Hello, my name is Luisa Mercedes Ortiz Crespo, but many know me as Mercy Ortiz. I initially created a Facebook account using my nickname, but I also have another account under my full name. Since changing phones, I have forgotten the password for my Mercy Ortiz account. Despite trying various methods, nothing has been successful. Recently, I attempted to access both accounts, only to find that someone had removed my emails and phone numbers. My Mercy Ortiz account was linked to a hotmail address I no longer use and a yahoo email and phone number that are no longer valid. When I tried to update the account with the email [redacted], I encountered difficulties due to having the same email associated with my other account. I am willing to provide both account emails and phone numbers if necessary. Please assist me in recovering access to both of my accounts. Thank you for your help.

My page was disabled after someone reported it for pretending to be someone else using my old page. I tried to confirm my identity before this, as my account has been disabled for the same reason multiple times. When I submitted my ID, they said I was too young for Facebook, so I had to address that. I regained access, but was immediately kicked off again. Now, I'm locked out while they review to confirm my identity. It's supposed to take 1-3 days, but it's been 4. I just want my account back; I've already been through a lot. If GetHuman could assist me in contacting Facebook or unlocking my account, I would greatly appreciate it.

I received a new phone yesterday. When I attempted to log into Facebook, it requested login codes to be sent to my phone number, but I wasn't receiving them. After reaching the maximum number of attempts, I contacted Sprint, and they resolved the issue. However, by the time the short code messages came through, they had likely expired, as none of them worked. I am now seeking a new verification code to regain access to my account since 24 hours have already passed.

Hello, I need assistance resetting my account password as I changed it last week and cannot recall it. The email linked to my account is quite old and was set up by my deceased partner, so I am unable to retrieve the password. Despite receiving a 6-digit verification code via my phone number, I encounter an error message whenever I attempt to create a new password. Hello! I encountered an issue with my business account being disabled shortly after creation, even before setting up any ads. Although I submitted a request for a review on December 4th, I have not yet received a response. Today, December 15th, I opted to open a new business account under my Facebook profile with a different credit card but utilizing the same online store and domain (.com). In this new account, I managed to create a new Ad set with one ad. Despite it being under review for a few hours, my second business account was disabled again. I have once again requested a review, but I am feeling quite concerned about this situation.

I experienced issues with my ads on Saturday, 14th, due to a payment problem with my bank. After settling the account on the 15th, I resumed ads with a $[redacted] daily budget and a $4,[redacted] spending limit. Despite high traffic, I observed unusual spending, totaling $[redacted] in just two hours. When I paused the ads, the spending continued, prompting a $1,[redacted] charge. Even after adjusting the spending limit to $4,[redacted], the issue persisted, resulting in an unpaid balance of $[redacted]. I suspect a flaw in Facebook's algorithm causing this issue. Although my ad spend shows as zero for the day, the owed amount remains at $[redacted] from the previous day when the ads were paused. My account ID is [redacted][redacted].

Our non-profit page is the Haiti Deaf Academy. One of the admins attempted to verify our page as a charity a few months ago. Unfortunately, they encountered an issue and were unable to progress beyond a specific point. I managed to click on the down arrow recently, and now it displays our status as "pending." I'm uncertain if this change to "pending" occurred simply because I clicked on the arrow, or if there are additional steps required. I appreciate any assistance with clarifying this matter. I have an old Facebook account that I want to delete, but I only know my email and not my password. When I click on "forgot password," it prompts me to enter my email to locate my account. After entering my email, it asks for my password to check if I remember it. Even though I proceed and click to reset my password, I am not receiving any code in my email to reset it.

I encountered an issue trying to open the Facebook app. It indicated that my session had expired and prompted me to log in. Since I hadn't logged in for around two years, I had forgotten my password. I attempted to recover my account using my phone number, which located my account, but I did not receive the code Facebook was supposed to send after requesting it multiple times by pressing the resend button. I also tried using the email associated with my accounts without success.

I have a VIP group page called "Brenda's Bling Boutique VIP" with multiple picture albums in the album section. Recently, I've been unable to click on the arrow to navigate to the other pages of albums on my laptop. Strangely, this problem doesn't occur on my phone, where all the albums are displayed on a single screen. Dear Sir, I recently encountered an issue on Facebook where a photo posted by supposedly violated community standards. However, upon review, I couldn't locate the disputed photo in my galleries. There is an individual deceiving multiple people by offering Post Malone concert tickets for sale. Despite showing evidence of tickets and promising to transfer four tickets for [redacted] dollars, the person blocked me without providing the tickets. It is uncertain how many others have been affected by this scam. After my boyfriend's mother inquired about the tickets, she confirmed they were still available. This situation calls for immediate action as the scammer is exploiting people for significant amounts of money, especially during the holiday season.
