I have been struggling to access my old Facebook account for the last year. After giving my old iPhone to my daughter, I logged out without realizing I had changed the password at some point. Not having needed to access my account from another device before, I'm now locked out. Despite numerous attempts with various passwords and trusted contacts, I can't regain access. I no longer have the phone or email linked to the account. It's crucial for me to recover this account since a family member has passed away, and I want to retrieve photos and memories. Any assistance in regaining access would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my account due to issues with two-factor authentication. The code is being sent to an old phone number [redacted] instead of the updated one [redacted]. Please disable the two-factor authentication so I can log in. If that's not possible, please assist me in gaining access to my account. This confusion arose because I failed to remove the old number from Facebook after disconnecting it. Thank you for your help.

My account, under the name Camayah Goodson, has been hacked. The hackers changed my email and phone number, but I managed to remove my password before they did so. Even though they remember my email and number, is there a way for me to provide information to regain access to my account? I have attempted to contact support via phone with no success. I can provide details of my original email and password before they were altered. Unfortunately, my ex-boyfriend, to whom I previously shared my password, has changed all my information and is withholding access to my account. This situation occurred on December Friday 13, [redacted]. Despite multiple reset attempts, his email and number are now linked to my account, leaving me completely locked out. Any help or guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! My wife and I extensively used a marketplace to sell our items before our cross-country move. We had a high seller rating with over 40 positive reviews, except for one incident when a buyer unexpectedly arrived at our house. Following our move, we sold a mop to a young woman, who paid via PayPal but never picked it up until four months later. Due to a misunderstanding where I confused her with another buyer and mistakenly claimed she had received the item, she reported us, resulting in an immediate suspension of our marketplace privileges. However, once the confusion was clarified, she picked up the mop, acknowledged the error, and even wrote a letter to rectify the situation. Despite this, we have been unable to regain access to the marketplace for about a year now. With my recent hand injury leaving me unable to work for a few months, our family is in a tight spot and could greatly benefit from marketplace assistance. Your help is sincerely appreciated. Thank you. Best regards, David and Family

Dear Sir, I am writing to address the issue we encountered with Facebook recently. Our account was blocked for 7 days due to a photo that was allegedly against community standards, which we did not post or have in any of our galleries. If this matter is not resolved promptly, my associates, Ted Turner and Arthur King, have advised that legal action will be taken against Facebook. They are also planning to contact Mark Zuckerberg directly to seek a resolution swiftly. With the holiday season approaching, any delays in resolving this issue will result in a loss of advertising revenue for us. You can reach me via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted]. I eagerly await your response. Sincerely, Steve Banan Executive President In Charge Of Public Relations Turner-Banan-King Entertainment Network WP&A-News

Despite following all of Facebook's suggestions, I am still unable to log in to my FB account. It appears they locked it due to inactivity. I submitted my driver's license for verification and received a code to reset my password, but unfortunately, it did not work. The error message keeps appearing, stating they are addressing the issue but it persists. Facebook recommended asking friends for help, which I am hesitant to do. Their lack of efficient customer service is disappointing. It's frustrating that a company as significant as Facebook struggles with basic account assistance. I am thoroughly unimpressed with their service.

A photo of a young girl was shared on Barbara Barnes' Facebook page. The girl had blood around her hairline and on her face, appearing as if she had been dragged on the ground. Her skin was peeling from her arm, and she looked very dirty with dirty clothes and skin. The image of this girl is truly horrifying. It's concerning that Facebook permitted such a photo to be on their platform. I am strongly considering deleting my account due to the exposure of this distressing material.

My cell phone broke, and once I received a new one, my Facebook account password was deleted from my cloud. I attempted to reset it but needed to regain access to my email accounts first. Unfortunately, I did not receive the reset code in my email despite checking my inbox, spam, and trash folders. I realize that the cell number linked to my account is outdated by nine years, and I never updated it, making it impossible to receive text messages for a reset. I can still access the email linked to the account. Is there a way for me to regain access to my Facebook account? Thank you.

Hello, I've set up a separate Facebook profile for my business called "Onisas Trading." Today, I created a Facebook Business Manager account using the same name and activated two-factor authentication. I installed the Duo app to generate access codes. Initially, accessing my account with the Duo codes was smooth, but since this evening, I've been encountering an issue where the code is deemed invalid. This is really troubling me as my business page is linked to this Facebook profile. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to my "Onisas Trading" Facebook profile. I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A20 phone. When I tried to transfer my current Facebook account from my previous Samsung Galaxy S8, an old account associated with the name LaShaunda HappieCreations Johnson appeared on my new device. However, my correct account is LaShaunda Johnson with my face as the profile picture, not the other account. Could you please assist me in transferring my accurate account, LaShaunda Johnson, to my new Samsung Galaxy A20 device?

I believe my Facebook account may have been compromised. I came across an ad offering free gas and provided a code to the number they provided. Later, I noticed posts about the gas card that I didn't share. I attempted to report the posts but couldn't find a way to do so. Now, I am unable to verify my account as I am not receiving the verification code via the correct phone number. I presume I need to reset my password, but I am unable to locate where to do so.

After going through a security check for three days, I regained access to my account. Unfortunately, shortly after logging in, Facebook disabled my account. Despite sending around a dozen appeal forms with my ID and other identifying documents, I have not received any response in the past 10 days. I'm eager to use my business page and I believe I have not violated any of Facebook's Terms and Conditions.

My Facebook account got suspended because I shared a gif that was mistakenly flagged for "nudity and sexual situations," even though it just showed two clothed men cuddling, very safe for work. I requested a review, but it's been a day without any resolution. This is a first for me, and I'm frustrated that Facebook disabled my ability to question their decision or provide any feedback on the mistake. The lack of communication options is disappointing; I really just want my account reinstated. It's incredibly frustrating dealing with this system glitch.

I'm having trouble placing an advertisement on my post. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive the following message: "This Ad May Not Run It seems like you haven't yet confirmed your compliance with our non-discrimination policy. To proceed with advertising, please click here to confirm compliance with our non-discrimination policy." However, when I click on "here," I am unable to proceed or click on anything else. The message I see states: "By clicking I Accept, you certify that you: Have reviewed and will comply with our Advertising Policies and all relevant laws Will refrain from using Facebook Advertising for any discriminatory practices" The agreement was signed on Feb 20, [redacted] by D.G. I need assistance on how to confirm my compliance so that I can successfully run my ads. Thank you for your help.

I woke up one morning and found that my Facebook account had been logged out. When I tried to log back in, it said my password was incorrect. Upon trying to reset my password via email, I noticed that the linked email address shown on the account is "f***@*******," which is not my email address. I am unsure how to regain access to my account without the correct email or password.

I created some ads for my page which are currently in review status. Despite being in a 5-day promotion category, after 3 days my ads were still under review, which led me to cancel them. Now, today I made three new ads for my page, and they are also in review status. I am concerned about facing disappointment again. Could you please check and provide guidance on what I should do differently next time?

My account was disabled because I shared a video privately with my friend. I realize now that the video was a bit inappropriate, but I never expected this to happen to me. I've lost all the educational materials that were stored in my account, and I'm in serious trouble. I've already sent in my ID and verified my identity, but it's been 7 days with no response from the Facebook team. What steps can I take to recover my account?
