I am the administrator of a Facebook page for a church. On October 30, I was unexpectedly removed from the page and it was closed by someone. The head administrator informed me that the page was hacked, and unfortunately, we were unable to retrieve the videos and photos that were on the page. Upon the incident, I received an email from Facebook confirming my removal as an admin for Zion Memorial Missionary Baptist Church. Despite reaching out for assistance, we have not received any help from Facebook in recovering the page.

I set up a Facebook page with the user/account name '[redacted]' but I no longer use or have access to that email. Recently, my Facebook password became corrupted while setting up the app on my new cell phone and I am unable to log in. Facebook is attempting to send a security code to '[redacted]', which I am no longer able to access. What steps should I take to regain access to my account?

I recently reported David Nolan for harassment due to his comment suggesting that a woman should make a living "on her back," insinuating prostitution. Despite this, the platform deemed it not a violation of "community standards." I question if there are any standards in place, as this kind of vile comment should clearly not be acceptable. There seems to be a lack of attention to important details unless it aligns with a certain political view. Numerous similar comments have been overlooked with generic responses that fail to address the severity of the situation.

Hello! I'm Quentin B. During college, I deactivated my Facebook account that I used in high school and college. The account is connected to my college email ([redacted]), but I can't access it to recover it. I've created a new profile but I'm eager to retrieve my old account to access my photos and videos. I need assistance with updating my profile name. We have experienced a traumatic event involving a criminal, and we would like to change our name to maintain our account while keeping our real identity private. Our nickname, known by friends, would be a more suitable option compared to our current name, known by the criminal and his family. The change is meant to safeguard our innocent grandchild, who is the victim in this situation. I am able to provide legal evidence of the crime if necessary. The Canadian Centre for Child Protection managed to close the offender's accounts on Facebook and Instagram, but the presence of his family and friends online still makes us feel uneasy and requires further separation. Changing our profile name to something unfamiliar to them would enhance our online safety and provide peace of mind. Thank you for understanding the importance of this request.

I have been trying to sign in for over 2 months now. I am frustrated because my username and password have been changed by someone. They have been speaking to my mother on Messenger. Hello, I'm reaching out for my elderly parents. Recently, my father's Facebook account was hacked. Upon accessing his page, it appears to have been wiped clean of all familiar content. Hello, I am Jason Morris and I have been using my FB profile since its launch. My account has been hacked, and I need help. I received a notice asking for a code to be sent to my mobile for identity verification, followed by a request for a photo ID. After providing the ID, I started receiving emails and phone messages in French, not my account's default language, English. Although I value security measures to protect my account, I am worried about a potential hack from a French user. I believe my actions to verify my account and change the password might be compromised as the hacker seems aware. Despite still receiving friend's posts via email, they are now in French instead of English. I would feel more reassured if this is an official FB procedure, so I am awaiting verification of my photo ID. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jason Morris

I'm encountering an issue when adding a product manually on my Facebook business page. I input the sale price and price for each variant separately, and as a result, the sale price and price options are greyed out under "Essential Information." However, when trying to finalize the product addition, I receive an error message stating that I must "Enter a price greater than 0.01" in the price option under "Essential Information." Due to the inclusion of variants, I am unable to input a price greater than 0.01 in this section. How can I rectify this situation?

This afternoon, my account was hacked. The password was changed, and now I can't access the account even with the other email I attached. Please, I ask you to change the password to "pearlyde" to prevent the hacker from accessing it again. The initial email was abimbolaolayinka97@yahoo, and I attached sayoeyifunmi@gmail as a second email. The original password was "olatola," which I later changed to "damilola." I can't recall the phone number I used before, but now you can use [redacted]1 so I can reset the password. This account is valuable to me. Thank you for your help, and may God bless you.

My mother, Elsie B. Grant, passed away on December 13, [redacted]. I am Pamela Grant, her daughter, and the assigned Facebook legacy contact. I have been trying to memorialize her account, but every support link directs me to an error page with the message, "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." I have encountered this issue for a few days now and haven't found an alternative way to contact them. I appreciate any help you can provide. I recently acquired a new phone, and my previous device was cloned onto it before being wiped clean. Without setting up all my new passwords or documenting them, I hastily proceeded. When attempting to reset my password using the "forgot my password" option and entering my linked phone number, I have not received any code via message to reset my password. Despite numerous attempts over the past weeks, I have been unable to log in. I kindly request assistance in resetting my password to regain access to my account and then update it to a more secure one.

My personal Facebook account got disabled. I hardly post and don't chat with strangers who might report me. I made a new account just for Messenger to talk to friends, but it got disabled within a day. Now, I can't access the Facebook Help Center or create a new account. Could you lift the restrictions on my account and stop this from happening again? I'm willing to provide my ID, phone number, or any other proof needed to verify my identity.

My account got disabled, and even though I know why, I created a new account with the same name. Strangely, I can't log in to the new account. During the creation, I used the same email. When I try to access the new account, it tells me it's disabled, but the system is actually referring to the old one. I have the new account active on my phone. How do I resolve this issue?

I am facing difficulty accessing my most recent Facebook account. The phone number linked to the previous account is no longer in my possession as the phone is broken, and I cannot recall the email associated with it. My Facebook account was hacked, and despite my attempts to recover it, I have been unsuccessful. I created a new account using the same details but with a different password. I managed to connect with some friends; however, when I tried to log in, I was informed that my account had been disabled. I followed the instructions to provide my ID by uploading my passport but still cannot access my account. I am unsure why my account was disabled. If it is due to having two accounts with the same name and profile picture, I would appreciate it if the hacked account could be restored and the new account created on the 25th of this month could be closed.

My Instagram account was hacked and temporarily disabled due to phishing after I unknowingly clicked on a link. The problem now is that a security code is sent to an old email address ([redacted]) that I can no longer access. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to recover access to that email. I request that the security code be sent to my current email, which is listed below. My Instagram account is jazzd_03. A customer recently posted a negative review on Tom Relax's Facebook page, which we believe was unfair and misleading. The customer initially requested deep work and then more focus on their right leg during the session. Despite addressing these requests during the massage and clarifying any concerns, the customer left a negative review two months later. We suspect the review might be motivated by competition, as the customer has a similar business nearby. They claimed to have had [redacted] massages in 15 years, which seems improbable. The customer's feedback highlighted issues with communication, attention to detail, and pressure during the massage. Our store owner personally attended to the customer to understand their concerns and ensure the best service. Both store owners and I, as the manager, believe the review may be an attempt to damage our growing business and reputation.
