In [redacted], she blocked me, resulting in the conversation history being displayed as "Facebook User" in subsequent years. Unfortunately, upon reviewing my archived messages, the conversation appears to be missing. The retrieval of these messages is crucial for an upcoming child custody case I am getting ready for.

I purchased a cell phone through Facebook Marketplace. The seller was responsive initially, but after payment, they went silent and removed the ad. The funds were deducted from my bank account through PayPal. The recipient of the payment is HUNCHO SNUPE, whom I suspect is still active on Facebook. The transaction occurred on December 30, [redacted]. Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated. He claims to be stationed.

I believe my Facebook account has been compromised by a virus. It has been sending videos to various people, changed my password, and locked me out. I recently got a new phone number, which I forgot to update in my account settings. Now, when I try to log back in to secure my hacked account, it prompts me to select a number to send a confirmation code for access, but I don't have those numbers listed on my account anymore.

I've been attempting to reach out to Facebook security for assistance. I've submitted my Driver's License and a photo of me holding a code in an attempt to receive my login codes on my phone. However, despite having set up my account to require a code for login, I am not receiving the code via text message. I've been trying to resolve this issue for the past 24 hours.

I am looking for the return address for Facebook Portal. I purchased two mini Portals as gifts but my older female relatives do not like them. I have been unsuccessful in finding information on Facebook's return policy or getting assistance from customer service. Community help has also not been fruitful. I've recently been restricted from sharing and posting in groups where I am an active member and admin. I've always shared great content without any problems, but now someone reported me, which seems unfair. It's frustrating as my posts are not visible to my friends. I accidentally damaged my iPhone, which has prevented me from accessing my Facebook account. I bought two Facebook Mini Portals as Christmas gifts for female family members, but they didn't like them. I am struggling to find a way to return the items to Facebook for a refund. I have attempted to contact Facebook through various channels like the community center, phone calls, and emails, but haven't been successful. I took on a job in September to post rental properties on Facebook Marketplace. After posting one property, Facebook banned me from all Marketplace and private groups. The ban has been in place since September. Today, on December 31st, Facebook support via email claims they cannot help. Despite following the Marketplace rules, I received no explanation for the ban. How can I lift this ban from my account?

I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. It says the password has been changed without my knowledge, and I can't receive the verification code since my email address has been altered. I created a new account but now I'm trying to deactivate it to recover my original account using a different email. However, I can't seem to deactivate the new account because Facebook indicates that the email address is already being used. The original account was supposed to be deleted or deactivated on December 29th, but it's still active. Please help me regain access to my original page.

Someone contacted me claiming I had won a prize from a company called God is Dope, offering a free t-shirt and $[redacted]. After sharing my cash app details, the conversation shifted to exchanging Instagram account info. To my dismay, I discovered the individual had created a fake account in my name and taken over my Instagram. Presently, this person is engaging in scams under the guise of the non-existent company, deceiving others for financial gain by falsely associating with a legitimate brand. It is distressing to see this individual leveraging the reputation of a reputable company they have no affiliation with for deceitful purposes.

I have been getting Facebook messages from friends mentioning they liked my entry, but I haven't been on the platform for a year. I've tried multiple times to recover my account because Facebook doesn't seem user-friendly for me. However, every time I try, my phone number is rejected as incorrect. Hello, I require assistance with my Instagram account. I recently got a notification stating that my account was compromised due to a "phishing" attack. I received a text notification about an unauthorized login to my wife's Facebook account. I informed her during our FaceTime call and changed her password while logged into her account. I also performed a log out of all devices for security. The next day, we both used our accounts without any issues until I received another login notification. I repeated the same steps, but this time my wife couldn't log in with the new password. Even though I can still access her account from my phone, she cannot log in from hers. When attempting to reset the password, we are redirected to facebook.com/recover/extended/ineligible. I have tried entering a new email and providing her passport ID under the name Alexandra Clair (originally Alexandra Johns). Her real name is Emily Bidela Johns, and she is currently in the Philippines while I'm in California. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I manage the Facebook Page for my business, Red Wolf Women's Circle. After attempting to delete my old page, I noticed some issues. When accessing my business page on my mobile phone, it only shows my posts without any other information like pictures, reviews, videos, and pinned items. This problem doesn't occur on my tablet. My adult daughter has gained unauthorized access to my phone and has taken over all my social media accounts. She compromised my Google account, locking my phone and reporting it stolen. She has also taken control of my Facebook and Messenger. I need help retrieving my pictures and information. Today, she closed my pay card account and ordered a new one for herself.
