I believe my Facebook account has been compromised. Despite changing the password on 12/19/19, I am unable to log in. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the Gmail account linked to it, as I do not have the phone or remember the password associated with it. Hello, I'm Amy McCall. I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account for about a month now since I got a new phone and number. I'm not receiving the authentication code on my old number. I tried recovering my account by sending a picture of my Ohio ID last week but haven't received a confirmation email. Can you please assist me in getting back into my account? Thank you.

Hello, I am Zaeon Scruggs. I got logged out of my Facebook account a few days ago and have been unable to log back in despite sending my ID twice. I am being prompted to use a code generator which I do not have access to. Additionally, I am receiving a billing message from the Facebook ads team, which I am unsure about. I have less than three hours to board a plane with my very ill husband for a lifesaving surgery in Cleveland. We've been waiting for this surgery for six years, and he nearly passed away this summer. It took a year to secure the surgery appointment. I started an emergency fundraiser on Facebook to help get him there. Last night, it indicated the funds would arrive today. However, they changed the date to tomorrow, and now it might take 24 to 48 hours. Without this money, I can't afford to take him for the surgery, as we only have $1.12 in our account. I've been given conflicting information and caught them lying about the availability of funds. I've requested a supervisor, but they're not responding. Please assist.

My Facebook page was suspended for spam, but I am unsure what that means. I don't post frequently, mainly using Facebook for updates on my church and music performances. Recently, a friend came to check on me thinking I was seriously ill because I haven't been online for two months. This has caused me to miss out on my third gig as I cannot contact my church for music arrangements. I desperately need my page back. Despite sending my birth certificate multiple times, I have not received any acknowledgment. I've sent 13 messages without a single reply.

Hello, I hope you had a wonderful day after Christmas! I am facing difficulties creating a Facebook page for Love INC (Love In The Name of Christ), my workplace. Currently, we have three unused FB accounts/pages that we cannot access for various reasons, leading me to attempt creating a new one multiple times. The first new page was deleted because it was made from a business manager account that we were advised not to use. The second one had to be deleted as well since I used our company phone number, which might lead to the account being disabled as it was previously used. Unfortunately, the third new page I created last week has now been disabled, possibly due to the profile name being "Community Relations". I am hesitant to create another page and am seeking assistance to address this issue with Facebook and clarify the existence of multiple Love INC SWFL FB pages/accounts. I believe the ongoing deletion process of the other two pages may be contributing to the difficulties I am facing. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I’ve been unable to access my Facebook account for some time. Following suspicious activity where someone logged in from a different location, I changed my password. Now, whenever I try to log in on my devices, two-factor authentication prompts me for a code that I can't access without being logged into the account on another device. Despite submitting my ID, Facebook has not responded, and I remain locked out with no means of contact. It seems like a lost cause at this point.

While using my Facebook account on December 25, [redacted], my Galaxy Note 8 unexpectedly closed the app. When I tried to reopen Facebook, it prompted me for a login code sent to my phone, which I never received. The email linked to my Facebook account, [redacted], is outdated, and I haven't been able to update it to regain access or reset my password. Unfortunately, the email account associated with Facebook was deleted due to inactivity. I'm seeking assistance in recovering access to my Facebook account. I have another email account available for communication but all my information is stored on the inaccessible email.

Unfortunately, I changed my phone number and am now struggling to log in because Facebook keeps requesting security checks. They are unable to send the code to my registered email address. I am experiencing an issue with a pending payment sent to me through Facebook. The payment was directed to a now inactive debit card associated with my account. Even though I have since updated my active debit card on Facebook, the payment remains in pending status. My bank informed me that the problem lies with Facebook attempting to process the payment to my old debit card. This money is urgently needed for an emergency situation, and I am unable to access it or return it to the sender.

I created an account 10 years ago with the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. I don't understand why my account was deactivated. I tried creating a new account multiple times, but they all got cancelled. What can I do to resolve this issue? I am a real person and don't know why this is happening. I need help to have a Facebook profile. Please assist me.

I have had a Facebook account for many years and have always been able to access it on my iPhone, iPad, and PC without needing to enter my password each time. However, I recently received a new PC for Christmas and now need to input my password to log into Facebook. Unfortunately, since I've never had to use my password before, I can't remember what it is. I've tried to reset it, but without knowing the old password, I haven't been successful. At 72 years old, this has been a frustrating experience for me.

I received a letter asking for a new code to confirm my identity on Facebook, but I did not request authorization for any ads about social issues, elections, or politics. I have lost administrative access to my own page, of which I am the business owner. I also have the business manager account and the ads account under my control. My business has been verified on Facebook with documents proving my proprietorship. The admin access has mistakenly been transferred to my agency partner, whom I only gave access for advertising purposes. Unfortunately, as there are no other admins, I am unable to remove them or add myself back as an admin. What steps should I take to resolve this situation?

I recently got a new phone and forgot my Facebook password. I have a legitimate account under the name imdoeb connected to my iPhone number. There seems to be another account associated with my email that might have been locked at some point but is now active again. I have numerous contacts on my phone-linked account and need to regain access. Despite having the same phone number, I am not receiving the code on my new iPhone. Ideally, I would like to merge the accounts, but my priority is retrieving the one with my grandkids' picture as a profile photo. It is essential to reset or recover the password for the account with many friends and family members on it. Appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

Someone has hacked my Messenger and has been sending videos to all my contacts. They have also taken over my Facebook account, and I am unable to regain access. Despite entering my password, when prompted for a code sent to my email, the process does not progress, and it keeps looping back. This issue only began this morning; prior to this, I had no trouble accessing my Facebook account. Through the multiple password resets and code inputs, I have now forgotten my original long-standing password. I am confused about why this is occurring and seek assistance.

I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account because I did not receive the 6-digit code they claim to have sent to my phone. I was locked out after sending a Christmas picture to friends on Messenger. The message states, "You may want to slow down or stop to avoid a restriction on your account." I have exhausted all options in trying to regain access to my compromised Instagram account. A hacker has taken control of my account and is soliciting iTunes cards from my contacts. Despite my attempts to reset my password, the hacker managed to change the linked email as well. This situation is distressing, especially since my friends are still able to view my account, Janeanne7, with its original content. Instagram has not been helpful in resolving this issue, leaving me feeling frustrated after spending countless hours trying to rectify the problem. I am now using a different email address, as the previous one linked to my account was [redacted] Restoring my account is paramount, considering I heavily invest in advertising for the Stiefel Theatre through Facebook. I can't log in to my account because it logged me out and now it's asking for a 3rd party code generator that I don't have on my phone. My name is Jemill S. and I urgently need access to this account as it's my main way to stay in touch with family and friends while I'm working far from home. I attempted to merge two identical Pages on Facebook, of which I am the administrator for both. However, Facebook took down both pages and disabled my account, impacting my work-related activities. My account was solely used for managing Pages and participating in art-related groups, as I am an illustrator. While I previously had a personal account, I deactivated it recently to take a break from social media. Facebook's requirement for personal information, even for professional purposes, feels invasive and unsettling. As a Social Media Manager, this situation greatly affects my livelihood.
