To recover your Facebook account click https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 then enter your email or phone number into the space on the screen and click “Search”. You should see your profile picture show up on the right side of the next page with an option to send a code to your email on the account or the phone number on the account. Choose one, then go to your email or phone number you choose to get the code. Enter the code and click “Continue”, from there you should be prompted to create a new password. Once you create a new password you should be able to log in.

About * - * yrs ago my Facebook account was hacked. Tried everything possible since then with only frustrating outcomes. The email was changed and phone was changed with the password. Please help..I have no access to irresplacable photos and poems on that account including photos of my daughter who was adopted and I have not one photo of her today. Please help. I can provide any identification necessary including copy of birth cert, state I'd, Medicare ins card, social security etc.
