I was chatting with someone on a chat platform, and they sent me a link asking me to log in. When I tried to log in, Facebook said my password was incorrect. I requested a password reset code, but the problem is I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account. My new phone number is 0[redacted]. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

A few years back, I had an inactive Yahoo email account "[redacted]" which got deactivated due to inactivity. In July of this year, someone created a new email account using the same address and used it to hack into my Gmail and Facebook accounts. They changed my Facebook email to the Yahoo account, altered my password, and removed my current email as a recovery option. Now I'm unable to access my Facebook account because I no longer have access to the Yahoo email. This has caused a lot of trouble as I use Facebook to log in to various other apps. I urgently need help to recover my Facebook account.

Two weeks ago, I attempted to reactivate my old Facebook account from about two years ago. I first tried to reopen the old account, but as I no longer had access to the associated email, I couldn't reset the password. Next, I attempted to use my phone number, only to find out that someone in South America is using that number now. I then unknowingly created a new account with my email [redacted], which I later found out violates Facebook's rules, resulting in Facebook disabling my account. I submitted my driver's license to verify my identity and am currently awaiting a response.

On December 5th, my Facebook account was hacked by someone named Rachel Donnie Cody. She has changed both the email address and password associated with my account, making it impossible for me to regain access. She also has my phone number and driver's license information. Despite trying all possible recovery methods on Facebook, I have been unsuccessful in reclaiming my account. I urgently need assistance as I am a parent responsible for two sick children and I cannot handle this situation on my own.

Hello, I need some assistance. I had to make a new account to reach out to Facebook for help. Even after changing my password, logging out of all devices, and setting up 2FA, I can't log in because I'm not getting texts from Facebook. It's been more than 24 hours, and I already submitted a photo of my ID, but I still can't access my account. My Facebook name is Leah Grace and my email is [redacted]

This month, my Facebook account was hacked by someone named Rachel Donye Cody. After providing my login details as she requested, my account started malfunctioning, eventually leading to me being logged out. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, Rachel also changed my email, making it impossible to recover my account. Every recovery code I try to obtain gets sent to her email, leaving me stressed about not being able to regain access. My ID was linked to the account for security, which is also compromised now. I urgently need assistance to recover my Facebook account, as it contains a lot of personal information that I don't want to lose.

I attempted to place a deposit on a puppy and communicate with the breeder through messenger. When I inquired about sending the deposit, a Facebook Account appeared for the payment, and I proceeded with the transaction. Shortly after, the breeder informed me that it was the wrong account as he no longer had access to it. Despite our efforts, we were unable to reverse the transaction. I have reached out to Facebook through their resolution center, but they keep instructing me to contact the recipient for a refund. Since the intended recipient no longer has access to the account, I am unsure whom to contact. The responses from Facebook seem automated, and I am eager to speak with someone directly to resolve this issue.

I was hacked a few hours ago after clicking on a link and entering my email and password. The hacker took over my Facebook account, and even after trying to contact Facebook, I haven't received any replies. My account has been blocked and disabled permanently. I have had this account for over 10 years with all my important information linked to it. I need help getting it back as I have invested a lot of money into it, including my photos and other accounts. I am willing to provide my passport and ID to prove ownership. This account is essential to me as it contains my entire life, with more than [redacted] friends. Please help me recover it. My email linked to Facebook is [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. Thank you.

Recently, I've encountered issues messaging sellers on Marketplace. After a negative interaction with a seller last week, where I was met with rudeness, I can no longer message anyone regarding items for sale. Despite expressing frustration to the seller, they can still send messages and sell items, whereas I am unable to engage with any sellers or make purchases. I haven't received any communication from Facebook regarding this matter, leaving me unsure if these events are linked or why I'm experiencing these restrictions. Any assistance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I took adorable photos of my toddler's toes after a bath, wanting to share with friends and family. Upon a closer look today, I noticed her private area is also visible. I urgently need to remove these photos to protect my daughter. The current option only allows me to delete them for myself, not for others. Deleting the entire conversation isn't ideal as it contains precious baby photos. Please advise if there is a way to remove these specific photos without losing the rest. Thank you.

Last night around 10 p.m., a screenshot of a banking transaction from my account was posted to my Facebook story without my permission. The post included account numbers, total balance, and details of the transaction. Friends online alerted me to this, and I promptly removed it within 8 minutes. I am puzzled as to how this occurred since the transaction took place over a month ago, and I have been unable to locate the screenshot on my phone. Best regards, Jason G.

I am having difficulty accessing my Facebook account because I no longer have access to the phone number linked to it. I have a new phone number. If Facebook can send me a verification code to my email address, I can regain access. I remember my password and the email associated with my Facebook account, but my phone number has changed. The email address connected to my Facebook account is different from the one I used to contact you. My current email address is [redacted] Please send the code to this email so I can access my account. Thank you, Jannie.

My mother no longer has access to her old AOL email that she used to create her Facebook account due to inactivity leading to its deletion. Despite several attempts to recover the account using trusted friends' code numbers, I am only able to change the password, but do not receive the link to reset it. My mother, who is in her 50s, has been unable to access her Facebook for weeks, which greatly upsets her and frustrates me as well. I have tried sending the password to both her email and phone, but the system threatens to lock me out if I attempt again, forcing me to wait days before trying once more. It has been weeks without her accessing her account. I am seeking guidance on how to receive the password recovery instructions in her email. Your assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

My ex-husband has taken over my Facebook account by adding his information, making it impossible for me to deactivate it. I fear he might harm family members due to his drug use. I need assistance urgently to deactivate the account. I am using my mom's email, as he has also hacked mine. My mom, Sandra R., has blocked me and instructed others to do the same. Previously, I had two accounts under Lora Thompson and one under Lora Bradley (listed as a guest) with the phone number [redacted]. He has taken control by changing the contact information to his own. I am unable to access any messages from Facebook as they are going to him. I can provide a screenshot showing his details on my phone when I tried to recover my account. Feel free to forward this information to my mom's email at [redacted]

After being released from prison, I attempted to create an account to stay in touch with family and friends. However, my account was disabled multiple times within a short period, despite my attempts to verify my identity with a photo. It seems the platform is flagging my account as fraudulent, even though I'm genuinely trying to reconnect with loved ones. This repeated disabling of my account is frustrating and limiting my communication options.

I recently sold a dinette set on Facebook Marketplace, and the buyer paid me through Facebook without any prior communication. However, the dinette set had already been sold, and now the buyer is insisting on a refund. I have not received the money in my account yet, and the buyer keeps changing the amount owed. I am unsure of what steps to take next or where the money is located. I would appreciate a call back or guidance on how to handle this situation. My name is Denise O'Donoghue, and you can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you.

My Instagram account was deleted after I received multiple messages about "Suspicious activity" and had to keep verifying my identity. I suspected someone might be trying to access my account, so I changed my password. Immediately after changing it, I was logged out, which didn't surprise me. When I tried to log back in, it said my account had violated terms, which I believe was incorrect.

I keep receiving notifications from Facebook stating that my posts are violating "community standards". The content in question includes two birthday greetings, one Christmas greeting, and one comment about climate change. As a result, I am now unable to "like" or "comment" on anyone else's posts; the platform indicates that the "page does not exist". I have been a dedicated user of Facebook for a while, and this is the first issue I have encountered. It's frustrating during the Christmas season, as I want to engage in exchanging greetings and comments with my friends. I have attempted to challenge the notifications through the provided options, but I am still waiting for a response, acknowledgment, or resolution. I am quite displeased and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone about this matter.

Hi there, I'm Erica A. I created a Facebook account in early December. I recently moved for employment and now I want to delete my account due to various reasons. However, even after initiating the account deletion process, my profile still appears in search results and my photos are still visible to the public. I would like to have my account completely removed. The phone number I used for login, [redacted], is no longer in service, and I now have a different phone number. I have no interest in recovering the account, just in getting it deleted. I don't remember the password as I changed it 48 hours after creating the account on December 4th.
