My account got hacked, and I can't regain access. I made a new Facebook profile, but my potential employer is checking the old one, which has info impacting my background check. I had a Facebook account with the username "fb.com/My.Account" that I wanted to change to "fb.com/MyAccount." The username was not available, so I tried to revert to My.Account but then ended up with a number as a username instead. I read about creating a page with the desired username and transferring it, but Facebook started blocking my user. Now, I am unable to access the page or my personal account. I want to use the username MyAccount (or My.Account), but it seems to be stuck. I can't create a new account as the preferred username is in use by my banned account. All this trouble just because I tried to remove a dot from my name. What steps should I take now?

I enlisted an admin to aid in creating an ad for my product. Once the ad was designed, I attempted to remove them as an admin from my page, resulting in my page being locked. To unlock it, I was prompted to upload a picture, which I did from my laptop. Unfortunately, since then, my account has remained locked. The page mentions that it is under review, preventing me from checking the performance of my ad or accessing my page. I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly.

My Facebook account was hacked, and the hacker changed my password, phone number, and Gmail. Now my account is disabled, and I can't request recovery as the information has been altered. I'm requesting the Facebook community to send a verification link or OTP to the phone number I originally used to create the account so I can prove my identity. Please assist me with this. My account was hacked, and the linked email has been changed to a ".ru" address, which I suspect is Russian. This incident occurred yesterday, December 19, [redacted], in the afternoon. The account is currently disabled, and I am seeking assistance in recovering it. The original username was @giulianamardo, and it has been altered to @igor_interpol. I have attempted to resolve this issue independently but keep being directed to your unhelpful support website. As someone who has nearly reached [redacted] followers over a long period, I would be devastated to lose everything and start from scratch. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.

I need help recovering my Instagram account that was hacked yesterday, December 19, [redacted]. The linked email was changed to a “.ru” address, likely from Russia. The original account was @giulianamardo and now shows as @igor_interpol. I have tried to resolve this using Instagram support but have not been successful. I have had this account for a long time and am close to reaching [redacted] followers; starting over would be devastating. Any assistance to regain access would be highly appreciated.

When I first joined Facebook back in [redacted], I used an email address that I eventually forgot the password to in [redacted]. Since then, I attempted to create a new account with a different email but later remembered the password to the old email. Even though I didn't use the new account, I can't switch my current email to my original Facebook account because the new email is linked to the unused account. The old email linked to my Facebook is inactive, causing issues with linked services like Spotify. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this dilemma so I can update my Facebook account with my current email address. Thank you for any assistance.

Hello, I am Ania Ake, the new property manager for Banks Earl Realty, LLC since September [redacted]. The owner, Joe Latham, has tasked me with addressing an issue regarding our Facebook page BanksEarl Realty. We are currently locked out of the page as the last post was in October [redacted], and the previous manager failed to provide the login information. I have been corresponding with GetHuman via email about the security code issue I am experiencing. Despite our efforts, the code continues to be sent to the wrong email address instead of my own. If I could receive the code, the problem would likely be resolved. I believe it is important for Facebook to investigate why the code is being sent to a different email address and why it cannot be sent to my cell phone number. Thank you for your assistance. -Kim T.

Why was my Facebook account suspended for 3 days? It feels like a dictatorship here. There's no chance to explain or clarify things. Facebook acts as if they were all-powerful. I accidentally used an old email address when creating my Facebook account. Someone has since recreated this email, leading to my account being hacked. As I can no longer access the email to confirm my account, I am in a difficult situation since there was no phone number linked to my Facebook. I have contacted Outlook about this issue and they are investigating. They mentioned the problem with old email addresses being reactivated and assured me that they will get back to me in a few days. I wonder if there is any action Facebook can take to help me in the meantime.

Three days ago, I was logged out of Facebook and have been unable to log back in since. Every time I enter my email and password, it prompts me to confirm my identity, but the page then says "connection lost." My business page is linked to this account, and I am also unable to access my Business Page Manager. I have tried various solutions I found online, but nothing has worked. I urgently need access to my business page as I have 40 orders to fulfill on Monday, and I am currently unable to contact my customers.

I believe my account has been compromised as I am unable to access it with my original password and email address. It seems that someone might have gained access to it after I lost my phone. Both my personal and business accounts have been disabled, preventing me from contacting my customers. It seems this action was taken due to copyright concerns. As a fledgling small business, this is a crucial time for me, and I am currently unable to reach out to customers who have made payments. I urgently need to coordinate collection with them, and my sole means of communication has been through Facebook, which is now unavailable. I am in desperate need of assistance!

Hello, I bought a flat iron on December 2, [redacted] through a Facebook advertisement. Regrettably, I deleted the email confirmation and am unable to find any contact details. I would appreciate any assistance in identifying the seller since my bank statement only lists a PayPal number, despite not using PayPal for the purchase. My friend Heather S. sent $[redacted] for our kids' Christmas to my messenger instead of my boyfriend's by mistake. She couldn't switch the payment to his account, so I added his card info to my account with the hope that the money would go to his bank account. Although the money has been deducted from her account, Facebook still shows the payment as pending. I simply want to ensure that I receive the money as intended and that she doesn't lose out on her funds unnecessarily.

I am receiving notifications stating that my request to join random groups has been approved, although I did not request to join any. The spam phishing posts in different groups have ceased, at least for the time being. I want to maintain my Facebook account due to the presence of friends who have passed away in my friend list. Restarting or deleting my Facebook account is not something I wish to do. I have conducted malware and virus scans on my computer, and everything appears to be clean.

Facebook requested a photo of me. I provided my picture as requested. It has been five days since I submitted it, but now I see the following message on the screen: "You can't use Facebook at the moment We're currently reviewing your submission. We're always looking out for the security of our community, so until then, you won't be able to use Facebook." I am unable to access my Facebook account; they have blocked me. I am unsure how to resolve this issue.
