I am experiencing issues with accessing my Instagram account, @a.cantor, under the name Alex Cantor. Approximately one to two months ago, there was a suspicious attempt to log in, prompting a password change. I typically use the same passwords across multiple accounts but, as a security measure, I generated a random password through Apple and stored it for convenience. I recently received a notification that my account was compromised and the saved password did not match. The recovery email linked to the account is outdated, and I cannot access it as I have not used that email in over five years. Additionally, my phone number is not listed as a recovery option as it is on my Facebook account. I urgently need assistance in recovering my Instagram account as it holds significant importance to me. I can still access the account on my phone.

I have been using Facebook for years, but last night, I got logged out of my account on my phone and can't recall the password. The email associated with the account is outdated, and I can't access it or the phone number on file as they are old. I have a new email address and phone number but they are not linked to my Facebook account. This is causing me a lot of distress as I have important contacts there and creating a new account is really inconvenient. I am heavily pregnant, so the timing for this added stress couldn't be worse for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I recently tried to log back into Facebook after being away for some time due to personal reasons. I was eager to change my surname on my account to my maiden name. Facebook requested verification, so I attempted to upload a copy of my ID multiple times. I have some personal matters to attend to, like changing my surname and removing a few friends. Currently, I am logged out of my account, leaving it vulnerable for others to access. It's crucial for me to make these adjustments promptly for safety reasons. Hello! I am Sajjad Ali from Pakistan. I am reaching out regarding the suspension of my Facebook account by the Facebook Support Team. It was suspended due to a name confirmation issue. Despite providing my ID card photos and screenshots of the problem as requested, I have not received any response or action from Facebook in the last 6 months. My business manager ads keep getting rejected due to ad text, although the latest rejection did not provide specific details. I used Facebook's text overlay tool to check for text in the images, and they were deemed "OK." I am seeking clear clarification on why the ads are being rejected, especially since our "Creative 1" ad using the same video was approved just 2 days ago. The current review process seems confusing and subjective based on the reviewer at the moment.

Hello, I appreciate the assistance and support provided to everyone. Recently, my Facebook account was temporarily blocked for 72 hours, and I have already waited for three days for the initial block to be lifted. For nearly two years, my partner has been relentlessly harassed online by someone named Abi Weston, who is still active on Facebook. Abi has even gone as far as posting a picture of me without my consent, making false accusations. This situation has caused me significant distress, and I am considering involving the police due to the harassment. I am reaching out to see if there is anything Facebook can do to prevent any photos or posts involving me from being shared further. I want to completely disengage from this individual and the negative impact it is having on me. Abi Weston and her boyfriend, Dan Ogden, are the individuals responsible for this ongoing issue.

My Facebook page was disabled due to suspected activity, but I'm unsure why as I haven't done anything wrong. I can't access my account anymore. I'm Cathy B., and I even submitted a photo of my ID. Hello, I'm having trouble logging into my Facebook account with the email address [redacted] because my password isn't working. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email. I added another email, [redacted], to my account, but it's not linked for login purposes. When I tried to log in with my phone number, it led me to a blank account that I deleted. Facebook is sending reset codes to my old email, which I can't reactivate since it's over 10 years old. Can the reset code be sent to my current email [redacted] instead? I am concerned that my account is currently blocked due to the use of a seemingly harmless word. I am in need of an official letter from corporate headquarters outlining the specific incidents and the particular words in question, as I have not received any such communication. Particularly with the latest incident, I strongly disagree and require clarification from Facebook. I am curious about the list of prohibited words, as it appears that only certain individuals being offended triggers a flagging. I have been charged for ads I did not run because I have been unable to log in. The cell phone number associated with the account, [redacted], was removed months ago, and now it has reappeared when I try to log in. This number has been removed, and it should not be showing up. I am requesting a refund for the ads and games as I am struggling to log back into my account. There have been strange occurrences since this lockout. I need assistance to regain access to my account, stop the ads, and update my information on Facebook as the account seems to be compromised. I urgently need security to eliminate [redacted] from my account so I can regain access and secure it properly. It has been weeks of this issue; please remove [redacted] as it is not my number. It is disheartening not being able to connect with my grandkids due to this. I have had this account for years and wish to recover it instead of creating a new one. My family is distressed by the inability to share photos and videos. It is frustrating not to receive help despite not being at fault for this mishap.

After resetting my phone, I got logged out of Facebook. I tried my usual two passwords, but they are marked as old. Despite requesting codes to my email, I haven't received any - I checked all folders including spam and junk. I don't want to start a new page as I cherish memories with my late grandmother on my current account. I'm unsure if my account was hacked. I'm willing to provide identification if needed to regain access.

I recently upgraded my phone and now I'm unable to access my Facebook account due to forgetting both my password and the associated Gmail account password. Since my phone number has changed as well, I'm unable to receive any reset codes. I've been attempting various methods to regain access to my Gmail but with no success. I've had this Facebook account since around [redacted] and it means a lot to me. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my account.

A few days ago, my Facebook account was hacked, and I am now locked out because the password was changed. A few people and I reported the account as hacked. I want the account shut down due to the amount of personal information accessible to someone else. However, I received a message from Facebook support saying the account will not be closed because it does not violate their community standards.

I recently came across a Facebook post about PUBG Mobile offering free gifts. I fell for it and entered my email and password multiple times before realizing it was a scam. A few days later, I discovered my account had been hacked and the ID name was changed. I managed to recover my account, but now Facebook has disabled it. I set up a new account on Facebook last week as a newcomer to the platform. Shortly after, I was locked out for security reasons and was asked to upload a photo, which I did. Unfortunately, my account was later disabled, and I am unsure of the reason behind it. I tried reaching out for help and was requested to upload identification documents, which I promptly did. However, as of Monday, my account remains disabled. This morning, I re-uploaded my identification again and am currently waiting for a resolution.

I am confused about where I am supposed to paste my recovery code in my browser. When I receive the code, the instruction is to "paste it in your browser." Should it go in the address bar? This doesn't work since it is not a web address. Should it be entered as a message? The instructions provided are very vague, making it difficult to resolve the issue on the first attempt. I don't want to have to ask three different people for a new code just because I couldn't get it right the first time. Clarification on where exactly to input the recovery code would be greatly appreciated.
