Yesterday night, my Facebook account was disabled because I accidentally sent a video with inappropriate content to a friend via messenger. I have already submitted an appeal to Facebook, but I am unsure about what to do next. I have been using Facebook for 10 years and I am really sorry for the mistake. My Facebook name is Maetee Rochanavibhata.

After breaking my phone, I faced difficulty logging into my Facebook account as I had forgotten my password, which was saved on my phone. I couldn't receive the password reset message due to the phone issue. Ultimately, Facebook disabled my account, alleging that I was impersonating someone. I want the account removed promptly as I am uncomfortable having it inactive on Facebook without access.

My customer ID is [redacted][redacted]. I recently opened a fund due to health reasons, as I suffered a stroke in December. I require a special ambulance for my doctor's appointments, and I am on a costly diet recommended by a dietitian. I have provided all necessary details, including my doctor's information, but I have been informed that my account needs further investigation, which may take two to three days. I am confused about why this is happening and what mistake I may have made. I urge for a resolution as I urgently need the funds for my medical appointments.

I woke up to find my main Facebook account disabled, and my Instagram account was disabled as well. I mostly share memes and selfies, nothing harmful. While I created a new Facebook account successfully at first, it's now asking me to confirm my identity with a selfie. I feel like I'm being unfairly targeted or hacked since I can't access either account despite not doing anything wrong.

I've been tasked with handling my company's Facebook business page. I already manage a few pages, so that part is easy for me. However, the profile linked to the business page was deleted by its owner, leaving the page without an admin. I need to disassociate the page from the original profile and connect it to mine. I know I just need admin rights, but with no one currently assigned as an admin, I'm not sure how to proceed.

Hello, I recently deactivated my old Facebook account and created a new one with my name and uploaded a picture. The new account prompted me to verify my identity by sending a picture of myself, putting my account under review and disabling my access. I am unsure how long I will have to wait for verification or if it will ever happen. Subsequently, I reactivated an old account I barely used for business, adding the same phone number used in the new account, causing Facebook to review it too. Losing access to both accounts within two days without apparent cause is concerning. I seek clarification and resolution on this matter as it seems unjust and unreasonable. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Jude R.

I am attempting to add a new email to my Contact Information on Facebook. Regrettably, all five confirmation codes went to my spam folder. Unfortunately, by the time I located them, the latest code had already expired. Facebook has prevented me from requesting another code. I must add this email before midnight to switch my primary email before the expiration of the one currently linked to my account. Therefore, I cannot wait for the block to be lifted if it will last for more than a few hours.

I recently shared a political satire post featuring a Time magazine cover with a picture of Hitler in a private Facebook group known for sharing edgy content. No one flagged it as inappropriate within our closed community. I acknowledge my humor may have been in poor taste, but I want to clarify that I am not racist or antisemitic, considering myself to be religious/spiritual. I manage a private Twin Flame spiritual group where I provide crucial support, including live broadcasts. I understand the restriction on live broadcasts due to the recent post; therefore, I removed it promptly for violating guidelines. I kindly request Facebook to reinstate my live broadcast privileges so I can continue assisting those who rely on my spiritual guidance, some of whom depend on it for their well-being. This support is invaluable, and I hope this incident can be resolved positively. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - N. Matula

I recently cleared my cache in Microsoft Edge and it resulted in my Facebook passwords being deleted. I am now unable to log back into my account. Despite trying to receive an SMS code, I have not been successful in receiving one. My Facebook account is under the name of dino dfamily. It appears that my phone number in the Philippines is not linked to this account. Although I remember my old password, it was changed 2 months ago and is not valid. Additionally, I am unsure which email address is associated with this Facebook account.

I'm encountering a problem with not receiving SMS confirmation codes from Facebook. I haven't set up another third-party authenticator for receiving the second-step confirmation codes. Could your team please send me an SMS confirmation code that I haven't received? I had received it before, but after attempting to confirm my number again in the settings and then accidentally logging out, I haven't received any further 6-digit SMS codes, causing frustration. I would like to log into Facebook without two-factor authentication, using only my current password. However, I recently changed my password and set up two-factor authentication to enhance my security. Despite sending messages to Facebook without a response, I turned to this forum for assistance. I'm based in the Philippines. Many thanks.

I recently set up a new Facebook account and uploaded photos to an album before sending a Friend request. Shortly after, I was informed of suspicious activity on my brand-new account. To proceed, I needed to verify my identity by receiving a code on my mobile number. I encountered a problem as I wasn't receiving the code, perhaps due to including the USA access code before my phone number. I attempted to log in using my email to receive the code, which worked initially. However, I then faced another request for a code sent to my mobile number, which I still couldn't receive. I suspect the issue may be related to using a phone number associated with another Facebook account. Despite trying to use my email, it keeps looping back to the unresponsive phone number. Now, I'm stuck with a new account I urgently need for personal contacts but can't access due to these complications. It's frustrating not being able to connect with my contacts who solely use Facebook.

I have had a valid Facebook account for a long time, and I use the Facebook app on my iPhone. However, lately, the news feed has not been loading. I decided to delete the app and re-download it. Upon trying to log in, I realized I had forgotten my password. When I tried to reset it using my mobile phone number as my login, I was asked to confirm my identity through email, which I do not believe is connected to my account. I typically use my phone number to access my account. When I tried searching for my account using my email or phone number, using my email did not yield any results. Although using my phone number did find my account, selecting the "forgot password" option led me back to the email confirmation page. I am eager to regain access to my Facebook account.

I am currently unable to access my account due to a reported security issue. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in using any of the verification methods available. I am unable to retrieve my old email account information used during registration. The codes sent to me for verification are not working, and even correctly identifying recent comments has not granted me access. Unfortunately, the verification process is now ineffective for me. This situation is concerning as important pictures and vital communication with friends on Facebook and via email are at stake. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

Hello! I couldn't stay quiet when someone was talking poorly on my comments. Despite asking him to stop, he persisted. I couldn't figure out how to block him. After he provoked me, I reported him, leading to my ban. I admit I erred, but three days seems excessive. Could I have just one day instead? It's only fair we both get a day's ban. I should have blocked him sooner. It's unjust for him to insult me repeatedly only because he didn't use bad language. I'm sorry for my part, but the situation doesn't feel right. We're both adults; I should be able to respond. Please consider shortening my ban; I'll avoid trouble in the future. Wishing you a Happy New Year! Thanks.

I am currently locked out of my account due to suspected hacking. My account shows activity in Eastern South Dakota, despite me being in Hot Springs SD, located in the west. Additionally, I noticed that the "Where I'm Logged Into" EDIT button has been removed. I recently changed my phone number to [redacted] after moving from ND to SD, which has caused issues with receiving authentication texts to my old number, [redacted]. Although I provided my Two-Factor Authentication Code, I am unable to receive texts on my new number. I submitted a copy of my Driver's License and a photo of me holding a handwritten code, as requested. I have emailed you my new number multiple times. Please advise on how to proceed with resolving this matter. You can reach me at [redacted] or on my cell at [redacted].

A few years ago, I set up my Facebook account with my old phone number, neglecting to add an email address. Recently, I changed my phone number and device and attempted to log in, only to realize I forgot my password. After requesting a code for verification, it was sent to my outdated number. I updated my new number, received a code, reset my password, and unexpectedly accessed someone else's account associated with the previous number owner. I have not interacted with the account and wish to disentangle it from mine. I seek guidance on resolving this unintentional access dilemma on Facebook.

After creating a Facebook account and joining a group, I faced login issues due to "suspicious activity," leading to my new account being disabled. I provided the necessary phone number, picture, and ID to the help center form, but have only received automated messages prompting me to log in without further communication. I am seeking assistance to speak with a representative or receive updates on resolving this issue rather than continuously filling out forms without feedback from Facebook.

My Facebook account got disabled without any clear explanation from Facebook. They are accusing me of violating their terms of service. Recently, I encountered a suspicious incident related to being a PUBG player. While following the official PUBG page, a user named PUBG Mobile left a comment about "free skins for PUBG" along with a link. I clicked on the link, which led me to a login page where I used my Facebook credentials. The person also requested my PUBG account details to which I complied. The following day, when I tried to log in to Facebook, it prompted me to change my password and confirm my identity. Despite answering the security questions, it suddenly informed me that my account had been disabled.

Hello. I have a minor issue that I believe you can help me with. A few days ago, my profile disappeared for no reason. I tried to log in with the 6-digit code sent to my email multiple times, but it now requires a security code sent via SMS to a phone number I no longer have. If you could send the codes to my new number, I'd appreciate it. My profile belongs to Anna Magdalena L., with photos of me and my dog. Please help me as I value my profile. Thank you.
