I encountered someone on Facebook who claimed that buying an eBay gift card would result in a cash return. I followed her instructions, purchasing a $[redacted] eBay card and sharing the card number and receipt with her. However, the situation deteriorated as she insisted I needed another gift card to receive the promised money. In short, I noticed issues accessing my account as my password was consistently rejected, though it was correct. It appears she altered my email and phone number associated with my old account. Consequently, I had to create a new Facebook profile, losing all my photos from the previous account due to the actions of that individual.

Hello, I'm Tiziana Barbetti. I recently read articles on Facebook that suggest a way to contact Facebook support to resolve issues. I encountered a problem with my disabled account on your platform and paid 27 + 5 euros for assistance, but no action was taken. I'm hoping to receive a refund for this. It's disheartening to see promises of issue resolution not being fulfilled, especially when there's a lack of support from your supposed expert advocate. Thank you, and have a good evening.

My mobile phone screen is cracked, and I recently upgraded with a new phone and contract. I am unable to access my Facebook account because I no longer have the password. Unfortunately, I can't reset it as my account dates back to [redacted], and I don't remember the original password. I've attempted to log in multiple times with potential passwords, but I'm worried about my account being wiped if I try again. The phone numbers provided by Facebook for assistance are not working. How can I regain access to my Facebook account to avoid losing all my photos and memories from [redacted] onwards? Best regards, B. Lewis

Two nights ago, an individual from Utah (I am from New Jersey and do not know anyone from there) gained unauthorized access to my Facebook account by changing the password and removing my phone number. They added their phone number and email to the account's security settings. After receiving an email from Facebook security about the breach, I was able to change my password using a provided link. However, I was then prompted for a 2-step authentication code that the hacker set up, leaving me unable to access my account. Despite providing my government ID and a picture with a requested code to prove my identity, Facebook has not yet resolved the issue. I am seeking help to regain access to my account and remove the hacker's control over it to prevent future breaches.

I recently purchased a new phone and attempted to transfer my data. However, when I tried to log in to Facebook, I was informed that my account had been disabled. Despite numerous attempts to recover it by following all the necessary steps, I have been unsuccessful. I have encountered issues with receiving SMS verification codes and have been told that my email is not associated with Facebook. This situation is concerning, especially since my business is linked to this account. I seek assistance in resolving this matter and would greatly appreciate any help provided.

I'm having trouble logging into my account because it requires a phone number, which I prefer not to provide. Before deleting my Facebook account, I want to download all the data I have there. However, the download button is not working, and I cannot find an option to delete my account without providing the required information. It seems like this is not an unintentional error on their part. I am searching for a way to contact their actual support team without logging in so I can retrieve my account and all associated information from their systems.

On December 6, [redacted], I encountered issues with my Facebook account due to suspicious activity and sought help by calling [redacted], where I spoke to Christina at ext. [redacted]. She indicated my account had been hacked and tech support needed to access my computer for cleanup, which I permitted. The service began with a charge of $39 per hour, totaling $[redacted].00. Following some persuasion, I agreed to an additional Hacking subscription costing $[redacted].88, paid via check. The next day, I contacted [redacted] for cancellation and was promised a refund. However, upon checking my bank account, the $[redacted].88 check cleared. On December 14, [redacted], I tried calling [redacted] but received an "invalid account number" message, causing concern for a potential scam and identity theft. Despite following Facebook's security measures, the support number listed on the platform led me into this situation. I am questioning whether to maintain my account and how to address potential identity theft worries.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance with a problem I am facing. I deleted my old Facebook account, and my ex-boyfriend has since logged in and changed the password. Unfortunately, I cannot access the email associated with the account since it was deleted due to inactivity. As a result, I am unable to create a new account with the same username. I believe my Facebook account has been compromised, and it holds a lot of important information that is valuable to me. If there is any way you can assist me, I would be extremely thankful. The account in question is www.facebook.com/silvanaiksd. Best regards.

I attempted to update my Facebook phone number because I lost it. However, during the process, Facebook requested to verify my identity. The only option offered was to "upload an ID," which I am unable to do as I do not possess one. The alternative method "identify friends" was not accessible due to an "hourly limit exceeded" issue. Since I misplaced my SIM card, I cannot receive a verification code, which is the main reason I wanted to update my number. If feasible, I kindly request that the support team make options such as "ask for help from friends" visible.

I have sent over 20 emails regarding my $[redacted] that I can't access because it has been pending since Tuesday and today is Saturday. I lost my storage and personal belongings, and I can't pay anything because my $[redacted] will not process from Facebook. The bank confirmed Facebook did the verification but did not deposit the money. Facebook is holding my $[redacted], and I am in desperate need of my funds. Please release my money to my bank. I am reaching out to any available networks for help. I am exhausted from sending emails and worrying all day while my services get turned off due to Facebook keeping my money.

Hello, I noticed that there is an advertisement appearing on my Facebook page that I did not authorize. My bank has already intervened to prevent further unauthorized transactions, but I am unsure which Facebook ad is legitimate. There have been transactions of £15 and £20. The ad and page in question relate to Corsa. I am seeking assistance in stopping the ad and having the page removed, as I am currently unable to do so on my own. As a precaution, I have already changed my passwords and logged out from all devices. Thank you for your help.

I recently discovered my fiance of 9 years was cheating with 3 different women. He had shared his password with me before, which I never used until now. After finding incriminating photos and messages, I acted impulsively and posted some pictures to expose the other women involved. Regrettably, my account has been disabled as a result. I am devastated by the situation as I had never engaged in such behavior before and won't do it again. Unfortunately, 10 years' worth of pictures are now inaccessible, and I am struggling to cope with this loss on top of everything else. Retrieving my pictures is essential to me. Thank you.

To the concerned party, I suspect my Facebook account has been compromised as the content on my page appears to be in Polish. I attempted to use a translation program to identify the language, confirming it is indeed Polish. I haven't updated my account and was unaware of this requirement, as no reminders were received. Unfortunately, resolving this issue is challenging due to the language barrier. Though I changed my password, I was unsuccessful in regaining access to my Facebook account. I kindly request assistance from your team to address this matter promptly. I am grateful for any guidance or links provided as I struggle to navigate the situation in a non-English language. Your prompt support is highly appreciated. Warm regards, C.S.

I'm concerned about a possible hacking. Facebook keeps prompting me to reset my password. I visited the Facebook help page and found a number to call for assistance: [redacted]. I spoke with a technician about the issue. When I questioned his identity as a Facebook rep, he listed some of my contacts' names. He then directed me to download gotoassist.com, resulting in a black screen showing up. He quoted $39 per hour for the service. I observed unusual activity on the black screen and shut down my computer. Seeking advice from Google, I reverted to an earlier system restore point, ran Malwarebytes and Windows Defender. I contacted my bank but found no unauthorized transactions. My PC seems fine, but I'm stuck in a password reset loop. After receiving and entering a 6-digit code via email, changing the password, and attempting to log in, I'm asked to enter the password again. Your help is greatly appreciated. -Steve Stewart

Hello, I encountered an issue with my Photo Yourself account. I uploaded my real face picture, but my account remains locked. I urgently need my account unlocked. Recently, my account got accessed on my friend's phone, and some changes were made. Despite uploading a clear photo of my face, I still face difficulty accessing my account. The message states "You Can't use Facebook at the moment." My account is crucial as it holds important business documents. I trust in the Facebook support community to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you, Facebook Team.

I no longer have access to my old cell phone number which was used to create my Instagram account. Instagram has blocked me due to suspicious activity and is sending recovery messages to that old number, which I cannot receive. I have private pictures in that account and my brother is getting the same number. I'm worried he will see everything if he installs Instagram on that phone. I have been trying to contact Instagram to delete my account permanently, but I haven't received any responses. The lack of customer support is making me feel desperate, and I'm contemplating drastic actions. I urgently need help with this situation.

I have been trying to contact customer service regarding my Facebook account. I am facing harassment from an individual who creates new accounts to bypass blocks, and their friends are also involved. They have sent inappropriate photos to my contacts, posted such images, and continuously report my posts resulting in a 24-hour restriction for me. I am desperate for assistance but struggling to get through to the support team. Any urgent help would be greatly appreciated.

I am in need of assistance with my original Facebook account. Best Buy helped me recover my account after a hack, but they mistakenly created a new one. I discovered that my original account was still active due to a friend's notification. Unfortunately, I am unable to post regularly on my original page as there is no white space available. My 82-year-old self relies on this account to cherish memories of my late son and interactions with my extended family and fans. My real Facebook profile has a prominent picture of my late sister, Judy, with Down Syndrome. The account created by Best Buy does not contain this photo. I urgently seek help in resolving this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently reset my Facebook password, but I cannot remember the exact password. Today, when I tried to log in, my account got locked. I am trying to reset my password again, but Facebook is making the process difficult. Since I can't access the email linked to my account, I am on the "I Can't Log In" page where I am requested to provide my name and photo ID. Unfortunately, I have attempted to upload my photo ID numerous times without success. I am unsure of what to do next. Could someone please assist me in resetting my password?
