Hello, I am Dalia Rahman. I added my mobile number, [redacted]9, to my Facebook account. However, the number is now locked, and I am not currently using it. Facebook is requesting a code to be sent to this number for security verification. What other options do I have to regain access to my account, considering I no longer have access to this number? Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dalia Rahman

My email and Facebook accounts were breached by a hacker. I noticed unfamiliar group additions in another state with location and IP details. Microsoft deleted my email account responding to the issue. Although Facebook sent recovery codes from friends, I still am unable to access my account as the recovery link was not received. I keep receiving alerts regarding unauthorized access and any changes trigger notifications. The email associated with the breach should have been removed. I need assistance to regain access as there is valuable information related to my deceased mother that I need to recover and backup. Moreover, my business pages are also linked to the affected account.

Upon logging in, I was prompted to submit a picture and photo ID, which I have provided. I have access to both my email and phone for code verification, but the system keeps logging me out after reviewing the photo. This has resulted in me being unable to access my personal and business pages on Facebook. It is crucial that I retrieve my information file from the platform as it contains significant aspects of my life. Despite numerous attempts to authenticate using various documents, including my driver's license and passport, I have been unsuccessful. I am perplexed by the security measures that seem to be hindering legitimate users like myself. Any assistance in resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am encountering an issue with my account being disabled by your security system. I provided my clinic card for account verification. My other account is automatically linked with Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, and PUBG. Someone has hacked into my Facebook account, and it is being misused. The name of my Facebook ID is Manjit Singh Saini, and the associated email is [redacted] My contact and WhatsApp number is +[redacted]29. I kindly request that you please reopen my real account. Thank you, Facebook Team.

I recently successfully added my email address to my Facebook account for login purposes. However, after changing my password, I am now prompted to receive a code to log in. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive this code as my phone number is not linked to the account. I kindly request assistance from Facebook to add my phone number to my account, similar to how they added my email, to enable me to log in seamlessly. I have attempted the alternative method of receiving a code by capturing an image of the code and my face, but encountered an error message stating that the link is broken.

Hello, I would like to report some internet connectivity issues I'm facing, which are causing trouble with logging in and out. Earlier, I encountered difficulty logging out and eventually had to close my browser. When I tried to log back in, security questions prompted me, challenging me to confirm that I am not a robot. Due to not having a personal picture on my Facebook profile, I had to submit an image of myself, but my profile image is of the sun, so I sent a similar picture. Now, I am unable to access my account. I assure you that I will upload a proper picture to prevent this issue in the future. Kindly enable my account so I can access important messages from friends and family. Thank you.

I recently experienced an unexpected account suspension and was requested to provide photos. This is very time-sensitive as my account is linked to my advertising account, which is crucial for my business expenses. It is imperative that I regain access to my account within the next two hours due to ongoing expenditures and uncertainty regarding profitability. The account name is Mohammed Oday, and it has been in use for over five years without a profile picture.

I recently got a new phone, and unfortunately, I forgot my Facebook password since it wasn't saved. It seems my ex-husband, who I am no longer with, has been changing my password and locking me out of my account. I reached out to Facebook for help, and they instructed me to enter my new phone number to reset my password. However, after following the steps and regaining access, I realized I was logged into someone else's account as the previous owner of my new phone number. I want to clarify that this was not intentional, it was an oversight on Facebook's part. I made multiple accounts before realizing the issue and would have appreciated if Facebook had contacted me for verification. I am now seeking assistance to resolve this situation and regain access to my own account. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Kerri H.

I sent my sick note to my boss through email. Recently, I noticed that my ex-partner's sister has access to this private email as it was displayed on her Messenger board. She now possesses sensitive information like my new address, details of my illness, and my National Insurance Number. I have not been in touch with her for over two years. I never wanted my ex to know my current address and even moved to a different part of the country to avoid such a situation. How could this breach of privacy happen, and what steps will be taken to address this before I escalate the issue further?

Yesterday, I created a personal/business Facebook page and invited many people to like my business page. I even paid for a Facebook ad and scheduled appointments with customers. I was actively engaging with posts, so it's obvious I'm a genuine user, not a bot or fake account. Being locked out is costing me business with every passing minute. I don't understand why I was locked out and am unable to get through to anyone for help. It's frustrating because I have an active ad running, but potential customers can't reach me!

I am frustrated with the way Facebook handles bullying situations. When I defend myself against derogatory comments, I end up getting reported and my account suspended. Despite facing offensive language from grown men on the platform, Facebook seems to overlook their comments and penalizes me instead. It feels like Facebook is protecting certain bullies, even those supporting Trump. I believe it's unfair that I am reprimanded for using similar language in self-defense. I want to raise awareness about this issue and urge Facebook to reassess their approach to handling bullying incidents. When I tried to respond to Facebook's complaint about the situation, I found no way to show the offensive language directed at me.

Hello, I work as an online marketer for DMG, and our marketing team created a Facebook account for our company. This account was used successfully to create and manage Facebook ads until it was unexpectedly blocked. I was asked to send a selfie to resolve the issue, which I did, but unfortunately, my account has now been disabled entirely. This situation is preventing me from carrying out my work responsibilities. I am seeking assistance to reactivate my account as soon as possible. Thank you for your help!

We are an appraisal business located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. A previous team member established a page for us during her employment, but was later terminated. Although we have access to the page via her former computer at our office, it remains under her control. We are preparing to remove this page to create our own, but there is a concern. Facebook will contact HER to confirm the deletion after 14 days. It's uncertain if she will agree to the removal. Is there any solution for us to proceed with deleting the old page in order to create a new one that we can manage directly?

Hello, I'm trying to access my Facebook account to retrieve important information, but it's prompting me to change my password due to a security issue. Unfortunately, I can't recall my old password. Additionally, my Facebook account is linked to an outdated email address. When I attempted to access it, I received messages from [redacted] from previously deleted contacts. Upon logging in, I noticed my friend count has decreased significantly. I would appreciate any assistance in restoring my original account.

Hello Facebook Team, I am writing to address the issue of my disabled account under the name Mr. Mekala Vivek. I am unaware of the reason behind this action. I assure you that I have always abided by the terms and conditions of the Facebook app and have not engaged in any activities that violate these rules. I can solemnly affirm that I have not misused any accounts or attempted any form of hacking. I am reaching out with sincerity to request the reactivation of my Facebook account. I have submitted my Voter ID card for your reference. I have been an active user of Facebook for a decade and have never encountered such a situation before. Facebook holds valuable information for me, and I kindly urge you to reinstate my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

All my Facebook advertising accounts were disabled simultaneously without any warning. This included my personal account and both business accounts. After appealing, Facebook acknowledged that my accounts were "disabled incorrectly," yet only 2 out of 3 were reinstated. Repeated appeals for the third account have been denied without providing specific reasons or allowing me to address any potential issues since the ads cannot be edited. Despite this ad being previously approved twice, I have not received clarification on why it no longer complies with policies. I am willing to delete all ads in that account and start fresh to resolve the situation amicably, but I haven't been given the chance. The lack of communication and opportunity to rectify the issue has been costly and frustrating. Facebook's failure to provide assistance or detailed explanations violates their own policies. I have made numerous attempts to cooperate and offered to do whatever necessary to correct the problem, but to no avail. If this matter remains unresolved, I intend to escalate it to regulatory authorities and share my experience to caution others about the risks of advertising on Facebook. In the meantime, I will be transitioning my business and clients to other platforms such as Google and YouTube. I simply seek the restoration of my account, even if it means losing all its contents. I believe this is a fair compromise, considering Facebook's repeated refusal to address the issue adequately.

In [redacted], my husband passed away, and I converted his account into a memorial page. Recently, our friends have been receiving friend requests from his account. When I tried to log in to his Facebook account, it said the password was changed three months ago. The email associated with the account, [redacted], has been closed, so I can't receive a code to access his Facebook page. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Kierra, and I use the email [redacted] for my account. Yesterday, on December 19, [redacted], I shared some posts on my story that had already been previously shared by others. Facebook blocked my account for 30 days due to this shared content, which I believe is unjust. FB is crucial for me to communicate with my family as we are all spread out, and I am alone in Texas. I usually post updates when I travel to keep my family informed, but this block has disrupted that. I find the 30-day block excessive and unreasonable. These shared posts were from other people's pages that were also shared on mine. I request help in getting unblocked as FB is an essential communication tool for me. I promise not to share others' posts in the future if the block is lifted. I have been using this FB page since [redacted] without any prior blocks. Please assist in resolving this issue.

I have been struggling with family members from another province contacting me against my wishes recently. After the passing of my son, I have been receiving hurtful messages accusing me of terrible things like being a baby killer. I have taken steps such as shutting down my profiles, changing my name, and blocking them. I am concerned about the number of fake profiles being created using the same ISP address on Facebook. How can I effectively communicate to Facebook customer support that I can identify the real profiles of those using fake ones to harass me? How do I inform Facebook about the actual identities behind these fake profiles?

I received notification from Facebook that my post was taken down. Following this, I was messaged by the individuals involved. I was simply sharing truthful information about this person. It's apparent that they are trying to conceal the truth to carry on deceiving and taking advantage of innocent individuals. Unfortunately, I have reason to believe that Stephen N. has passed away due to HIV, and I strongly feel that anyone impacted by him should be informed to take precautions and prevent further transmission.
