I am experiencing issues logging into my Facebook account. When attempting to reset my password, the reset code was sent to an unfamiliar email address instead of my preferred one. I suspect that my account may have been compromised after a suspicious interaction with an individual claiming to be associated with Publisher's Clearing House. Despite their insistence that the situation is genuine, my caregiver expressed concerns about a potential scam involving a request for $1,[redacted] in exchange for supposed winnings of $80,[redacted]. I shared my email and password as part of their supposed delivery requirements. Following my caregiver's warning, I wish to have the personal information I disclosed permanently removed from their records before blocking further contact.

A couple of months ago, my account was permanently banned because I unknowingly shared something on Messenger that violated the policies. Despite not being the original source of the content and thinking it was harmless, my account was banned. Recently, I created a new account with a slight adjustment to my surname, from Norbert Velky to Norbert Velyk, using the same email address, [redacted] However, when I switched to a new device and tried to log in, I kept getting prompted for my old banned account. Frustrated, I created a third account with a different email, [redacted], which initially worked fine. But as soon as I began adding friends back, a security check required me to provide additional information. I complied by adding my photo and phone number, but now I'm facing issues when sending friend requests to my previous contacts.

My account was disabled, so I decided to request a review. It has been three weeks, and it is still under review. When I try to log in, it still says "review requested" and that I won't have access to my account during this time. I attempted to create two other accounts, but they were shut down shortly after. I believe this may be due to concerns about inappropriate content on a business page I created. The page is still up, yet many other companies post much worse content than I ever did. I have a lot of family who communicates with me through Facebook, so I will no longer post for the business page. I just need guidance on how to resolve this issue.

A couple of months ago, my account was permanently banned for sharing something against the platform's policies. Although I received it as a joke and forwarded it without realizing the consequences, I created a new account with a modified surname, Norbert Velyk, which I thought sounded cool. I used the same email address to ease the process. However, after switching to a new device, I couldn't access my second account, which I urgently needed for communication. I then created a third account with a different email and successfully added friends until I was asked for additional security measures. After verifying my identity, I attempted to reconnect with friends but faced another restriction. The message "You can't use Facebook at the moment" appeared as my account was under review for security purposes.

I forgot my password and attempted to create a new account, which has now caused me to be locked out of my Facebook. I am eager to verify my identity with any necessary documentation as I urgently need to reach a friend regarding a family emergency. I used Facebook Messenger to receive a $60 transfer from my mom on Dec 19. However, the money wasn't deposited into my bank account. Upon checking Messenger, I found out that the money was sent to a card ending in [redacted], which I don't own. The card is under my name but I never had one ending in [redacted]. My Facebook account was disabled, and I couldn't recover it. I had initially used my email for contact. I created a new account with the same password but used my phone number for contact. When I tried to switch to using my email, I received a message saying it was associated with another account. I'm unsure if this is my old account or if it has been hacked. I have verification codes for both the old and new accounts.

I recently got a new phone and attempted to log in to access my ebook but it refuses to accept my password from August. I did not receive a temporary password. Upon reviewing my account, I discovered that the email associated with it is no longer valid and my phone number is missing. I tried to update to a new email address, but it was rejected because it's already in use. This email belonged to my husband, who has since passed away. I believed I had deactivated his account. I also tried to switch to my Gmail account, but it requires a password, which is the current dilemma since I can't obtain a temporary one.

I've been experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account despite spending $56 on various attempts to regain access. I have been redirected multiple times and am in urgent need of assistance. I am trying to reach out to someone important on my Facebook page, but I am locked out due to forgetting my password. I have been temporarily banned for 30 days from Facebook, Debbe B. S., and Burbank groups due to an offensive post I made. I understand my mistake, but I also frequently post about dogs in need, pay tribute to law enforcement officers who have passed away, and share positive content. I have adult onset ADHD, which sometimes causes me to post inappropriate thoughts before realizing it. It seems unfair that I was banned for one slip-up while others make derogatory comments about President Donald Trump without consequences. Facebook has changed, and I feel targeted as a conservative. I want to contribute positively by posting for the holidays, in memory of law enforcement officers, and to help find homes for pets and missing persons. Please reconsider your decision and understand that I believe banning me was a mistake. If possible, I would appreciate receiving clarification via email at [redacted]

On December 2nd between 3pm and 4pm, I encountered Farah Hermione Jean Laplana on Facebook, who is a member of Netflix and Spotify groups, claiming to create a premium Netflix account for me. Unfortunately, after providing my Facebook email, the hacker manipulated my account, changed my email address, and locked me out of my own profile. I have been unable to stop this hacker and have become aware of them using my account for fraudulent activities. Numerous users have contacted me about illegal transactions carried out using my identity and outdated passport information. My sister has taken the necessary steps by reporting this incident to the Manila police authorities while I am currently residing in Abu Dhabi since November 7, [redacted], as advised. This situation has caused significant distress, and I am seeking guidance on how to proceed further to address these unauthorized actions on my account.

Hello, I have been struggling to access my Facebook account since Tuesday evening around 7 o'clock. When I tried to log in on my computer, it indicated that my password had been "changed" on Tuesday. I recently purchased a new cell phone during the Black Friday sale after Thanksgiving. While setting it up, I changed my Facebook password and cleaned up my contact list. I noticed there was another Gary Olson with a different number, so I removed that entry. However, the following week, my daughter mentioned that I was sending nasty messages on Messenger, which I don't even use. A friend also received a friend request from me, which seemed suspicious. Soon after, I received a message mentioning the Russian Federation, and my phone started malfunctioning. After sorting out the issues with my carrier, I decided to uninstall Facebook and Messenger from my phone. I have been running ads for my businesses, and Facebook does not seem to recognize me as the account owner. My business manager has been disabled more than six times in two weeks. Despite providing my passport, bank statement, and invoice number, I have had to deal with back-and-forth communication with Facebook's support. My Facebook account got locked for identity confirmation, and despite multiple attempts to reach out to Facebook without a fix, I am frustrated. I have also contacted your support team several times. I am tired of not having access to my account. I just wanted to confirm my identity to stop the reports of impersonation, which I have proven is not true multiple times. I lost one account, and now it seems like I am losing another one. I am requesting Facebook to unlock my account as it has been nine days, and I am extremely fed up with the whole situation.

María Esther Rivera, as described and appearing on Facebook, has used multiple Facebook accounts under this name to discredit and harass, repeatedly posting false and hateful information that undermines the image and credibility of Berkyes Ibel Pérez Flórez. Ms. María Esther Rivera is a person suffering from mental health issues and lacks control over her actions. She is schizophrenic and cannot control her mind or her posts, leading to uncontrolled discrediting. We hold Facebook responsible for any harm caused to Berkyes Ibel Pérez, who is experiencing severe depression due to these circumstances. Facebook should monitor the information posted as it is false and used for slander. María Esther Rivera is also falsely claiming in her posts that Berkyes Ibel Pérez, my partner, has AIDS, which is untrue but meant to defame and slander. I reiterate that Facebook is held accountable and after numerous reports, no action has been taken to protect and prevent defamatory, slanderous, and degrading information towards Berkyes Ibel Pérez. We are heading to the police to report all of this. We demand that María Esther Rivera's accounts be closed as she is mentally unstable, yet Facebook allows her to post without monitoring the information. Even after reporting, Facebook does nothing. We demand immediate action.
