I disabled my account for over six months, longer than the stated recovery period. Upon reactivating it, I noticed all my friends are still there; however, some are having trouble finding me. Although I posted a picture that usually receives many likes, only a few have liked it after two hours. My account and statuses are set to public. Could there be a glitch with my account, or should I consider creating a new one?

While playing Pubg, my account got disabled due to a message stating it was logged in from another location. I was confused, so I exited the game and attempted to log back in, but access was denied, and my account got disabled. There is also a strange email address on my phone, which is [redacted] I need help to re-enable my account and ensure its security. Thank you.

My personal Facebook account has been locked due to a mistake I made. I accidentally created another account using the same phone number that was already linked to my original account. Facebook locked my personal account when they noticed I was using two accounts. I'm willing to delete the new account I created if it helps resolve the issue, but I'm desperate to regain access to my real account. Facebook has been sending a verification code to my old number, which I no longer have access to. I added a new phone number and confirmed it, but Facebook is not allowing me to change the number for verification purposes. I hope to hear back from Facebook support soon so I can retrieve my account.

Hello, I'm having trouble chatting with a friend listed on my account. While she can send me messages, I can't reply to her messages. The screen shows a message saying "You can't reply to this conversation. Learn more." I've tried troubleshooting by restarting the messenger app, updating it, clearing the cache, and force stopping it, but the issue persists. Please reach out to me to help resolve this matter. I am 61 and had to create many accounts because I kept getting kicked out. I wasn't perfect at first, but I now live alone and like to stay in touch with my family. I have read the guidelines, which were overwhelming. We have tried so many things, my children too. I sent my driver's license, new photos, etc. It was often mentioned that there was activity on my Facebook, which wasn't possible. I have an account, stay on for 30 seconds, then get kicked off. My question is, can I enjoy these last few years with my family and kids using my old email I've had since I joined Facebook? I don't remember the password anymore. I have provided a lot of information, now it's your turn to help me. If nothing happens now, I will file a lawsuit. I am getting really fed up. Hopefully, this can be resolved without going to court. My Facebook account was unexpectedly disabled on November 25th after I posted a picture of men holding tiki torches near a Confederate statue. The post had no accompanying text. This photo was widely circulated by major news outlets two years ago in the United States and globally. Shortly after posting the photo, Facebook's automated system seemingly logged me out and displayed a message stating my account was disabled due to inappropriate posts. Despite having a similar photo removed previously without any account disablement, my attempts to appeal this decision and regain access to my account have been unsuccessful. Although an appeal for the post removal was acknowledged in the past and the photo was restored, this time my whole account was disabled. It has been a month and a half since I submitted my appeal, which remains unresolved. I have tweeted Facebook multiple times but have received no response. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I feel it is unjust to have my account disabled without a proper response from Facebook after so many days.

Hello, I’m currently locked out of my account because my email address is inactive. I’ve tried various methods to regain access, but I want to avoid starting from scratch. I have my ID to validate my identity and my phone number is linked to the account; however, I'm still unable to access it. I'm having trouble accessing my Facebook account. I was redirected to the confirm identity page, but I cannot load the photo. An error message pops up saying, "Your account is temporarily unavailable. Regain access by updating the app or logging in from a mobile or web browser." I was able to log in briefly before receiving the account unavailable message again. My laptop was shut off around 8 pm BST last night and was turned on again at around 8:10 BST this morning.

Hello. I am experiencing some issues with my Facebook account being linked to my PUBG game. Unfortunately, I came across a link that led to my account being hacked by someone. They demanded a gaming voucher in exchange for returning access to my accounts, but after complying, I still haven't regained control over them. I attempted to create a new Facebook account to report the matter but was unsuccessful. My current profile picture on Facebook shows me holding a horse at the races.

I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook account. Someone has changed my password without my authorization, causing me to be logged out from all my devices. I'm experiencing a difficulty accessing my Instagram account. It's linked to my Facebook account, but I enabled two-factor authentication using a phone number that I no longer have access to, [redacted]. After changing devices, I am unable to receive the verification code sent to the old number. I can successfully enter my username and password but get stuck at the verification code step. Despite trying multiple times, I haven't received any response from Instagram in the last two days. I recently had someone take control of my entire Facebook account. Initially, they had access to my Gmail and password, sending messages and such. I attempted to regain access by contacting support and providing my ID. After being asked to provide a new email for access, I made a new Gmail but now, even after receiving an email from support stating the issue was resolved, I am unable to locate my account when trying to log in.

My Facebook account got disabled for supposedly pretending to be someone else, which I didn't do. I already submitted my ID to Facebook, but no action has been taken. I need them to review the ID I sent because it's accurate with my account details. My disabled account email is [redacted] I don't see any option to attach a photo here to send my ID card. I recently lost access to my almost 8-year-old Facebook account. Every time I attempt to log in, it tells me the account has been disabled for violating Facebook policies.
