I'm currently utilizing Facebook Business Manager. I've noticed that when trying to access features like Audience Insight or Ads Manager through the navigation button, it consistently redirects me back to the Business Manager page, forcing me to use external links. It would be much more user-friendly if the navigation button could directly lead to these pages instead of turning back to Business Manager. Moreover, the Navigation Bar, specifically the favorites section, is inconsistent in displaying the favorite pages. It would be helpful if the favorites could be consistently shown on the Navigation Bar.

Hello, my Facebook account was disabled, and I am unsure why. I do not post inappropriate content, so I am baffled as to why this happened. I have been trying to recover my account for almost six weeks now with no success. I have followed all the steps provided in the Help and Support section but have not made any progress. I sent in the ID photos as requested, but have not received a response. My son believes my account may have been hacked, so I set up a new one, only to have that disabled within a week as well. I recently logged out of my Facebook mobile app and now can't remember my password or passcode. When I try to recover my account using my phone number or email, I realize that I used a friend's contact information when I created the account in [redacted]. I no longer have contact with this friend and worry about her accessing my account. I urgently need to regain access to my Facebook account, change the password, and update the contact information to my own. I believe my Facebook account has been hacked as the password was changed without my knowledge. When attempting to reset the password, I encountered an issue with accessing my old email where the reset code is being sent. I tried using codes from friends, but now I am locked out due to multiple incorrect attempts. Any advice on how long I should wait or what steps to take next would be greatly appreciated. I've had my phone stolen, and I can't remember my password for an old email account I only used for Facebook. I also use it for logging into Instagram and Spotify. I have a similar password in mind, but it says it's one I used about 2 years ago. When I try to reset the password, it wants to send it to my previous email. I'm unable to access that email, which leads me to another option to try to log in again. I chose the option stating I can't access my email account, and now I'm stuck. I've tried nearly every option available, but I'm still unable to recover my Facebook account. -Jack

Hello, I am concerned that my Facebook account has been hacked. I own a business page with some advertising, but the latest campaign is not mine. Someone created it and used my money for it. Within three days, €70 has been taken from my bank account. I have stopped the campaign and removed my card information, but I still lost €70, and there is a possibility that an additional €90 will be taken as the fake campaign spent this money in one day. This all occurred on Facebook. I would like to inquire about the possibility of getting my money back. I have screenshots of this issue.

I am looking to run paid promotions for my page, but I'm encountering issues. Previously, a debit card was linked to the account for a different page, which is no longer in use. I now have a new debit card, but Facebook is not accepting it for promotions. There is a balance due that I am prepared to pay with the new card, but I am still unable to promote my page on Facebook. My account and email have been compromised. The password has been changed, so I can't receive a new one. I'm studying at university, five hours away from home, without my passport for identification. I am unable to access Facebook to reset my password or retrieve any emails. I am hoping to answer security questions to regain access and request my account be frozen until I can resolve this issue.

Hello, earlier today, I sent an email explaining that I may have used my friend's email to set up my Facebook account, which is now logged out. After checking with my friend, it turns out my account isn't linked to her email. I'm having trouble resetting my password as no emails are showing up for my account. I don't recall using an email to create it, but my phone number is verified, and I'm still logged into the Facebook Messenger app on my phone. Is there a way to regain access to my account without the recovery email? I've attempted various passwords, passcodes, and emails without success.

I mistakenly logged into the wrong Facebook account, thinking it was mine, and entered my phone number for that account. As a result, I can no longer access my actual Facebook account because the password was auto-saved on my desktop. The message displayed states that my access is restricted for review regarding security. I am confused about what steps to take to resolve this issue.

Since [redacted], I have been unable to access my email but I have kept my Facebook account open. Recently, I logged out of Facebook and forgot my password. When trying to recover it, Facebook sent a verification code to my inaccessible email. I reached out to what I believed was the Facebook help center and provided personal details like my name, date of birth, and address. They requested a copy of my driving license or birth certificate for verification, which I tried to attach but couldn't send due to technical issues. I created a new Facebook account with a different email address but I am upset about losing years worth of memories, photos, and information. I am hoping that Facebook will verify my identity, allow me to link my new email to my old account, and close the new one. The lack of response from Facebook is very frustrating.

I forgot my password and got locked out of my Facebook account months ago. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the email address linked to the account. Despite attempting to recover it using my three friends, alternative email, and phone number, I have not received the verification code after multiple tries over four months. I also tried seeking help through the Facebook support system on my friends' phones, but to no avail. I posted a meme on Facebook that was already shared, and I received a 30-day ban without access to Messenger. On December 11th, I saved a meme in my items and got flagged twice for the same meme, receiving two support messages. Back in November, a similar incident occurred. The bans I received seem excessive, especially when I see others posting content with uncovered body parts that are not being penalized. I find it frustrating that my ban was related to a text post that wasn't even explicit, unlike other memes I have seen. The inconsistency in enforcing community standards is disheartening.

Three weeks ago, someone made an account using my name and pictures. Today, I logged out and can't log back in because the password is wrong. I don't use the registered phone number ending in [redacted] anymore, so I can't receive the code sent. My username is Winnie Bellafonte and I believe my password is nzomo1998. My account got suspended because I posted a picture of my child lying with my dog on the couch. They mistakenly considered it child nudity. Even though my child wasn't wearing a shirt, he had underwear on. The photo was taken down, which I find unfair. I'm currently unable to post or comment for 24 hours, and I think it's excessive. I want this restriction lifted because there was no child nudity in the picture; it was just my 5-year-old showing affection to our one-year-old dog on the couch.

I made a regrettable comment on a Facebook post that resulted in being blocked for 7 days after being called harsh names. I feel this punishment is unjust and potentially racially motivated. I have consulted with my solicitor and attempted to contact Facebook for clarification without success. I believe in equal treatment for all individuals, and if necessary, I will pursue legal action to address this situation. I want a clear understanding of the actions taken against me.

My name is Kedrick Hill. I have been experiencing issues with my Facebook page getting taken down every time I post a picture of my niece or write a comment.
