincerely, D.L. Allen

I’ve been promoting my ads for weeks without any payment delays. Suddenly, although I had enough funds, Facebook stopped running my ads claiming a $34 late fee. I paid it, but then they charged me $[redacted] more for late fees without running the ads. Additionally, on Instagram, my ads manager is showing as not activated. I checked on my desktop, where it showed as active, but I keep getting charged $[redacted] again for late fees. As I was never late with my payments, I refused to pay the additional fee. Currently, my Instagram shows as not active, despite the desktop showing it as active. I urgently need my ads to run, and this issue with Facebook has made my week incredibly challenging. I feel like I have been unfairly treated.

My phone broke, and as I only receive pay once a month, I had to wait almost a month before I could get a new phone. When I finally got one, I realized I couldn't access my old number or email. Due to my stage 4 brain cancer, I had forgotten my passwords for my Gmail and Facebook accounts. When trying to login, the codes were sent to my old number, causing a problem. I managed to create new accounts, but got stuck when asked to upload a profile picture. After submitting a photo of myself, my account was disabled. My old Facebook had a picture of my dog, and now I need help resolving this issue.

Dear Facebook Team, I'm reaching out on behalf of my mother, Zuzana Bottková, regarding the email she received from you on December 28 at 16:59. The message informed her about security issues, but due to her slower pace and limited English proficiency, she was unable to react promptly, resulting in the blocking of her Facebook account under the name Zuzana Bottková ([redacted]). I am inquiring if there is a possibility to recover her account either by my assistance or through your support in the process. I apologize for the delay in addressing this matter. My mother faces challenges with technology and couldn't respond quickly, but she would be immensely grateful if her account could be restored. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Michaela Bottková

I need assistance accessing my account under the name Linda Diane Bonett. Originally, the account was [redacted] Around November 25th, I attempted to switch my email from Hotmail to Yahoo but encountered issues as it indicated the phone number and email were associated with another user. Despite adding a new account, the problem persisted. I also had a Pro-Family Senior Care Facebook account, which I chose to delete along with the other accounts. However, I had to wait until December 26th to proceed. Upon revisiting on December 27th, the system still claimed my phone number and email were in use by another individual. I attempted account recovery with codes from my husband, sister, and brother but have not succeeded. I have been trying different methods since then without success. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook account, where my profile picture depicts me with long dark brown hair, blue eyes, red lipstick, and a red fascinator hairpiece. Please assist me in recovering my account and updating my sign-in email from [redacted] to [redacted] Thank you, Linda Bonett.

I encountered some items being rejected on our Facebook Shop and Instagram, both linked to our Shopify POS and website. I understand the reasons behind some rejections, but a line of products faced rejection due to being labeled as "weapons" by Facebook and Instagram. The brand is Rifle Paper Co., and I believe the term "Rifle" triggered the rejection. These products, planners, calendars, and cards, do not involve weapons. I seek permission to list Rifle Paper Co. items on our Facebook Shop and Instagram to avoid limitations and restrictions on our accounts. I tried appealing using the provided Help Center link, but encountered issues with the webpage not displaying any products for appeal selection. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Facebook Team, For over a week, I have been unable to access my Facebook account. When trying to log in, I am asked for two security codes, but I only receive one, and the second code never arrives. Despite changing my password multiple times, I remain unable to access my account. It seems like my account may have been blocked because my friends can no longer find me on Facebook. I have never posted anything against the platform's policies and prefer not to engage in sensitive topics such as politics or religion. I urgently need to recover my account as it contains photos and information that I have not backed up. My main account is linked to my email [redacted] under the name Adelina Palma. I have another account associated with my Gmail email, audiphonixltda@gmail, under the name lina palma, but I would like to recover the first one. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Adelina Palma P.S.: If you require my identification, I am willing to provide it. My phone number is +[redacted]7.

While chatting with friends in my Vip Stories group online today, I encountered an unusual request from Facebook. The platform prompted me to enter my phone number and upload a profile picture to verify my account. After following these instructions using my Vivo and Oppo phones, I lost access to my account. Now, my friends are unable to message me and believe I have blocked them. I urgently need my account to be reactivated and verified. I eagerly await your prompt assistance with this matter. Thank you.

Dear Facebook Team, I recently attempted to run advertisements for my new business and decided to create a new account to have a fresh pixel for it. However, I unknowingly violated the policy, resulting in the disablement of both the new account and my original account. I want to clarify that I had no intention to disrupt the system; I was simply unaware of the policy. Although my request to reinstate the account was denied without a clear explanation, I respect the decision. Unfortunately, this situation now hinders my ability to advertise my new business, which I deeply regret. I apologize for my oversight in not thoroughly reviewing the policies beforehand. I hope you can see that there was no malicious intent on my part. I kindly ask if you could reconsider reinstating my account so that I can proceed with running ads for my business. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Bram K.

Last week someone posed as my friend and told me about a grant for the handicapped and the elderly. It seemed fishy when the person with broken English got pushy about the money. Upon contacting the FTC, I learned it was a pyramid scheme. I spoke to my real friend who confirmed she had not messaged me. My phone has been acting strangely since then, and I have an appointment with the phone store to address it. Someone logged into my account from Nigeria, and although I changed my password, I couldn't see what they did. I need an easy solution to this issue and want to supplement my report to the FTC. Thank you for your help. - Lucinda A. Gillum

I recently changed my phone device and attempted to log in from the new device without success. I made several attempts to retrieve my forgotten password by requesting an SMS code for assistance, but have not been receiving it. While I can verify my identity when prompted, the SMS containing the code for password reset is not coming through. Unfortunately, my attempt to reset it using my email was also hindered as the email address associated with the account is no longer valid. About a month ago, I successfully changed my password using my phone number, but I am currently not receiving any codes or SMS messages. Given the importance of the content in my account, any assistance in restoring access would be greatly appreciated.

I have experienced multiple incidents of my information being compromised over the past year, including breaches with Capital One and the US Navy. Additionally, my secondary email linked to my Facebook account was hacked and my account details were posted on the Dark Web. My Amazon account was also compromised. Initially, I noticed irregular activities on my Facebook such as unknown friend requests and unread messages. When attempting to block or remove these unauthorized users, I was unsuccessful, indicating that someone malicious has access to my account. Despite trying to change my password, it had already been altered by the hacker. Using the password recovery feature, I attempted to regain control, but my Facebook page continues to be affected. I am feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to address and resolve these ongoing security breaches.

Good evening, I am reaching out regarding an incident yesterday when I tried to access my account on your platform. I was prompted for a confirmation request, which I did not proceed with at that time. The account was created at the end of December and currently has no content posted, except for my name and my private date of birth, August 30, [redacted]. I uploaded an infinity symbol as the header image. I also adjusted some privacy settings and attempted to hide the setup images on the wall page, with the exception of the header image, which seems to be set as public by default. I am sharing these specific details of my actions so that you can investigate the account activity if there are log files available. I received an email last night to reconnect, but it disappeared after I unintentionally interacted with a message box about entity verification. I kindly ask for a prompt resolution to this account issue. Thank you, A. Lippert

Subject: Need Assistance with Account Access Dear Support Team, I am reaching out regarding an issue I encountered yesterday when trying to regain access to my account on your platform. I was prompted with a confirmation request, which I did not complete at that time. I recently opened the account in late December, and apart from providing my name, the only information entered is my private date of birth, which is August 30, [redacted]. The account header image features an infinity symbol, and the actions taken so far include adjusting some privacy settings and masking account setup images on the wall page. However, it seems that the header image may still be set to public by default. I wanted to provide these details to help you track the account activity through the log files, if available. Additionally, I encountered an issue where the email to reconnect disappeared after I accidentally clicked on a box regarding entity verification. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, A. Lippert

While playing PUBG, I used my Facebook-linked account but had trouble accessing it due to a forgotten email address linked to my Facebook account on my new phone. A friend in the game suggested a website, getucs10.com, claiming it offered free UC, so I followed the instructions blindly. Unfortunately, it was a phishing website, and I unwittingly provided my Facebook login information. Now, my account has been compromised, with the email, password, and phone number changed, preventing me from accessing it. I'm concerned about my privacy. My Facebook account is yehudasilviogerits. My apologies for any errors in my message due to my limited English proficiency. Thank you for your understanding. 🙏
