I'm new to this, and I'm facing an issue with Facebook ads. I run a small print shop, and the pictures I use for advertising always have text in them. Business cards, letterheads, banners, they all naturally have text. Regardless of the image I pick, even without adding any additional advertising text, I keep getting an error from Facebook stating "Too much text" and my ad won't run. I can resort to using miscellaneous images like a funny dog to catch attention, but that's not relevant to my printing business. When I see big companies like Vistaprint using many images with text, it makes me wonder how they manage to do so without any issues.

I am an 18-year-old university student. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account as it has been disabled. I filled out the form for review but have not received a response. I rely on Facebook to connect with university groups and classmates. I have not violated any guidelines as I rarely post on the platform, mainly using it for the marketplace. Creating a new account resulted in another swift disablement. It has been a while since I've actively used Facebook, and I am in need of assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my name is Bobbi. I'm helping my brother who got hacked. He's unable to log into Facebook because the phone number linked to it cannot be used. Unfortunately, his old Hotmail email, inactive for 6-7 years, was recycled, leading to the loss of access. He's now stuck without a way in. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Good afternoon! I apologize for reaching out to your personal Instagram account directly. I am currently facing a difficult situation. My wife, Ellen, created an Instagram account focused on housewives in the United States and Brazil. Over the years, we grew our followers to nearly 32,[redacted] with hard work and dedication. As Brazilians who have embraced America as our home for the past 5 years, we are distressed because we are unable to access her account, @donafrescurenta, since yesterday. Despite our attempts to seek help through customer service, we have not received any assistance. We received an email from the system to reset the password, and although we changed it, we are unable to log in as Instagram sends verification to a phone number we no longer have access to and an email we do not recognize. It seems like the account may have been hacked.

I recently deleted my account less than 2 months ago. When I tried to log back in, it said my email was not associated with an account. Then, when I attempted to create a new account, it informed me that the email was already taken. I am hoping to access my old account as my sister, J.I., passed away less than a week ago, and I would like to retrieve some photos for her upcoming Celebration of Life service. Her husband, K.I., is currently working on setting up a memorial page for her. If possible, I would like to recover my old account. If not, I would appreciate any guidance on creating a new account to continue supporting her Planner of Glory page, where she was engaged with friends and clients. I recently liked and saved two different gifs posted by someone else on Facebook. Shortly after, I received a notice that my account was blocked for three days due to the gifs violating community standards. The issue is, I didn't share the gifs, only liked and saved them in my favorites, set to private viewing. I have some concerns: 1. How were the gifs accessible to be liked and saved if they didn't meet community standards? Shouldn't the original poster be held accountable before others engage with the content? 2. Why did my actions of liking and saving the gifs for personal viewing trigger Facebook to flag me for sharing, when this was not the case? 3. How can Facebook rectify this mistake promptly by lifting the ban on my account? This error is hindering my ability to utilize the platform.

I need help with my Facebook page for my Zyia Activewear representative business. I have created a group linked to a page where I display products for customers to view. However, customers are unable to access the products on my page to complete purchases on my Zyia rep website. I've been struggling with this issue for the past two days. I can access my rep page by using the "shop now" button on Facebook, but customers can't access the product pages through the web links. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this problem.

Hello, I am Mohamed Tarek from Egypt. Unfortunately, my Facebook account, which I created in July [redacted], has been mistakenly disabled by Facebook's security system. This happened after I uploaded my national ID to verify my identity. The birthday on my Facebook account (23/6/[redacted]) differs from the one on my national ID (28/6/[redacted]) due to circumstances in Egypt in [redacted]. I have submitted multiple appeals, with the last one on 11 December [redacted]. I have also provided a form of ID and a picture of me holding my national ID to Facebook Support. My email linked to Facebook is [redacted]. This account is 8 years old and holds many memories, friends, and business connections. My life has been greatly impacted by its sudden deactivation. I received an email from [redacted] claiming to be Facebook support. They requested my ID, and I sent my driver's license and passport as requested. Hello! My Facebook and Instagram accounts have been disabled. I did not violate any rules on the social networks, and I am unsure why this action was taken. I suspect my Instagram was hacked as I received an email about a password change that I did not initiate. These accounts are important to me as they are where I share my creative work with others. I have been working on building my audience and these profiles for a year, and I do not want to lose all that progress. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you! Hello, I need assistance. I am a Facebook member and a paying subscriber of Which magazine. I received an invitation to join the Which Facebook group. After forgetting my Facebook login details, I obtained a new password and inadvertently created a new Facebook account instead of accessing my existing one. I am experiencing issues verifying my Instagram account to post across platforms. When I click on "Review Connection," I receive the following message: "Connection Failed You must be an admin of the associated page's business in Business Manager to confirm the Instagram account." Even though I am an admin, the other three admins are facing the same problem. I have attempted to deactivate and reset the account multiple times with no success. Currently feeling frustrated and angry about the situation.

My account, under the name Renee Guy with the email [redacted], got disabled unexpectedly. I have not made any posts or used Messenger recently. I submitted photos of my driver's license on the facebook/login/identity page twice over the last few days to try and resolve this issue. I am unable to log in to delete my account and suspect I may have been falsely reported. I would appreciate it if Facebook could either assist me in regaining access to delete my account or just delete it for me. It's important to me that friends and family don’t think I am ignoring them due to this situation.

I didn't post anything on my Facebook, and I got blocked again. This is the second time; the last time I got blocked for no reason. I want to be removed from the block list. On my birthday, 12-05-[redacted], I almost got stabbed because I couldn't call my family as I was blocked again for a week for something I didn't post. I feel this is unfair, especially with life-threatening situations happening where I need to contact my family. I don't want them to be unaware of what's happening due to this ban. I request to be taken off this banned list. It's an abuse of authority because I haven't posted anything, so I believe I should be removed from the ban.

I'm having an issue with my account where I can't share, join, or post in groups. Every time I try to appeal, it says it can't be processed. This happened last night, and my account is disabled until 9:55 pm on December 23rd. I've reviewed Facebook's policies, terms, and rules, and I haven't violated any of them. Is there a way to unlock my account or find out why I got locked up?

In early October, I was invited to join a private Facebook group named “The Screamin’ Memers” by some friends. The group was created to share dark humor and offensive memes privately. Unfortunately, I unknowingly violated Facebook’s posting rules by posting several memes shortly after joining. Facebook promptly disabled my account, and despite emailing them, I have not received a response. Since my account deactivation over two months ago, I have faced challenges in my work life as I use Facebook for various tasks. I believe my accounts have been hacked and subsequently disabled. Yesterday, my Facebook account was disabled, and today my Instagram account followed suit. This is concerning as my Instagram account is not heavily utilized since my return to the US from a year-long trip to Turkey. The sudden ban on both accounts, without any prior warning, is distressing. I value these accounts, especially as they connect me with individuals I served with in Iraq during my time in the US Army.
