I recently bought a new iPhone and sold my old one. When I tried to log into Facebook, it prompted me for a login code. I used to log in only on the iPhone I sold and no longer have it. I believe my phone number isn't linked to my account, and I can't access the email I signed up with since middle school. I've forgotten my password and can't recover it without alternative options. I may have added a second email to my Facebook, but I can't get past the code step during login to send it there. Dealing with the two-factor security on Facebook has been frustrating. I'd like to regain access to my account rather than creating a new one. I've submitted my ID for verification but unsure how Facebook will reach out since I can't access the linked email or phone number. I appreciate any assistance!

Hello, I enjoy humorously editing photos with my friends and sharing them in comments. Recently, I posted a picture that got me a 30-day ban. I understand that it violated the policy, and I apologize for that. My Facebook account got disabled while I had an active ad running under the page @gourikitraders. Even though the account is disabled, the ad is still running, and charges are being incurred by my company. I am unable to stop the ad because I can't access the account. I have reached out for assistance multiple times without success. I have followed all of Facebook's recommendations to regain access to the account or page but nothing has worked so far. I am seeking help to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account due to login issues. I suspect it might have been hacked or there could be a problem with the login process. I have used the same number a few times to create three accounts, all of which got deactivated. Currently, I am unable to log in after being logged out. I just need to message a long-distance friend since I deleted my Facebook and other social media accounts. I added him, intending to provide a contact number via text now since my phone is inaccessible. However, I have been blocked by the platform, assuming I am a bot, and I can't upload a photo without my cell phone. This situation is frustrating.

I need to update my Facebook account's email address. Currently, it is linked to an old email, [redacted], that got compromised long ago. When I recently tried to log in, it asked for a password linked to an old phone number and email that I no longer have access to. I have been using a different email, [redacted], and have had no issues logging in until now. I simply want to update my email address on Facebook to [redacted] Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I received a message about suspicious activity in my account. They asked for a picture of me to verify my identity. I sent it, but my account is still locked after more than 24 hours. I rely on this account to communicate with my kids, and I just want to regain access.

I believe I am being unfairly targeted by Facebook. Over the past 6 months, several of my listings have been "flagged" without a clear reason. Despite my attempts to dispute them, I receive no response, so I remove the items. However, today, Facebook went further by warning me when I listed a "Willow Tree Angel of Prayer" figurine, which quickly sold. Despite marking it as "Sold," Facebook warned me again when I tried to list another item, claiming the figurine was inappropriate. I find this unfair as similar items are widely accepted on the platform. If selling religious or angel items is against policy, it should be made clear. This constant harassment is disrupting my online business, and I am frustrated. I am seeking a detailed explanation from Facebook on why my ads are targeted and why the Angel of Prayer figurine is considered inappropriate while similar items are allowed. I am eagerly awaiting a response from Facebook to clarify this situation.

Hello everyone, I recently had my Facebook account disabled due to a friend sending inappropriate content in a group chat. I did not have the chance to view it and planned to do so later, but in the meantime, my account was disabled. My friend explained that the content was underage, which led to the action taken by Facebook. I am worried because I did not receive any prior notification before the suspension. I am experiencing an issue with Facebook and Instagram where my website links, www.lellaboutique.com and www.lella-boutique.myshopify.com, are being banned. The problem started when I switched my shop hosting from BigCartel to Shopify. I suspect my links were flagged somehow, and now I cannot list my website or any product links on Facebook or Instagram. I reported another account on Instagram for using my photos impersonating me, but my account was deactivated instead. I had nearly 25,[redacted] followers, and now it's unfairly taken down. I've submitted multiple appeals, including my ID as proof and following the requested method of providing my name, username, and numbers on a blank paper, but still no reply. I am eager to have my account restored.

Hello, I encountered a problem with my Facebook account creation. After receiving a confirmation email and being asked for a code which I missed due to phone service issues, I returned to find my account disabled for not using my real name, even though I had provided it at registration. I intended to reconnect with my daughters in Australia, not to deceive. I submitted my driver's license to the help center as requested. Apologies for the mix-up and thank you. My phone broke, and my number and email were changed. I couldn't access my Facebook account, so I created a new one, but it got disabled. I'm unable to reach out to Facebook support as my contacts are gone. Please assist me in regaining access to my old or disabled account.

I'm having issues with Facebook flagging my posts about selling gas cards for my sister's cheerleading fundraiser. They keep mistakenly saying I'm talking about drugs and have blocked me for 30 days.
