I am having trouble accessing my Messenger account, which is not linked to Facebook but to my phone number. This issue started when I mistakenly used the same phone number for my new Facebook account as my existing Messenger account, preventing me from opening conversations with new contacts. I have updated my phone number on Facebook and logged out of my phone-based Messenger account. However, when trying to log back in, I was prompted to change the phone number associated with the non-Facebook account. Despite entering my old phone number multiple times for the verification code, I never received one and now I am locked out temporarily. I need assistance to re-enable my account promptly as I urgently need to connect with my classmates to complete an assignment.

I work at Midwest Members Credit Union in Wood River, Illinois. One of our members brought forth a dispute regarding a purchase made on Facebook marketplace using FB Pay. The member has not received the item, and the merchant provided a fake shipping number. The funds were debited from the member's account by the merchant, who has now blocked the member and altered her name and profile details. If a resolution cannot be reached, I will need to initiate a chargeback. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've been trying to link my business Instagram page with my Facebook Business page, but I keep receiving the message that I do not have permission. Even though I am an admin on the Page, in Business Manager, a request has been sent to the page owner. Unfortunately, my client and I have not been able to find the approval email. We are eager to identify who manages it and understand the process to get it approved. After numerous hours of troubleshooting, we are feeling quite frustrated. Thank you for any assistance!

I used to have a joint Facebook account with my ex-wife under the email address [redacted] After our divorce, I stopped using the account, and it's been approximately 10 years since I last accessed it. Recently, I attempted to log back in using a different email address, [redacted] When I tried to access the account, I was prompted to provide a valid ID for security verification, which I uploaded. However, I have now been locked out of the account for around 12 hours. I no longer have access to the original email we used to sign up. I'm wondering how long this process usually takes and if there is a way to bypass it. A friend informed me that the account is still active as they sent a friend request, but I am currently unable to log in and view the account. Facebook has not given me the option to change my login information before locking me out.

I can't access my email to reset my Facebook password, and I recently changed my phone number. When I tried to sign in, the website flagged my login as suspicious. I've used this account for nearly 8 years and really don't want to start over. My name on Facebook is Adrienne Kasimir or adriennekasimir.1, I think. I'm willing to provide photo IDs to verify my identity. Thank you.

I received a 7-day suspension from Facebook for sharing my opinion that Muslims should not serve in the US government, along with a video explaining why. The post was meant to be informative about what I believe is an attempt to change our way of life. I don't believe it should have been removed, and I don't think I should have been suspended for expressing my views. If it's against their policies, I can delete the post, but I hope to continue using the platform without further issues.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the password was changed. Before logging out, I added my phone number to the account but couldn't reset the password using it. Also, I can't access the [redacted] email to reset the password as the hacker changed its password too.

I recently signed up for Facebook, being new to the platform. I was unsure about using my real name during registration, so I opted for privacy and used a modified name without providing a clear photo. Consequently, my account got banned. Can I register again, this time using my real information and complying with Facebook's rules? I unintentionally broke the rules and I deeply regret it. I apologize and eagerly await your response.

I'm experiencing repeated logouts despite resetting my password multiple times. Currently, I am unable to log back in as my phone number ([redacted]) is no longer recognized. After providing a photo of my driver's license for verification, a code was supposedly sent via SMS, but I did not receive it. It seems my phone is not receiving messages as Facebook does not recognize my number. I have not changed my phone number since creating the account. I am eager to regain access to my account to retrieve valuable photos and memories of my children.

I am attempting to reactivate my Facebook account, which I deactivated in [redacted], and would like assistance in regaining access. I submitted a copy of my passport on Saturday, 12/28/19, as part of the verification process. I only have contact with two of the three friends listed for access codes, and I am eager to retrieve my account in order to retain the photos of my children. I am hoping to avoid creating a new account. I am unsure of the expected timeframe for processing my uploaded passport and unlocking my account. I am currently handling social media for a company, and we are attempting to link our Facebook page to Facebook Business Manager. Unfortunately, when I submit the request, I am unable to determine the recipient, as we are unsure of the page owner's identity. I serve as an admin and have explored all available avenues but have reached a standstill. Is there a method to reach out to someone at Facebook to establish ownership of the page? I previously had a Facebook (FB) account which I closed. After closing it, I opened a new account using the same name, password, and Messenger. Unfortunately, my phone broke, so I used my wife's phone to access FB. She sent me something which only reached my old account. I then closed the old account and tried to access the new one but kept being redirected to the closed old account. Now, I am unable to access my new account properly; it appears as a friend rather than myself. I need assistance in recovering access to my new account and permanently closing the old one. Thank you.

Hello, I am Mamun from Bangladesh. I believe there is an issue with my account or possibly with your policies. I feel there should be a change or I need guidance on how to navigate through it. My concern is that when I try to download information using your settings option, I am unable to access detailed information. I am only able to view what is visible on my Facebook list, but I need to see my complete search history for work purposes. For example, if I manually delete some items from my search history, I would like to have access to them in my downloaded information. Could you please advise me on how this can be achieved? My son, Ra'Hem Mason, passed away on 7/6/[redacted]. As his mother, Yolanda Mason, I kindly request that his page be made into a memorable tribute. It appears that someone may have accessed his phone, which was lost when he died at the beach in Michigan City. Recently, someone was on his page pretending to be him. I am trying to preserve his legacy and keep his memory alive. Ra'Hem was a 17-year-old student at Washington High School, where he played football, and he also participated in track at Dickerson Elementary School. Your assistance in honoring his memory would mean a lot to me, as he was dearly loved and is deeply missed. Thank you.

I created my account a couple of days ago. I've been adding people and have rarely posted. Yesterday morning, I discovered that I was temporarily blocked from performing any actions. I have checked my support inbox, and there are no messages, so I don't believe I was put in Facebook "jail." However, I am confused as to why I am currently unable to do anything, and it has been about 36 hours now, which is frustrating. I received a drop-down box for a post, which I innocently shared with my family and friends. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scam to obtain banking information. I alerted my loved ones promptly. Facebook reached out to me, but I'm having trouble with my password not working and my email disappearing. How can I be contacted? Also, I want to mention that I'm currently typing with one finger due to a broken wrist, making it challenging to keep changing my password as requested.

My Facebook account was hacked on the 24th of December by my husband. He lied to your company. I know my password, but I did not give it to him to protect my privacy. He added his name as an imposter to my account and claimed he forgot my password. However, I never gave it to him in the first place. Please refrain from sending any more codes as this is not me. My Facebook account was hacked, and I am unable to recover it as the hacker has changed the password and email address. Although I managed to regain access to my email, I am not receiving any messages to reset my Facebook account. I created a new account and added friends, but after some time, I was restricted from using Facebook. Hello, I'm Lee George. I have both personal and business accounts with you for Mr. G's Smokehouse and Seafood Grill. In the past 2 to 3 days, I have been unable to access my account. Customers have also tried reaching out but have faced difficulties. After trying to log in, I received a message stating my account was closed due to suspicious activity, and now I am disabled.
