I recently reset my phone due to a programming error. I changed my password before the reset, but after resetting, I received an email confirming the change. Now, when trying to log in, it says a code is being sent, but I never receive it. I have attempted this process multiple times without success. I verified that my password and phone number are correct. I even tried the code generator, but it does not display the code. Despite sending my ID, I remain locked out and unsure of how to proceed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I discovered some posts on Facebook from 5 years ago that are causing distress. I managed to have one post removed, but there is another one that remains despite reporting it because it contains hate speech and harassment, naming my employer and family members. Even though the photo is of me, which was stolen from another site, Facebook has not taken action as it seems to only focus on the image being of me. I've reported it multiple times and provided feedback to Facebook about this matter.

I am having trouble logging in and using the app. No matter what I try, I cannot log in. I have already deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. I rely on Facebook for the marketplace and to stay connected with loved ones. Any assistance to resolve this problem would be greatly valued. Your expertise in fixing this promptly would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Since last night, I have been using Instagram to sell and promote my items without realizing I would be charged each time I hit the promote button. I'm new to this feature and was confused about how it worked. Unfortunately, my PayPal account was charged numerous times within a few hours, which I cannot afford. I wish there had been clearer information on the charges before I started promoting. I only intended to promote two items, not multiple times. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

A couple of years ago, I received a video on Messenger from a friend claiming I was in it. When I clicked on it, my account got logged out, and I couldn't sign back in. I created the account back in [redacted] when I was young, so I didn't provide accurate information. I left it as it was since January [redacted], intending to revisit it later to show it hasn't been active, but it still won't let me log in. I attempted to sign in for the first time since January [redacted], but I am still facing issues.

After I clicked on a video link a friend sent me, the next day I realized my account was compromised. Even after logging out, the hacked message kept being sent from my account. Now, I can't access my page and Facebook is not sending a recovery code to my phone. A friend mentioned that my profile seems deleted. This is concerning as I rely on my account for personal and business use. I've reached out to Facebook but haven't received a response yet. I hope to get this matter resolved quickly.

Due to security concerns and issues with accessing my old account, I have created a new account with a different email. However, after trying to use a self-edited selfie as my profile picture, I got kicked out of the app and couldn't log back in. I believe the photo triggered some verification process. I have not received any communication regarding this issue. I attempted to access my account through a web browser, but it redirected me to the old email I no longer have access to. The best way to reach me is via the new email I used to rejoin Facebook. I would appreciate a prompt response to address and resolve this matter. Thank you.

I suspect my Facebook account has been hacked as I've been locked out. I'm currently trying to recover it, but the verification questions are not accepting my answers even though I am sure they are correct. I want to access the account through the new Facebook app I recently downloaded. The account is linked to the email "site two Texans 55 at hotmail.com" and used to work fine.

When I was young, I created a Facebook account with a fake age. As I got older, I updated my real age on the account. I recently set a long password and now I can't remember it. Despite knowing my old password, birth date, and security questions, Facebook won't ask me for that info. They want the emails linked to the account, which I made years ago when creating the account. I can't access those email accounts now. I tried to log into one, but Yahoo said it doesn't exist. The recovery numbers were my mom's, and I don't have them. I've attempted various ways to recover the account for 2 years, but no luck. I'm desperate to regain access to my old account and have tried everything. I'm reaching out here in the hopes of finding a solution. Your help would mean a lot to me. Thank you.

My account got suspended for a week because my last comment was flagged as inappropriate. It seems unfair that some derogatory comments go unchecked while mine resulted in this penalty. Facebook should address these issues fairly. I believe there's a need to crack down on fake accounts, which has been my reason for considering canceling my account for a while now.

I forgot my Facebook password and can't get the code from my old deactivated email. The only option Facebook gives me is to receive the code via email. I can still access my account on my old phone but can't add a new email without entering the password. I'm stuck in a cycle. Facebook has my mobile number but won't send the code through it. I prefer not to create a new account.

I've just noticed that there seems to be an issue with my Facebook profile. When I look at other profiles, I see a "photos" button at the top, but I don't have that option on my own profile. Additionally, when I click on the menu button in the top right corner, the option to access photos is missing from the list that appears. I've spoken to others who have confirmed that they have these features. Can anyone provide assistance on how to restore the photo button on my profile and also have it show up on the menu screen?

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Facebook profile through the app. When attempting to log in, I am prompted to enter my password, leading me to a "Security Check" page. The message states that a confirmation code will be sent to my phone for identity verification. However, I do not receive the code, making this the second occurrence of this issue affecting my account. I am unsure of the necessary steps to resolve this problem. My main objective is to regain access to my Facebook profile to communicate with my friends and family via Messenger.

Hello, my name is Fifi. I am reaching out about a photo I posted on Facebook. Recently, someone shared the photo but I cannot see who shared it. Even though there is one share shown below the photo along with comments and likes, the identity of the sharer is hidden. The photo was posted on September 26th this year, and my privacy settings allow most of my photos to be public. I am curious to know why the sharer is hiding their identity and would appreciate Facebook's assistance in finding out who shared my photo.

Our solar company in Arizona went through a rebranding process half a year ago. Despite maintaining the same office, phone number, services, and updating our website to redirect to the new one, we are facing ongoing challenges changing our name officially. The rebranding has not been acknowledged, and we seek assistance in resolving this matter smoothly as we are the same trustworthy company, only under a new name. Your help in overcoming this situation would be greatly appreciated, as this process has proven to be quite frustrating for us.

After experiencing a hacking incident in July, I encountered issues with BestBuy Store's assistance in recovering my Facebook account. They mistakenly set up a new incomplete account for me, claiming my original one couldn't be restored. Weeks later, a friend suggested I search for my name, leading me to rediscover my original account with photos of my late son and a vast network of friends from my time as an actor, singer, and writer. Recently, my preferred account suddenly lost its posting feature, which is now only available on the unwanted new account. Being a senior and disabled, Facebook is essential for me to stay connected. I seek guidance in reviving my cherished old account, where I have a significant number of friends and sentimental photos. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with Facebook; they removed two of my Facebook pages within a three-year period without any valid explanation. I am particularly concerned about losing all the photos stored on these pages. I am seeking assistance from customer service to understand the reason behind the removal of my pages and explore any possible options for their retrieval. I can be reached at [redacted].

I bought a PlayStation 2 from Jennifer F. on Facebook Marketplace, but unfortunately, it turned out to be defective and infested with roaches. Despite my attempts to get a refund, she refused multiple times. Following advice from the Polk County Sheriff's Office, I had to return the item to her address, which is an hour away, and involve law enforcement. The officers suggested filing a claim in small claims court. To prevent further incidents, Jennifer's account should be deactivated to protect other buyers from receiving nonfunctional items.

Hello, I am facing a problem with transferring the funds from a Facebook fundraiser I set up for a friend with cancer. The fundraiser has reached almost $[redacted], but we haven't received any of the funds in the account yet. Despite providing the necessary information to Facebook repeatedly, the issue persists, and we urgently need the money for the patient's treatment. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've been unable to access my account for two months now. It logged me out suddenly, and I can't get back in because I no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to it. When I try to reset the password using my new phone number, I receive a verification code, but I can't log in to use it. I wish there was a way for Facebook to let me verify my identity. I'm not sure if they need my correct birthday, but I typically use my real birthdate without the year. I'm 18 years old and I really want to regain access to my account before Christmas, so I can connect with friends and enjoy the platform like before. Facebook is important to me, and I'd appreciate any help. The account name is Hailee Nicole Wright.
