I am having trouble accessing the email address linked to my Facebook account. I have attempted to reset my password, but the instructions require me to log in to my email, which I cannot do because I do not know the password. I contacted Yahoo's customer service, but they informed me that due to inactivity, my account cannot be recovered. Can anyone provide assistance in helping me regain access to my Facebook account as I am unable to remember my password?

I am unsure if I have a Facebook account. I never posted anything on it. I clicked on Facebook for something I liked but didn't join any discussions. Now, I am bombarded with hundreds of spam emails about adult content. I don't engage with them, just delete them. I think my account has been compromised. I am not an active Facebook user, and this situation is upsetting.

Hello Facebook Team, I am WeiJie He. A few days ago, my account got locked while I was chatting with a friend. He requested some e-commerce links, which I shared. Shortly after, I was blocked and had to upload my ID. The next day, my account was fully disabled. I believe this was done in error, as I only use Facebook to discuss e-commerce with acquaintances. On 24/12, I realized that my Facebook account, Philip Arvenäs, was hacked, and the password was changed, causing me to lose access. Despite my efforts to recover it through Facebook's password recovery and submitting my ID photo for verification, I was unsuccessful as they did not find a connection between my ID and account. This is strange considering I have had the account for at least 10 years. I would appreciate it if my account could be restored to me. If that is not possible, I prefer it to be completely removed, as I am uncomfortable with an uncontrolled account about me being out there.

I noticed that Facebook has blocked one of my posts. The message states, "This comment isn't available right now." However, I did not share it with a small group, change the settings, or delete it. None of my comments were inappropriate. I am unable to seek assistance from Facebook. How can I investigate and resolve this issue?

There seems to be a potential vulnerability in the 2-step verification process, where unauthorized individuals may be using valid phone numbers for Messenger and Google Chat without the owners' permission. When receiving verification codes for these services, my phone automatically verifies the connection without entering the code, possibly allowing anyone to use my number for authentication. I've been receiving verification code messages for Messenger and Google Chat, although I don't use these services. Additionally, I've experienced unknown calls that hang up after a brief message, which may have been automated systems verifying my number for unauthorized use. Despite blocking the text numbers, the messages still come through. I'm looking to reach out to Google and Facebook security teams regarding this issue, but I'm unable to find their contact information. Can anyone assist me in locating the appropriate channels for reporting these concerns?

I'm seeking assistance to regain access to my account. Three weeks ago, I updated my username and email address, but I have not confirmed the new email yet, resulting in the removal of the old email associated with the account. Instagram now requests a 2-factor authentication code sent to the old email, which I am unable to receive. Despite my attempts to reset the email, the code is not being delivered. After removing the new email in hopes of receiving the code on the old email, the issue remains unresolved. I am now locked out of my account and unable to proceed without the authentication code. I can confirm all details related to the account, except for the code not reaching either email address. Any assistance to resolve this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. My account username is @Fuccboisatan, and the previous email was [redacted], with the most recent being [redacted] I have access to both emails and eagerly await your help. I have both a personal and business Facebook account. Recently, a spam page was created using my birth date, which is now linked to my business page. I've been unable to unlink or deactivate it without affecting my business page. Despite reporting this to Facebook over a month ago, I haven't received a response. Resolving this should have been quick but has instead taken hours of valuable business time. I reached out to Facebook once more today using the 'Report a Problem' feature to address this ongoing issue.

Our small Episcopal church in San Saba has a Facebook page for St. Luke's Episcopal Church at [redacted] West Dry Street, but we are unsure about who initially created it or who the current administrator is. Despite my attempts to gain admin access through Facebook by providing verification like a church utility bill, I have been unsuccessfully turned down each time. I am wondering if there is a way to transfer ownership so that I can become the administrator. My name on Facebook is Albert Stowell. If anyone knows a method to resolve this, please share.

I manage the AGD Rose Sisters Facebook page. As an admin, I oversee the organization's database to verify if new member requests are from individuals in Good Standing. The group settings restrict member acceptance to only admins or moderators. Despite this setting, we have noticed non-admins/moderators adding members. There appears to be a glitch on the page. Can someone assist with resolving this issue?

Yesterday morning, my Facebook account got hacked. The password was changed, and authentication was enabled, so I am unable to set up a new password and log in. I've contacted Facebook multiple times via email, but unfortunately, they have not been helpful so far. The hackers have initiated a campaign with a $1 million budget using our Facebook ads account and have already taken $[redacted] from us today. I am having trouble receiving the 6-digit code from Facebook via text to log into my account. Facebook requested a password change, and now I am unable to access my account due to the missing verification code. As a result of the password change, I have been logged out of all devices and browsers, leaving me unable to retrieve the two-factor authentication code necessary for login. This is affecting my ability to manage the business accounts associated with my personal account. I need urgent access to my account to continue managing the linked business accounts.

I accidentally broke my previous phone which had my account information tied to a phone number and email address. Unfortunately, I don't have access to that phone or number anymore. Although I had set up a backup email, I am unable to access it because it was linked to the phone that is now broken. Without the correct email address, I can't reset the account since I don't have the necessary information. This situation is causing me to lose access to essential contacts, documents, and business-related information stored in that account. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account by any means possible.

I recently got a new phone and unfortunately forgot my Facebook password as it was saved on my old phone. My Facebook app won't load the home page on my iPhone XR or MacBook Air. All other pages and tabs load correctly. I've deleted the Facebook app three times and reinstalled it. I've cleared cookies and cache. I contacted Apple, and they claim it's a Facebook issue. My Wi-Fi provider also said it's a Facebook problem. I've sent screenshots and reported the issue to Facebook for the past three weeks, but I haven't received a response. What should I do?

I set up my account with the phone number [redacted]. I have a new phone number now and can't access my account. It's crucial for my business that I regain access. I don't have an associated email, and the emails I receive only link to old Facebook accounts I used to have. I've been able to sign in on this computer for about two months. I get Facebook emails at my Google email address, but trying to sign in with that email pulls up an old account. I’ve used [redacted] for Prez and [redacted] for Clarinet. Today, I deleted the other two accounts. I need to access the account I've been currently using.

The payment was made through Facebook, so it should be covered by their protection plan for such situations. I noticed that page 8shit has taken versusbot's content, particularly the meme of the decade tournament, without attempting to conceal it. Facebook has not taken any action because the content is not my intellectual property. I would like all meme of the decade posts to be removed from their page and for them to stop posting stolen content. Thank you for your assistance.

I mistakenly shared my account details with someone who scammed me. This occurred on Friday, the 15th. I am now seeking assistance to recover my account. I can provide verification through recent photos, videos, and my ID. I am willing to provide any necessary evidence. The account was originally under the name Jean Albán but is now being used by Pedro Damian, who is still engaging in fraudulent activities.
