My wife gained unauthorized access to my phone, altering my email addresses, passwords, and phone number associated with my Facebook account, preventing me from accessing vital information. She took steps to reset the account, providing her own email address and phone number, essentially locking me out of my account since [redacted]. The individual responsible for this breach is Leslie G. whom I am prohibited from contacting due to a restraining order. I urgently need support to regain access to my Facebook account as it contains crucial business data and cherished family photos.

On December 19, [redacted], I received an email notifying me that my password was changed. Usually, I don't check that email, and I have been unable to log in to my Facebook account since early September. Although my Instagram is still connected and allows me to share photos on both platforms, my associated email has always been [redacted] I can provide proof with emails, including the notification about the password change on 12.19.[redacted]. However, when I attempt to reset my password via email, it indicates that a Yahoo email is linked to my account, which I have never had. I am unable to respond to my mom's friends who cheer me on as I post pictures via Instagram. Please assist me in regaining access to my Facebook account. Thank you, Holley

On November 21st, one of my videos was taken down due to intellectual property claims, resulting in a yellow warning on my page that persists to this day. I have contacted Facebook for a page review but keep receiving the same response: "Hi Lowell, Thanks for your request. Your Page remains eligible for monetization. We removed the content in question based on reports of intellectual property rights violation. To learn more, visit the Help Center." Despite being told that my page is still eligible for monetization, I am unable to proceed due to the lingering warning. I am stuck and need assistance in resolving this issue.

I recently received a friend request from someone named Jac Ball on a gay networking page. Shortly after adding her, she began accusing an individual from my country of swindling her. She asked me various personal questions, which I chose not to answer. Despite my attempts to avoid her, she continuously contacted me through calls, messages, and video calls, becoming increasingly abusive and threatening if I didn't respond. She even reached out to my friends and family on social media, making false accusations against me. I refused her offers to send me money multiple times. After she posted something on my timeline and reacted aggressively when I removed it, I decided to suspend my account to seek protection from Facebook. Being harassed and verbally abused by a complete stranger is not acceptable.

I am experiencing issues setting up a new Facebook account. Despite using my own mobile number, 00[redacted]08, my account keeps getting disabled without any valid reason. When asked for a security picture upload, I ensured it was a clear picture of myself without any background distractions. Unfortunately, my account remains disabled. Even after providing a real picture and my genuine mobile number, Facebook is not verifying my account properly. I even submitted my ID picture upon request, but still lost access to my account. It feels frustrating as building an account requires effort, yet it gets disabled without justification despite providing genuine information. It seems like a poor customer service experience. My account details are as follows: Name: Nawab Sahab, Mobile Number: [redacted] (UAE).

I have recently started dating someone, and she has posted pictures on Facebook via Instagram where she tagged me. Strangely, I'm unable to view these pictures and keep getting an error message stating: "This content isn't available right now. When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it, or it's been deleted." Despite the photos being visible to our friends, set to public, and us being connected on Facebook and Instagram. I've researched this online without success. It's puzzling that the post is on my timeline, yet I can't see the images. This raises concerns about someone being able to tag me in posts without me accessing the content. Could there be a setting causing this issue? Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you, Dan A.

Hello, I recently took a break from Facebook. While I have been using Messenger until 2-3 months ago, I haven't checked my Facebook page or timeline. Now, when I try to log back in, it says my password has been changed. Concerned as my password has remained the same for nearly 10 years, I fear my account might have been hacked. The email linked to my Facebook I no longer use, making it impossible to reset the password. When I try to enter an old password, I get stuck in a loop of entering it repeatedly along with my email. There's no indication of an error. I don't have a phone number linked to my account. Any assistance to regain access would be appreciated. Thanks, Barry Corbett

Hello, I need assistance with my Instagram account situation. My ex-partner, out of bitterness, had previously taken over my account. After regaining access and securing it with a new email address and phone number, he has somehow managed to regain control today. Despite changing the password, email, and number, my account has been compromised once again. I possess proof of ownership through past emails. The account holds sentimental value to me due to its history dating back to [redacted]. I can confirm my current username is shop.armario, with a previous change to caseylds. Additionally, my ex-partner's current device is a Samsung S10 E, whilst mine is an iPhone 11. Any assistance you can provide to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out because I am unable to access my account and I suspect it might have been compromised. My Facebook account holds sentimental messages from my late father on Messenger, and regaining access is crucial to me. I am willing to provide any necessary identification, such as a state-issued ID or passport, to verify my identity. The date of birth associated with the account may be incorrect since I created it when I was young; my mother may recall the accurate year. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old Hotmail account created in [redacted] or the phone numbers linked to the account. The most recent number was [redacted], but I have since changed it to my current one without updating it on Facebook.

Upon attempting to log in, I received a message prompting me to confirm my account. Despite verifying my number for a reset code numerous times, the code never reached my phone. After trying without success, I contacted FB Security via email but received no response. I ultimately created a new account with the same number, which was successful. However, my original account continues to send me updates, indicating it is still active. When I try to access my old account, it says my number is linked to another account and prompts me to reset my password. Although I receive an email with a reset link, the subsequent page doesn't display my number for the reset code. This lack of information complicates the process. Thank you for any assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently bought a new phone and switched my number from AT&T to Verizon. When I tried to login to Facebook, it prompted me for a two-factor verification code. Despite requesting multiple codes and trying from a trusted laptop, I haven't received any codes. I attempted to verify my identity by uploading my ID and a picture of myself with a handwritten code, but I'm still stuck. Facebook isn't allowing me to request more codes, even if I could receive them.

Last June, my Instagram account, dedicated to the Toronto Blue Jays, was unexpectedly taken down for allegedly violating their terms. Despite clarifying in my bio that it was an unofficial fan page, and making efforts to comply with copyright regulations, my account remained suspended. After numerous attempts to contact Instagram without any response, my frustration grew. Eventually, I was asked to provide a photo with specific details and my face to verify my identity. Despite submitting this, I received a generic email stating my account had breached terms, offering no specific explanation. It has now been 7 months since the incident, and I remain in the dark about the rationale behind the account suspension. I hope for clarification and the opportunity to resolve this matter with Instagram. My former account was @everything.blue.jays.

I need help to regain control of my Instagram account, luminosity.love. The account was managed by someone I hired who used their email and a former assistant's phone number. I have access to my Facebook account with the same name but the accounts were not linked. When I try to log in, it asks for a six-digit code, but as it's a new device, I can't receive it. The person who managed the account is unreachable for the code, and the email on the account, [redacted], has been disconnected. I wish to change the email to [redacted] and update the phone number to [redacted]. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Hello! I hope this email reaches the Instagram team. My account is at risk of being disabled due to suspicions of sharing login details with a likes and follows app. I keep receiving notifications stating that my account may be disabled unless I change my password. I'm worried because I have invested money in Facebook and Instagram ads, and my music is gaining popularity. I suspect my account was hacked as I mainly receive followers through Facebook ads and personal connections. I have activated two-factor verification and Dual Password Security, yet I have to change my password daily. I'm puzzled about how my password was compromised. Please remove any suspicious likes/follows and help me secure my account that I've built over 5 years. Thank you, Fer Rivero

We are seeking help and assistance regarding our Facebook page being added to a business named Page Approvals with Business Manager ID: [redacted][redacted]. The staff roles on the page were changed to all analysts without our knowledge, limiting our ability to manage our assets. We suspect there are fake accounts posting on our page, such as Naseem Naseem - Moderator and Asad Mian, causing copyright issues. The business manager details provided, including the name Page Approvals and the contact information, seem to be fake. We are unable to communicate with those currently posting on our page. We believe our page may have been hacked or misused. Please assist us in regaining control of our page. I want to inform everyone about a scam involving a person on Facebook using the name George W Robertson. He reached out to me in July [redacted], claiming to be George. Recently, I discovered that his photo appears on two different profiles with names suggesting they are from India. When I questioned him about it, he claimed he was being cloned and asked me to report it. However, he refused to send a selfie and has requested money, saying he is in Turkey dealing with arms and needs funds to escape from a cartel. I doubt his credibility as his accent indicates he may actually be in Los Angeles, California. The man in the photo seems to have no knowledge of this. Despite reporting to Facebook twice, no action has been taken as they claim it doesn't violate their policies. Both profiles have the same picture slightly altered, with all connections from India. I hope this information helps others. Thank you.

I recently opened a Facebook account to run ads for my business, unaware of how closely Facebook ads are tied to a personal account. I made separate accounts for each business, not realizing only one personal account can be used for multiple businesses. As a result, my accounts were locked, and despite submitting photo ID for verification, I have not received any updates. I face errors and instant locks when attempting to create new accounts. This situation is critical as I generated revenue within just three days of advertising. I urgently need access to Facebook advertising and want to clarify that my account was not disabled due to any advertising violations.

I have been trying to reach out to Facebook support for over a year now with no success. The one time I did receive a response, it seemed automated. I have been using Facebook for nine years without any issues, violations, or warnings. Last year, I started using Instagram and posted mainly pictures of me and my girlfriend. I rarely interacted with others on the app. Suddenly, one morning, I discovered my Messenger account was disabled without any valid reason. I am unable to create new accounts on either platform and feel like I have been treated unfairly. I have not had the opportunity to explain my side to a real person from the support team. Despite my attempts to communicate, I only receive repeated messages stating that my account violated terms of service. I am asking for a chance to regain access to my accounts. Thank you.
